Are TV Stations Abusing the Law?

The FCC is now making a determination whether or not I am a legally qualified candidate under the law, and am therefore afforded the right to buy TV advertising on FCC licensed stations, free of editing, censorship, etc., in order to reach the voters where I am on the ballot.

At the end of this debate, the foundational question before us is this: what is the bedrock of this republic? The Law, or the Party?

Or in other words, do the FCC laws and state laws regarding what constitutes a “legally qualified candidate” stand on their own, and reflect the will of “we the people,” or must the FCC and the laws of the several states fulfill the wishes of Party bosses?

Certain attorneys have put forth the argument that the wishes of a Party should be the ultimate force in determining what constitutes a “legally qualified candidate;” some attorneys go so far as to declare that my campaign is “an abuse of candidate access.” These arguments – if taken to its logical conclusion – would result in the end of citizen governance, the end of free elections, and the end of “government of the people, by the people, and for the people.” In its place an elite would create “government of the Party, by the Party, and for the Party.”

Allow me to make my case.

Georgia On My Mind

I begin with an ancillary situation that exists at this very moment in Georgia. The laws of the state of Georgia – through their elected officials, and enforced by the judges of that state – have brought into question whether or not Barack Obama is legally qualified to be on the ballot in Georgia. As of right now, he is not. This is a question of law. It does not address the issue of whether or not the DNC and the Democrat convention will nominate Obama as their candidate. It addresses the laws of ballot access in Georgia.

If the law is to be subservient to Party wishes – as some attorneys argue – then Barack Obama must be placed on the Georgia ballot – as the Party wishes – the people and the laws of Georgia be damned.

In this case, does the law trump the Party, or the Party trump the law? Which has more authority in a “nation of laws?” If we are to remain a free and self-governed people, it must be the law, not the party.

The Democrat Party Refuses to Seat My Delegates

In the letter issued by DNC Executive Director Patrick Gaspard on January 27, 2012, he states that the DNC has changed their rules for 2012 Delegates to the DNC convention, to the effect that should I win any delegates in the primaries, those delegates will not be seated at the 2012 convention. Therefore, Mr. Gaspard concludes that I am not a “bone fide Democrat candidate,” and that FCC licensed stations should not run my television ads.

Attorneys point out that a federal circuit court wrote an opinion (related to a case involving Lyndon Larouche) that a Party can in fact determine who is eligible to participate in their convention. By extension, they extrapolate that since the Democrat Party has declared that I am not a candidate to their liking, that I am not a legally qualified candidate as defined by the law.

The folly of such an argument is self-evident on its face.

But before I show the pernicious nature of this argument, let me declare the one point on which I agree with this argument: namely, the right of the DNC to preclude me from the convention. The DNC is essentially a “private club.” As a private club, it can dictate the terms of its members. It can include and preclude people from joining the club, based upon its own internal rules.

For example, the “private club” of the Democrat Party used to demand that its members support slavery. Later, they demanded that their members support the segregation of the races. The Democrats used the rules of their “private club” to promote and protect the evils of slavery and segregation, and to silence dissent in its meetings and proceedings for several lifetimes.

However, in the 1940s, the Democrat Party of South Carolina – which called itself a “club” – demanded that members of the “club” swear the following oath:

I further solemnly swear that I (understand) believe in and will support the principles of the Democratic Party of South Carolina, and that I believe in and will support the social (religious) and educational separation of races.

The Democrat Party claimed it had the right to do this, but the court overturned their procedures and rules..

Likewise today, they use the rules of their club to protect the evil of child killing, and to silence dissent at the DNC convention – such as they did with Catholic Pennsylvania Governor Casey – when they forbade him from delivering a pro-life address at the Democrat National Convention in 1992.

In short, this is an open question.

Having affirmed in part the right of the Party to include and preclude, and to silence dissent, I now proceed to the very different issue at hand: Namely, the strength and validity of laws concerning ballot access, and what defines a “legally qualified candidate” under state law, as well as the laws governing FCC licensed stations regarding the mandatory sale of TV advertising time for “legally qualified candidates.”

The law is the law; the Party is the Party. They are not, nor should they be, synonymous. If they become so, by definition it means the end of the rule of law.

George Washington’s Warning

I turn to the Father of Our Country – George Washington – who in his Farewell Address forcefully and eloquently addressed the danger of party politics undermining the rule of law. He warned:

All obstructions to the execution of the laws, all combinations and associations under whatever plausible character with the real design to direct, control, counteract, or awe the regular deliberation and action of the constituted authorities, are destructive of this fundamental principle and of fatal tendency. They serve to organize faction; to give it an artificial and extraordinary force; to put in the place of the delegated will of the nation the will of a party, often a small but artful and enterprising minority of the community; and, according to the alternate triumphs of different parties, to make the public administration the mirror of the ill concerted and incongruous projects of faction, rather than the organ of consistent and wholesome plans digested by common councils and modified by mutual interests. However combinations or associations of the above description may now and then answer popular ends, they are likely, in the course of time and things, to become potent engines by which cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men will be enabled to subvert the power of the people and to usurp for themselves the reins of government, destroying afterwards the very engines which have lifted them to unjust dominion. The question at hand with my small and insignificant campaign for President in the Democrat primary (why are they so afraid of me?) is not whether or not the DNC shall control its internal rules, but whether the DNC shall subvert and usurp the rule of law.

Perhaps the most fundamental right in a self governing people is the right to vote for someone who they deem best represents their political sentiments on any number of issues at a given point in history.

It is not the Party that determines who is a legally qualified candidate under the law; it is the law that decides it. It is the law – ostensibly created, delineated, and enforced by “we the people” through our various engines of representation – that is the master of the moment, not the Party.

If it were otherwise – as Washington said – then “a small but artful and enterprising minority” could “make the public administration the mirror of…cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men…to subvert the power of the people and to usurp for themselves the reins of government.”

Will The Rule of Law, or the Will of the Party Prevail?

If it were as some suggest it should be, then the states would have to approach the Party to confirm or deny every candidate that sought ballot access in a primary or general election. Imagine the bribes, the threats, and the unending corruption if this were the case. A small band of Party bosses would in effect control the government, by deciding who could be elected to government. Huey Long meets Al Capone.

That is not how a free Republic works.

What state ballots and the FCC do with me is for the law to decide.

What happens to me in the Missouri and Oklahoma primaries is for the voters to decide.

What the DNC does with me at the 2012 convention is for the cunning Party bosses to decide.

But let those lines never be blurred; let us never confuse those jurisdictions.

And if the voters speak with a loud enough voice – after hearing my campaign message on the FCC licensed stations that by law I am afforded the right to purchase advertising time in order to reach those voters – then the DNC might come to its senses, and embrace a platform that promotes and protects innocent human life.

That is part of what my campaign is about; to give Democrat voters in the states where I am legally on the ballot a voice in this election cycle…the voice of voters that can be heard inside the “private club” of the DNC. Catholic Democrats and Evangelical Democrats and conservative Democrats that are pro-life have the right to hear from and cast a vote for a candidate in this election that represents theirs views – inside their Party primary – in this election.

After all, the Democrat Party – that once used Party rules to silence dissent in the Party concerning slavery and segregation – eventually heard the voice of voters, and changed the rules of their “private club.” They now champion the inalienable rights of African Americans to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. I have no doubt that in time the Party leaders in their “private club” will again hear the voice of voters, and champion the inalienable right to life of the unborn.

The will of voters, the rule of law, and the “power of the people” in this case trump the will of the Party, and the unprincipled men who seek to subvert the power of the people and the rule of law, in order to usurp for themselves the reins of government.

It’s sometimes wondrous how ironic life situations can be, and here we are with what appears on the surface two very unrelated stories, but they are actually tied in very close with each other. The first story revolves around how scared the DNC and the political establishment are of Randall Terry’s ads depicting dead babies threatening to ‘invade’ the American households proper on Super Bowl Sunday. The second story is that of the Catholic Church being ‘mandated’ by the Obama administration to provide birth control, abortofacients and ‘reproductive rights’ care to employees, and the Churches ‘shock’ at this move.

As has been covered by the supposed ‘horrible and evil” MSM and a few responsible pro life bloggers and press, The DNC is using threats and coercion in stopping the LEGAL RIGHTS of Randall Terry, an acknowledged and certified Democratic Presidential Candidate from showing unedited graphic ads of dead babies on television. Because of the way the Federal law is written, these ads cannot be legally denied or turned away, yet the DNC and Democratic Party is doing what it normally does when it does not get its way: use threatening behaviors and if need be, break the law.

It’s a hoot to see what these people are doing and what they are saying. As mentioned in a previous post, one general manager of a television station actually stated “Regardless of what one believes about abortion, no one wants to EXPOSE THEIR FAMILY TO DISMEMBERED BODY PARTS during the Super Bowl”. Dismembered body parts! I thought it was a CHOICE! Interestingly, when the pro deathers are on the offensive, the word ‘choice’ is everywhere, and the words dismembered body parts and child are nowhere. However, now that the pro deathers are playing defense, they are actually forced to admit to what the average dunderhead would have figured out on his own when seeing these commercials: bloody, dismembered body parts of a small human being.

This is what offense looks like. It’s when those who need to see the truth actually are forced to use the language of the truth against their will and against everything they claim to believe in. This is the exact reaction these unedited graphic commercials are supposed to cause. When one plans action with intended consequences and the outcomes match the plans, it is called being on the offensive, or taking the war to the enemy. These ads are doing this in spades, and the fruits are undeniable (except for the mediocre pro life groups disavowing and trashing the efforts).

Then we have the REACTION (defense) of the Catholic Church of the (shocking!) ‘betrayal’ by the Obama administration pertaining to the mandatory funding of contraception, abortofacients and ‘reproductive rights’. (However, I guess it was permissible as long as it ‘exempted’ the Church and other ‘religious’ organizations due to the Church’s inaction prior to this ‘shocking’ announcement). Because the Church has been on the defensive for the past forty years, they did not have the battle hardness or insight into seeing that making nice with the enemy ultimately emboldens the enemy.

Then we have reactions such as Pat Buchanan, a Catholic who writes for World Net Daily, amongst other publications. Mr. Buchannan, like many other Catholics, writes with conviction pertaining to the problems, but like most of the writers, commentators and clergy, did not have the insight to see this coming, and as a result does not advocate for a strong and proper response to this matter. Why did Obama do it?

Facing a close race for a second term, Obama chose not to antagonize his left. Yet he must have known that siding with them meant leaving Archbishop Dolan with egg all over his face. Obama, calculatedly, came down on the side of those he believes to be more crucial to his re-election.

This affront should tell the Catholic hierarchy, if they did not already know, where they stand in the party of Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and Kathleen Sebilius. And where they sit – in the back of the bus.

Yet if the bishops will look upon this crisis of conscience, this insult, as an opportunity, they can effect its reversal and recapture a measure of the moral authority they have lately lost.

Not only should the bishops file suit in federal court against the president and Sebelius for violation of the constitutional principle of separation of church and state, they should inform the White House that no bishop will give an invocation at the Democratic Convention.

Then, they should inform the White House that in the last two weeks of the 2012 campaign, priests in every parish will read from the pulpit at Sunday mass a letter denouncing Obama as anti-Catholic for denying the Church its right to live according to its beliefs.

If Obama loses the Catholic vote, he loses the election.

The White House will come around, fast. Rely upon it.

I am not sure where Mr. Buchanan is coming from, but if he, and any of the leaders contemplate what Obama just did, they would realize that this is a BRAZEN ACT OF WAR DECLARED AGAINST THE CATHOLIC CHURCH. Nice time is over, and the response by the hierarchy needs to be in direct proportion to the evil enacted against the Church. With all due respect to you, Mr. Buchanan, you would recommend the Bishops ‘Threaten’ to not give the invocation at the Democratic Convention? Wow! That will scare them into submission! Have every priest give homilies the last two weeks before the election ‘denouncing’ Obama as ‘Anti-Catholic for denying the church its right to live according to its beliefs? I’m sure the evil pro deathers lead by Obama will be shaking in their boots over that one. (Just like Obama’s getting an ‘honorary degree’ from our Lady’s University). If we follow the direction and advice given by Pat Buchanan, we WILL GET RUN OVER AND BE FODDER FOR THE CATTLE TO EAT.

No, what needs to happen is the USCCB IMMEDIATELY EXCOMMUNICATE ALL 'CATHOLIC' HOLDERS OF CABINET POSITIONS, SENATORS AND CONGRESSMEN WHO HAVE SUPPORTED IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM HEALTH CARE AND ANTI LIFE LEGISLATION CONTRARY TO CATHOLIC TEACHINGS. Then, inform the Obama administration that the church will be preaching against his war against the Church EVERY SUNDAY and will continue until either Obama: 1) renounce his war against the Church and the unborn, or 2) resign the presidency.

Obama is not the messiah or a messiah, and we do not bow down to him, nor need his permission to live moral and upright lives. We do not need his counsel, suggestions, laws or permission to do this. We don’t need to obey immoral laws, and we will openly resist any efforts by a rogue government and wayward individual who ‘dictates’ terms of how free men and free women are to live their lives. Until the Church is ready to make a stand like this, it will bow down and be subjected to abuse and humiliation from an egotistical and evil dictator who believes he has ‘divine’ rights to tell God’s institution how they will behave.

As Thomas Jefferson once quipped, maybe it’s time that the tree of liberty be watered again, and maybe it’s time to tell this rogue government where to go: to hell, where it came from and where it belongs. To the U. S. Bishops: the laity will follow if you simply lead.

THE DNC HAS DECLARED WAR ON RANDALL TERRY'S PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN

The DNC has circulated a letter decrying Randall Terry's 'campaign' and as such, has convinced several of the stations that had previously agreed to run teh campaign ads as required by law, have now turned tail and are using a letter sent by the DNC 'debunking' Mr. Terry's candidacy. Demanding They Ignore the Obama Machine, and Run Our Super Bowl Ad

"Be advised and forewarned: should you refuse to run my ad, in the light of all the facts outlined in this letter (and the attempted deceit and strong-arming of the DNC) we will that request the FCC revoke your broadcast license, and grant it to someone more worthy than yourself, who takes his civic duty regarding free elections with more honor, respect, and gravity than you do.

"We both know that the DNC and Obama team are terrified of the political and electoral impact of my campaign ad. They fear the loss of votes of Catholic Democrats (of which I am one) that are appalled by the President’s policies. That is why they are calling on you to do their political bidding." Randall Terry

Dear Sir or Madam.

I am Randall Terry, Democrat Candidate for President of the United States. My media rep, Kathy Offerman, has purchased airtime on your station to run a campaign ad during the Super Bowl, or in a pre-game show. As a legal candidate under the definition of FCC law [Section 73.1940 [47 CFR §73.1940] we have no intention of allowing that ad purchase to be cancelled.

You are in receipt of a letter from Democrat National Committee (DNC) Executive Director Patrick Gaspard dated January 27, 2012. In that letter, Mr. Gaspard stated: “Mr. Terry is not a bona fide Democrat candidate or a representative of the Democrat National Committee.” He concluded the letter, “Mr. Terry’s claims to be a Democrat candidate for President are false. Accordingly, he should not be accorded the benefits of someone conducting a legitimate campaign for public office.” As these two statements deal with the essence of his letter, and your stations subsequent contemplated cancellation of my ad, I will deal with them both in turn.

First, I make no claim to represent the DNC. Such representation, or lack thereof, is meaningless in the issue at hand. No one has to be a representative of the DNC to be a legally qualified candidate for office.

Second, I am a registered Democrat in the State of West Virginia. The fact that I changed parties is again irrelevant. (Not to mention the fact that Theodore Roosevelt, Ronald Reagan, and Winston Churchill changed parties; I follow in a long and proud tradition.)

Third, by every legal definition of the FEC and the FCC, I am a bona fide Candidate for the Office of the President of the United States.

Concerning the Federal Election Commission (FEC), we have filed – and continue to file – all required documents and financial records required by law from my campaign committee and me.

Concerning the FCC – and my right to run TV ads on an FCC licensed broadcast facility within the 45-day window of a primary – I am a legally qualified candidate. The law states [Section 73.1940 [47 CFR §73.1940] in the germane sections:

(a) A legally qualified candidate for public office is any person who: (1) Has publicly announced his or her intention to run for nomination or office;
(2) Is qualified under the applicable local, State or Federal law to hold the office for which he or she is a candidate; and
(3) Has met the qualifications set forth in either paragraph (b), (c), (d), or (e) of this section.

-       I have publicly announced my intention to run for office;
-       I am qualified under the applicable local, State or Federal law to hold the office for which I am a candidate;
-       I have met the qualifications set forth in paragraph (b), which states:

(b) A person seeking election to any public office including that of President or Vice President of the United States, or nomination for any public office except that of President or Vice President, by means of a primary, general or special election, shall be considered a legally qualified candidate if, in addition to meeting the criteria set forth in paragraph (a) of this section, that person:

(1) Has qualified for a place on the ballot;

I have qualified for a place on the ballot in both Missouri and Oklahoma.

In short, I am, by every definition, a legally qualified candidate for President, who has qualified for a place on the ballot.

And your station, therefore, is legally obligated by your FCC license to run my campaign ad without censorship, editing, etc.

I now turn to Mr. Gaspard’s closing statement: “Mr. Terry’s claims to be a Democrat candidate for President are false. Accordingly, he should not be accorded the benefits of someone conducting a legitimate campaign for public office.”

This, of course, is the crux of the matter. Mr. Gaspard is unethically suggesting a path for you to defy FCC law; he knows it, and you know it.

Or put another way, his letter seeks to give you “legal cover” or “plausible confusion” in order that you break the law, and refuse to run my campaign ad.

But should you willingly embrace such deceit, you will find that his cover has holes in it, and that you alone will bear the responsibility for “willful or repeated failure to allow reasonable access to or to permit purchase of reasonable amounts of time for the use of a broadcasting station, other than a non-commercial educational broadcast station, by a legally qualified candidate for Federal elective office on behalf of his candidacy.” (Section 312 [47 U.S.C. §312] Administrative sanctions.(a) (7) )

In case I am unclear on what I am saying, let me be more specific.

The administrative sanctions delineated in 312 [47 U.S.C. §312] define your “willful” and “repeated” refusal to run my campaign ads as follows:

(1)    The term “willful”, when used with reference to the commission or omission of any act, means the conscious and deliberate commission or omission of such act, irrespective of any intent to violate any provision of this Act or any rule or regulation of the Commission authorized by this Act or by a treaty ratified by the United States. [Emphasis added]
(2)    The term “repeated”, when used with reference to the commission or omission of any act, means the commission or omission of such act more than once or, if such commission or omission is continuous, for more than one day.

Your station will not be able to hide behind the spurious and deceitful letter written by Mr. Gaspard, stating in effect: “We did not intend to violate the law! We did not intend to violate a provision of FCC regulations!’

If you deny me my rights as a federal candidate, you will be committing a willful violation of the law. And you know it.

Mr. Gaspard’s letter is not the law; it has NO BEARING on the law and the facts at hand regarding my candidacy, and your legal duty to run the ad of a legally qualified candidate.

Nowhere in the FCC code are the wishes or desires of any political party given any role regarding federal candidates, or their right to run TV ads according to law. If you try and introduce or hide behind the specious argument that the DNC should decide what ads you air, or who is a candidate under the law, you alone will bear the consequences.

Be advised and forewarned: should you refuse to run my ad, in the light of all the facts outlined in this letter (and the attempted deceit and strong-arming of the DNC) we will that request the FCC revoke your broadcast license, and grant it to someone more worthy than yourself, who takes his civic duty regarding free elections with more honor, respect, and gravity than you do.

Section 312 [47 U.S.C. §312] Administrative sanctions of the FCC commission states “(a) The Commission may revoke any station license or construction permit – (7) for willful or repeated failure to allow reasonable access to or to permit purchase of reasonable amounts of time for the use of a broadcasting station, other than a non-commercial educational
broadcast station, by a legally qualified candidate for Federal elective office on behalf of his candidacy.” In CBS, Inc. v. FCC, the Supreme Court held that §312(a)(7) guarantees a “legally qualified candidate” “reasonable access” and that even one failure to abide by this law can result in revocation of the station's license. We will pursue that rememedy.

We both know that the DNC and Obama team are terrified of the political and electoral impact of my campaign ad. They fear the loss of votes of Catholic Democrats (of which I am one) that are appalled by the President’s policies. That is why they are calling on you to do their political bidding.

But is it really worth risking your license to hinder free elections and do the bidding of the DNC? Do you really think the DNC/Obama team will take the heat and the blame when your license is revoked because you choose to willfully violated FCC law? Do you think they will step up and say: “We advised them to violate federal law?” They will wash their hands of you faster than a nurse dealing with leprosy. Look again at Mr. Gaspard’s letter. It was written in a way that they could deny any wrongdoing; you will be hung out to dry on your own.

Your station will be hearing from an Attorney this afternoon. If your station declares it will not run my ad, we will file for immediate relief from the FCC.

Therefore starting today, Tuesday, January 31, 2012, should your station delay in any way to run my campaign ad for “more than one day” as delineated in Section 312 [47 U.S.C. §312], we will request that your broadcast license be revoked.

I hope this letter clarifies our position, and that we can proceed with our TV ad purchase(s) as ordered, in accordance with the law.

"A LINE HAS BEEN CROSSED'

The above title is taken from Arlington Bishop Loverde’s piece that appeared last week in the Arlington Catholic Herald and it addresses the latest scandal perpetrated against Catholics by the rogue Obamination administration and enforced by Secretary of Health and Human Services and discalced Catholic Kathleen Sebelius. The HHS is requiring all employers to offer contraceptive and abortofacient coverage for employees of organizations, and the Catholic Church has until January 20, 2013 to comply or face ‘penalties’. Bishop Loverde, as like many members of the Catholic Hierarchy, has come out with strong statements against this horrific policy in the past week or so and it is reflecting the leading role the Catholic Hierarchy should be taking to begin with.

I was also heartened by the fact that our Parochial Vicar gave a strongly worded and politically laced homily last Sunday and was equally convicted of the vileness of this policy. Similar to the tone taken by Bishop Loverde, this homily focused on the need to act and if need be, to follow one’s conscience in the matter (civil disobedience without using the phrase). It is one of the first times I have heard in quite a while a more unified stance on any Church teaching and I hope this portends to greater action by the Church body as a whole.

That being said, my dominant reaction to both is: WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN ALL THESE YEARS? The Church has remained, with a few exceptions deafening quiet for the past 40 years or so concerning laws enacted in this country that are contrary to Church teachings. What is so difficult to fathom about this ‘new’ stand is the outright war on our Church has been going on for way more than a generation. Why this is now considered crossing a line seems to only indicate how far behind the Church is concerning these matters, and how much more the fight will require of all of us now that we need to retake ground that should have never been lost in the first place.

The Supreme Court threw out public prayer in the mid 60’s, and the Church remained silent. The Roe V. Wade decision occurred in 1973, ‘legalizing’ the slaughter of the most innocent among us and the Church remained silent. There was the homosexual scandals in both the Church and Seminaries in the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s and the Church hid and denied the truth, and in effect remained silent. Various elected and /or appointed ‘Catholic’ officials elevated into places of power since the late 90’s to present have consistently violated clear Catholic teachings and tenets of the faith, and nary a peep from the Church.

The Church has consistently taken a passive “let’s love them, and change their hearts” approach instead of standing up as a John the Baptist or an apostle of Jesus as called by the Gospels, and we are now reaping the very deserving harvest of religious repression and persecution. It seems incredible, or nearly inconceivable that the Church will now take a hardened position on the matter of contraceptives and mandates to ‘pay’ for these items, when we as a nation have been funding legalized child killing through taxes for years. What has changed in the Catholic attitude that would lead one to believe things will be any different this time?

This is a Church that just a few short years ago put out a scandalous brochure “Faithful Citizenship” that equated the perceived ‘racism’ and legalized child killing as moral equivalents. This brochure did nothing but cause confusion among the laity, and equivocated on real Church teachings. As has been well documented, 54% of CATHOLICS voted for the most pro death president in the history of this country. Candidate Obama was CRYSTAL CLEAR on his intention of upholding the ‘rule of law’ protecting legalized child killing on demand, and intended to overhaul heath care as his number one mandate, which included REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS. So there can be NO CREDIBLE CLAIM BY THE CHURCH that they did not see this coming, and in fact, they were active in having several people arrested for handing out guides that accurately reflected true Church teachings, and yours truly was one of those arrested for doing such activities.

The truth of the matter is, that we have no excuse and have no one else to blame except ourselves for this predicament. Obama is doing exactly as he promised, and is being true to his agenda, which was laid out before us at the onset of his campaign. How the vast majority of Clergy and laity did not (and some still do not) see this is beyond mystifying. However, they (the Church) had been warned by those who could see where this was going, and it landed on deaf ears. Now, it appears the bill is due, and the deadline is set for January 20, 2013 (Ironically, nearly 40 years to the day from Roe).

This is a spiritual battle, and spiritual techniques must be employed. The Bishops especially those close to the seat of power, Bishop Loverde of Arlington, Cardinal Wuerl of Washington, D.C. and Archbishop O’brien of Baltimore must lead the charge and take matters into their own hands, as if they were John the Baptist, Moses, Elijah, Isaiah, Peter and Paul all rolled into one. It needs to start by EXCOMMUNICATING EVERY ONE OF THESE CHARLATANS CLAIMING TO BE CATHOLIC, WITH NO APOLOGIES. Demand they publicly denounce their Anti Catholic positions before readmitting them to the sacraments. This message must be preached on every Sunday and the laity must be given clear and concise marching orders to effect change. These charlatan ‘Catholics’ must be told without any hesitation that their eternal souls are in jeopardy, and that their faith must guide their political decisions in that order. And there needs to be clear and concise consequences if these charlatans want to walk this fine line and be both 'self serving' politicians and ‘Catholics in good standing”. Take no prisoners, and make no apologies.

If the Bishops stand up and follow cannon law, especially Cannon 915, this matter will be cleared up within 12 months. Once again, the hierarchy would carry the moral grounds this Church once had some time ago, and these wayward and lying politicians would be fearful of violating God’s laws and would tremble at the thought of ‘legislating evil’. There wouldn’t even need to be a ‘debate’ about homosexual marriage, birth control and abortofacients, or legalized child killing because even the most daft among us would understand it would be legislating evil. Yes, the line has been crossed, but Bishop Loverde and the rest of the Bishops; it was crossed decades ago. Where have you been?

TO THE PRO LIFE PRESS: DO NOT CLAIM TO BE LEADING THE CHARGE TO END LEGALIZED CHILD KILLING IF YOU IGNORE THE BEST TACTIC USED IN 39 YEARS.

My apologies for the lengthy title of this piece, but I couldn’t come up with a better headline that gets to the essence of this piece. That being said, the deliberate ‘icing’ by the pro-life ‘press’ of Randall Terry’s presidential campaign (and the congressional campaigns of Angela Michael in Illinois and David Lewis who is running against Speaker Boehner in Ohio) of UNEDITED AND GRAPHIC COMMERCIALS soon to be running in many of the major cities across this land during the super bowl pregame and game is unprecedented as in EVER. There has never been a presidential candidate before, when using federal campaign laws to run unedited and graphic pictures of dead babies has received the attention these ads are already getting in the states and cities they are being run in. Nothing has come close to generating the debate on legalized child killing as these ads, which depict in the most graphic way imaginable the despicable nature of “choice’. There are no efforts put forth BY ANY PRO LIFE GROUP that is even remotely close to doing what these ads are doing.

These groups have used any number of ‘reasons’ why they have not been supportive of Mr. Terry’s, Mrs. Michael's and Mr. Lewis's efforts as their excuse in not backing and funding this effort. There are other groups and pro life ‘press’ that have simply chosen to ignore these efforts and has rebuffed any attempts by the Terry team reaching out to them. Many of these groups don’t want to think and act outside of the box given to them by the IRS and the 501 c 3 laws, and do not want to jeopardize their standing among those who they wish to impress, but do not hold to the pro life positions these groups and leaders claim to be representing.

One of the primary refutations offered by many of these organization is that Randall Terry is an ‘attention hog’ is ‘showboating’ and making the claim that it is “about Randall Terry all of the time”. Some have gone on further to make claims that Randall Terry is so ‘80’s’ and is irrelevant and ought to move on with his life. I am not sure if these folks making these statements flunked a basic logic course, or truly don’t have the mental capacity to put two coherent thoughts together, but a simple Google search of Randall Terry will reveal at least 200 stories done on these commercials in the past several weeks, with a good number of them being national and international in nature. I don’t know about these folks, but this much press in such a short time frame seems to make Mr. Terry and his efforts VERY RELEVANT and has brought the issue of legalized child killing front and center of this debate.

I can (and did) a Google search on any number of ‘pro life organizations’ and ‘pro life press’ and find only their own references concerning their efforts. The MSM is not covering anything they are doing to any extent even remotely close like these graphic commercials are getting. They are not garnering the attention, and cannot make any serious claims that their efforts are anywhere near the ‘moral’ or ‘noble’ or ‘effective’ standards they have arbitrarily set for their mediocre efforts and lame attempts to mitigate their responsibility in selling the babies out. No one fears these groups and organizations, and not one government agency or state government or local government or television networks or their affiliates are trying to block any of their efforts to get the message out the way they are the Terry campaign and commercials. To put it simply, the pro deathers and their conspiratorial and complacent lackey MSM are scared “sh-tless” of this message getting out.

For those who believe Randall Terry and his message are irrelevant or ‘showboating’, explain how the MSM would ‘kowtow’ to Randall Terry and his message. Does Randall Terry carry God like powers and authority in which he can through the process of osmosis “will’ the MSM into showing these commercials and giving press to his candidacy? How is this ‘irrelevant’ man making this issue so ‘relevant’ and making it the scourge of this year’s campaign? I would like for the lame stream pro life press and pro life groups to answer these questions (if they dare). I also want to know from these leaders and organizations why they are not getting the press and coverage if their efforts are as ‘noble, moral, good and effective”. Are you deliberately keeping your efforts outside of the MSM presence and hiding them under a bushel basket? Are your efforts ‘stealth’ in order to not garner negative press from the MSM whom you so loathe? Maybe double secret probation is in effect here?

For the leaders in the pro life press: are you aware that Randall Terry and David Lewis and Angela Michael - these three individuals - have garnered more press coverage in the Main Stream Media than all other pro-life groups in the entire nation combined in the last 3 months. The very words "child killing" and "murder of babies" have been in more stories covering them than every other pro-life group in the nation combined in the last year. In other words, their efforts are driving the debate forward, in the exact arenas where it counts the most: politics and the press. Furthermore, when Randall's ads run in as many as 20 cities (including Chicago, Kansas City, Oklahoma City, Tulsa...etc.. and Angela's and David's ads run in St. Louis, Decatur, Terra Haute, Cincinnati, and Dayton, they will reach collectively into over 20 million homes with images of dead babies.

For years, pro-lifers and the pro life press have complained and whined that they do not get fair coverage, or even ANY coverage from the press. These candidates have shown that one can get good coverage, and fair coverage, if one does something that is NEWSWORTHY. It is so ironic that those so called leaders in the pro life press and movement can hold this standard to the MSM, yet they themselves sit in judgement of 'news' they deem is not appropriate or 'right' and 'choose' to ignore, or to condemn or to simply negate it by claiming all efforts are as 'noble, moral and effective' as all the others. Yet no one is paying attention or covering their issues as they see it. So, the leadership of the pro life press is reaping what they sew, and they don't seem to be dealing with it very well.

For the leaders in the pro life press: do you find it necessary to write pabulum for the pro life movement in order to raise funds? Do you enjoy continuing your ‘count’ of the number of issues you put out on the web? Do you look forward to a ‘long and fruitful life’ of ‘working to end abortion’ while ‘icing’ the real efforts in order to propagate your own ability to make a living off this movement? It’s time to stand up for the babies and grow a set. It’s time to end this holocaust, and show all of these ’choicers’ what their choice actually looks like. If you are constitutionally incapable of making these moves, get the hell out of the way, and you will see how real men get the job done.

You in the pro life press: it's time to report the real truth to the warriors out there, and it is time to be bold, told and sold on the pro life message and do your job as if the world depends on it. This is a time to get the job done. We need warriors on the battlefield, and not the collection of wimps, weenies, fruits, flakes and nuts who currently occupy the ‘front lines’ of this movement. When enough real men step up and do real battle, we will see real result and a real ending of legalized child killing as the Living God requires. Until then, we will see nothing that resembles any movement towards victory.

ANOTHER YEAR, ANOTHER MARCH

Many in the pro life movement may see this posting as cynical, but this past march was another ‘ho hummer’ and seems to be another wasted effort concerning the need to get legalized child killing front and center in the political scene. This is not to disparage in any way Nellie Grey’s efforts at putting this annual event together, but using her own words from a few years ago, even Ms. Grey is surprised these marches continue and this holocaust should have been ended decades ago.

It was the same old tired speeches from the same old tired speech givers, and more lies from the liars that call themselves politicians. And the largest culprit of them all, the church give lip service to ending this holocaust, while simultaneously praising and making nice with the baby killers. There was nothing of substance said from stage 2 days ago, and by the carnival atmosphere exhibited, one would have made the grave mistake in thinking they were at a party instead of marking an anniversary that has brought about more death than all the wars combined in this nation’s history. One would have thought it would be more somber, and there would be an air of anger and resolve to end this scourge of the nation.

There are many who continue to promote incrementalism and believe it is the way to go. These same folks do not seem to have a great deal of urgency about getting this holocaust ended, nor do they evoke much belief in the Living God’s ability to send a prophetic people as witness to the fallen world and have forgiveness and total healing in one fell swoop. We are entering the 40^th year of this holocaust, and even Fr. Pavone has admitted in his latest blog entry, that 40 years has Biblical significance and that our efforts should reflect this. But no one came forth with any concrete ways and plans for making this happen. Just more of the same empty rhetoric and promises from politicians that will be broken at the first sight of resistance from the enemy.

It was good to see Fr. Pavone at the march, and he and I had a chance to speak for a few moments. I will not divulge any of the conversation other than I told him of my support for him and a hope that his situation is resolved soon and completely. I also had an opportunity to meet up with Rabbi Levin and spoke to him at length about an issue I will cover in greater detail in another post. Overall though, for those who want to see an end to this holocaust, the speeches and the march itself left a lot to be desired, and did not move us any closer to ending this holocaust.

The vast majority of the people we attempted to address in recruiting for sidewalk counseling, letter writing, or really any activity that would force this issue front and center was met with significant resistance. Asking many of these people for more time outside of this one day is like asking a fish to live outside of water. On top of that, a good majority of the people at the march were adamantly against supporting Randal terry’s campaign and the showing of graphic ads during the super bowl. It never ceases to amaze me that such a large gathering of supposed pro-lifers gets together for the supposed reason of ‘ending abortion’ yet is so resistant to participating in any activity that takes the battle to the enemy.

This, unfortunately, includes those who consider themselves leaders, and many of the clergy. We were given more of a cold shoulder from the leadership and clergy than anyone, and the supposed pro-life press has given minimal to no coverage of this effort. However, no other group is proffering any action that is garnering the attention in the MSM as these commercials are, and the prolife movement in general is distancing themselves as far as possible, while simultaneously pushing to their donor base that they are doing ‘great things’.

I recollect a correspondence recently with a very well-known pro-life leader who made the claim that running unedited graphic commercials is as ‘noble, good and effective’ as other actions. I am finding this statement, and thus, this individual at best, disingenuous, and at worst, a charlatan. Either way, it is harming the message, and actually impeding any resolution and ending of legalized child killing in the near future. It is really too bad that too many came to this march in a ‘festive’ mood, and see this as their main effort for the year. Hence, there will be little to no change in the laws because the majority of those in the pro-life movement that consider themselves ‘activists’ already put in their efforts for 2012. God help us all.

ALL PRO LIFE EFFORTS ARE THE SAME?

The amount of press nationally and internationally Randall Terry is getting is beyond anything compared to the rest of the pro life movement combined. In fact, I’m not seeing any news story, or efforts by any of the groups that are garnering any attention in the secular media, and none of the leaders are making headlines, or openly challenging any of the candidates, especially the Republican presidential candidates to hold a true pro life position and to demonstrate any real standard of personal integrity and character to keep their word on any promises made.

It seems most of the pro life groups and leadership in this movement hold the same standards themselves that they allow the supposed standard bearers of the pro life banner to hold: simply pledge to discuss ‘dealing’ with the abortion issue and no one will dig into previous voting records, or closely examine the real story behind what has become false pledges over the past few decades. Gingrich is no more pro life than believing marriage is for life, and Romney is no more pro life than his believing hell care is a ‘conservative value’.

Yet as these same pro life leaders give free passes to scoundrels, they trash Randall Terry incessantly and use every standard and argument against Mr. Terry that they ought to be doing for Mr. Gingrich and Mr. Romney. As long as these pretender pro lifers mouth the right words, the shallow and daft pro life leadership will gladly throw their support behind these charlatans. Then, after a few years of no results, the same pro life ‘leaders’ will be ‘surprised’ by the fact the status quo continues, and they once again will clamor for ‘change’ and revert back to the tired old playbook of ‘fund us more to do more’.

The press that Randall Terry is getting has to be worth millions, and is once again thrusting legalized child killing front and center. When people see these ads, there is no other ay to react than that of great revulsion. It will cause many who have not paid any attention to this issue to sit up and take notice, and view FOR THE FIRST TIME the vileness and evil of this abominable practice and blood sacrifice to demons. This is how social change takes place. And this is the way this very real war must be fought. Anyone that tells you different is either naïve or a liar.

A case in point is a recent news clip from KY3 news in Springfield, Missouri, in which the news castors covered the story and made it abundantly clear they are forced to run the ads unedited due to federal campaign laws, and made multiple disclaimers on what they were showing. This news story blurred out the ad, stating “it is too graphic to show on the network at this time”. General Manager, Brian McDonough made two very interesting observations when commenting on the soon to be run ads. Mr. McDonough stated “Regardless of where people stand on the issue of abortion, it’s our belief that no one wants to see or subject their family to dismembered body parts during the super bowl”. He then ads “It is our hope that Mr. Terry will not put local TV stations in this no win situation and that he’ll agree not so air the ads”. See Link:

This is the EXACT REASON why the ads must run. It is to show ALL OF AMERICA the horrors of legalized child killing in the most graphic terms. This is what the murder of innocent children looks like, and if it were simply a ‘choice’ that is no more or no less morally equivalent to owning property or choosing what to do for a living, then what is the big deal in showing it? If it is really a legitimate ‘choice’ or ‘right’, it can’t be intrinsically wrong or repulsive, can it? If it is legal, doesn’t that make it moral? These are real questions that must be answered to really end legalized child killing, and nothing will give a stronger prompting to asking these questions than viewing the dead bodies of the victims of this holocaust.

This is why there is a major difference in actions that bring about change. All actions and activities are not the same, and it is those activities that thrust the issue of legalized child killing front and center that are superior to activities that sanitize and hide the truth. By sanitizing and hiding the truth, it only demonstrates the reluctance and fears of those claiming to be pro life are not bold enough to tell the unvarnished truth unapologetically, as is required by our faith. In this war for the soul of our nation, timidity and half hearted efforts are only going to result in judgment from the Living God and will be most severe on those who betrayed the most innocent when they had the opportunity to do something about it.

There is no excuse for the pro life movement to not get behind these campaign commercials. This opportunity is unprecedented, and there are no other groups doing what Mr. Terry is doing and garnering the attention of the nation in looking at the evil of legalized child killing. This opportunity, most likely will happen only once, and when it is over, there will not be another opportunity to force this holocaust onto the majority of Americans and leaving a profound image in their heads that this holocaust must be ended, in its totality NOW!

POLITICS AS USUAL

I could have given this post any number of names, such as ‘the fix is in’, ‘the most irrelevant election in U.S. history’ “comfortably numb’ or any other combination of words that reflects the status quo and how little the average American pays any attention to the people who will dictate their future over the latest version of whatever reality show happens to catch their fancy. In any sense, it is surreal that someone with the record of Mitt Romney can get away with the outright lies he is pedaling can garner such large numbers over an individual like Ron Paul, who has CONSISTENTLY GIVEN THE SAME MESSAGE FOR THE PAST 30 YEARS.

Mitt Romney is no friend to the conservative, traditionalist and any lover of the constitution. I covered his record on many relevant issues in a previous post, and I only scratched the surface concerning the amount of information in the public domain, that demonstrates how much of a charlatan this man is. I even tried to make it easier on the more skeptical by giving a series of links without those having to make much effort in doing their own research. Yet Romney’s numbers continue to rise, and more and more ‘Christians’ are getting behind this candidacy. Why?

I am left to wonder if the average American understands the times we live in. We are having major debt and economic issues, we have a rogue government taking away rights at lightening pace, and shredding the constitution at every turn over the lamest excuses ever dreamed up. Yet those in office, and seeking office (with the exception of Ron Paul) continue to push on with more blatant violations of rights given by God, and do it essentially in the name of God and mock God and our way of life in the process. Why is it the majority cannot see this? Why is it the majority is not up in arms about this?

Too many don’t want to be bothered, evidently and want to continue on in their self deluded Pollyanna existence, and have little to no idea what is in store for them in the next 12 months. Too many are intellectually lazy, and want the lame stream media to do the work for them. Too many can no longer distinguish between truth and lie, and are so easily deceived that there is no longer much of a challenge by the powers that be to impose their will upon the dumbed down masses. These people, including Romney, want nothing short of total control over everyone in this country. And they are damned close to actualizing this goal.

I recently had a conversation in which several willfully uninformed individuals were giving the typical “Republican/conservative’ lines fed to them by the handlers of the establishment, and these individuals (who claim will vote conservative) basically gave a free pass to Romney and Gingrich, and did not want to hear about the dismal records of both of these globalists. Their response to my research and investigations were to dismiss it as ‘conspiracy theory’. There seems to no longer exist in the mind of the average American an ability to critically think and apply any logical system of thought pertaining to established patterns of behavior.

It seems these folks are drinking the kool-aid, and really believe liars and thieves will become truth tellers and fiscally conservative through a magical process simply by stating their intention to do so. There is no long term memory of events and patterns of deceptive behaviors of what these men have done in the past, but only current string of words and catch phrases that attract the attention of these voters for periods of time no longer than 48 hours. This is the timeframe given lately when many were asked when they decided. Many are jumping on the bandwagon simply because they want to brag about how they ‘backed’ the winner. All very lame and shameful excuses to circumvent individual responsibility.

There needs to be a seismic shift in how we do business in this country, and a vote for anyone other than Ron Paul is status quo and business as usual. It truly is time for the average American to do his homework and stand up for what is right, just and moral, and not settle for the ‘lesser of the two evils’. We deserve better than that, and can do better than that.

A GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY

It is interesting. As more and more of the lame stream media write about Randall Terry’s candidacy and subsequent purchases of air times before and during the Super Bowl, it draws more attention to the message. However, too many of the ‘prolife’ groups and the movement in general are either ignoring the news, or are actually resisting it, and insisting they are doing as much, if not more to draw attention to the pro life issue, and doing it in a way that is not ‘offensive’ to most people’s sensibilities. Really? Why haven’t I or anyone else then seen or heard of these wondrous works that is bringing the issue of legalized child killing front and center in this election cycle?

There are some prominent pro lifers out there who are promoting the candidacy of Randall Terry, which ultimately allows for the full and complete exposure of dead babies without any apology or sanitization of the message. Dr. Monica Migliorino Miller, whose photographs are being utilized for the commercials has stated “What Randall Terry is doing is bold, clever and necessary” in that it is forcing Americans to view the hidden truth of legalized child killing and forcing a crisis of consciousness upon people.

Joe Scheidler, acclaimed as the "Godfather of Pro-life activism," says:

"Randy's campaign will save thousands of babies' lives. Let's help him!"

Jill Stanek, renowned pro-life columnist, says:

"Airing graphic ads during the Super Bowl represent a unique opportunity to show a huge number Americans the truth about abortion during the one time a year they actually look forward to watching commercials rather than ignoring them. Donate to air the ads here. The more money Terry gets, the more times he can run the ad."

It is wonderful to see these three individuals whose leadership is very well known within the prolife movement, as well as a few of the pro life news sites, promote this idea and see the need to show graphic pictures of dead babies, unedited during one of the most premier events of the year. How unfortunate though, that the majority of the supposed pro life ‘leaders’ are once again MIA from this opportunity, and are pedaling their own efforts as at least as ‘noble and good’ or even superior to showing dead babies unedited during the Super Bowl. How do I know that? By the responses given by the leaders who have been approached and were asked to help with this effort.

I would like to throw out a challenge to these leaders (which make up the majority in the pro life movement). What are you doing to bring attention to ending legalized child killing, and why have we not heard about it? If all efforts are as ‘noble’ and as ‘good’ and as ‘effective’ where is the press coverage for your efforts? What about the hate mail and death threats the Terry campaign is receiving? Are you receiving the same? What about the resistance one would expect from other ‘pro lifers’ when moving out of the comfort zone and actually confronting this grizzly and evil reality? Is anyone else, anywhere running or showing unedited graphic ads on television that are getting national and international press and coverage? I don’t see any and have not heard of any. But I am still receiving tons of mail and e-mail wanting me to ‘contribute’ to many of these groups that claim to be hot on the trail of ending legalized child killing. (While never mentioning the words legalized child killing or abortion and not using graphic images).

No, some efforts are superior to others, and efforts that convey half truths, are way more evil than those that present a full frontal assault on truth, as those efforts by the pro deathers do. If these self-proclaimed leaders want to believe hiding from the truth and placating the enemy is the same morally as fearlessly telling the unvarnished truth, then these self-proclaimed leaders are very delusional, and drinking their own brand of cherry Kool-Aid. Mediocrity has not been, nor ever will be excellence and no amount of window dressing and flattering language will change this fact.

These so called leaders know who they are, and for them to be so arrogant and self-aggrandizing that they think hiding in their kitchens and behind keyboards while throwing out their messages and organizing virtual protests is the same as taking bullets on the battlefield shows why there is little fear of legalized child killing ever coming to an end on their watch. These leaders have no idea how to fight and win this war. If they had any idea, they would gratefully promote and support efforts to get pictures of dead babies into the living rooms of Americans so they would have to look directly upon the ‘choice’ that the evil people have forced down the throats of this once great country. But no, there is too much fear and too much placation of the enemy and too many ‘reward points’ to be lost if these leaders actually put themselves on the line for the babies.

There is no question that most of these leaders cannot be trusted to forward the naked truth of legalized child killing because they are too scared to do so. When there are very lame ‘justifications’ such as claiming all efforts are morally ‘equal’, clearly these people have disqualified themselves as being true agents of change. These so called leaders obviously do not see an unprecedented opportunity and are too busy worrying about how insignificant they will look in comparison to the mediocre efforts put forth on their watch to understand they could be part of a force that becomes unstoppable. MITT ROMNEY IS OBAMA IN A SLICK JACKET

I don’t know if anyone else noticed, but with only 28% of the voted
counted, Mitt Romney was the declared winner of the New Hampshire
primary, and was thus coronated as the front runner, and man to beat
as the Republican nominee. This was after just a mere 36 hours
previously, when Dr. Ron Paul was leading the race by a few percentage
points, and was running a strong second initially. It seems the
establishment has ‘found’ their man, and Mitt Romney’s popularity
began to surge in places like South Carolina and Florida after
wrapping up the New Hampshire primary.

It is interesting how many are jumping on the Romney bandwagon without
actually trying to understand what this man is about, and what he
stands for. For those who want ‘change’ from the ‘change’ we had four
years ago, one ought to begin digging through the very prolific amount
of information and voting records Mr. Romney has. If the average
American is into ‘more of the same’, Mitt Romney is their man.
However, if the average American looks at the severity of the times,
and gets the urgency needed in changing directions, a vote for Mitt
Romney would border on the treasonous.

Mr. Romney, as all of the Republican hopefuls minus Ron Paul, has been
dead silent on the most recent violations of liberties recently taken
away by the NDAA. How can anyone who knows and understands what this
horrible law will impose on American’s freedoms claim with any
seriousness that they are conservative, and represent conservative
values? But that’s exactly what Mr. Romney and his ilk are doing. No
condemnation of Obama and the government in passing legislation that
will allow for the indefinite detention, torture and possible
execution of an American citizen without being charged and being
denied due process of the law.

Mr. Romney has been silent on the SOPA legislation making it’s way
through Congress with a pledge by Obama to sign the bill into law when
it arrives at his desk. This legislation allows for the government to
abridge rights of speech and of free flowing information in the name
of ‘piracy’ and effectively hands the government the kill switch to
the internet. Violation of free speech and dissemination of
information is not a conservative value, and as such, should not be an
acceptable position to those claiming to be conservatives.

Mr. Romney has been tied into international front organizations that
have been proven and documented to be actively working against the
interests of the United States. Mr. Romney is an active member of the

these organizations attempt to set agendas by the elites, and
generally speaking, the last several presidents of this country have
been associated with one or more of these organizations. Mr. Romney
is no exception and appears willing to follow marching orders if given
the chance to ascend to the presidency. Undermining the sovereignty
of the United States is not a conservative value.

Obama styled his now famous hell care law after Romney care, as it was
known in Massachusetts. Mr. Romney wants to defend his actions and
passing of this law as following ‘conservative values’. When has
mandating any individual to purchase any good or service from another
individual a conservative value, or seen as promoting personal liberty
and freedom? The whole aspect of ‘telling’ someone how they must run
their lives reeks of paternalism, and embodies the idea that elites
must be present in order to keep the sheeple form ‘harming themselves’
as they are too stupid to care for their own needs. This is not a
conservative value, nor is it Christian.

Mr. Romney also seems to want to distort the real record of his
actions, and appears to be doing everything in his power to deflect
and distract any critic, or any conservative who would dare question
his actions. Deflecting, distracting, or outright lying are not
conservative values, and really embody what Obama does. WE don’t want

TAKING IT TO THEM

As everyone is now very aware of, Tim Tebow did it again and laid
waste to so many of his critics by beating a premier team with his
supposed ‘mediocre skills’ and this improbable starter is moving on in
the playoffs. Tebow is creating a stir in the sports world, as well
as general society, and the battle lines could not be clearer. Due to
his own life story, Tim Tebow is the embodiment of life and is a great
source of embarrassment and consternation amongst the pro death
factions, and they are doing everything in their power to bring this
young man down.

On December 13, 2011, Sophia Brugato, a blogger for ‘the abortion
gang’ called on her fellow supporters of legalized child killing to
‘donate $5 or $10 to your local pro choice organization’ every time
Tim Tebow scored a touchdown. So, Brugato has a desire to advocate
the death of an individual, when another does something and then
offers thanks to the Living God in response to actualizing gifts given
by God. It is interesting that Brugato ‘watches’ or ‘listens’ to the
games in order to know when touchdowns occur, in order to know when to
activate her anti God and pro Satan agenda.

Since Brugato is so into the visuals and wants people to ‘see’ this
‘saintliest saint’ go down, it is high time Brugato ‘sees’ the fruits
of her own labor, and takes a look, first hand at the bloody and torn
up corpses of the ‘choices’ she so strongly advocates. After all,
Sophia, if you are so proud of your beliefs and your organization, you
ought to be able to look at the fruits of your labor; given it is
‘only a choice’. It is high time these pro deathers get to look at
their handiwork and ‘defend’ the ‘right’ to pay for and participate in
the wanton destruction of life.

It is people like Brugato that cry and complain the most vehemently,
when confronted with the grisly images of legalized child killing.
They cry how ‘foul’ the pro life side is when forced to look at the
handiwork of their ‘creation’. They want to cry about how young
children are ‘traumatized’ by such images when exposed to them, and
how ‘disturbing’ they are when people are trying to go about their day
to day lives and see a ‘face the truth tour’. These people want to
sanitize the reality of what they advocate, because they know in their
twisted and sick hearts, this is truly evil and goes against anything
in nature. They know this intuitively, yet go against what is right,
just and moral.

We have an opportunity to make people like Sophia Brugato, and
organizations like ‘the abortion gang’ look at unaltered and true
images of their handiwork. We have the opportunity to finally take
this fight to the gates of hell, and to the apprentice demon
worshippers that fund this Godless criminal enterprise. Let them look
‘dead’ on to these images and tell the rest of the world this is ‘only
a choice’. Let them be on the defensive for one of the few times
since 1973. Let us, as the army of the Living God, show these people
the war they have waged upon the most innocent in our society.

WE have this ability, through the candidacy of Randall Terry. Because
of the federal campaign laws, ads running within the window of time in
campaign/caucus/primary states cannot be altered or denied based on
any content within them. Therefore, the ads need to run as created
and cannot be altered or edited in any way, shape or form. This is
what the pro life side has always advocated, and has always complained
about concerning the MSM. This opportunity is unprecedented in the
national arena, but it is very time limited, so those out there who
are serious about effecting change and stamping out legalized child
killing once and for all, MUST ACT on this opportunity.

So, this is the challenge I am presenting to all of the pro life
groups and leadership: fund these ads and put a stop to organizations
such as ‘the abortion gang’ and individuals such as Sophie Brugato who
promote direct killing by taking a person willing to promote the

A YEAR TO PREPARE

I’m not starting out this year of 2012 with a greeting of “Happy New Year’ because frankly, this year does not look like it will be happy, nor bring tidings of great joy to anyone in Mudsville. If anything, it should have come in with great sobriety, prayer and an ever growing awareness that much must be done before December 31, 2012 arrives. As I have said on many occasions, this brings me no pleasure to write of these matters, but there does not seem to be many options, since too many want to live in a Pollyanna world, and not deal with the reality around them. So, if anyone is disturbed by more warnings, they ought to skip this post and come back later.

There is a real foreboding concerning the fact we are entering the 40th year of legalized child killing this January 22. Biblically speaking, there ought to be great concern within the Christian community but there is not and there seems to be little evidence this will change one iota over the next year. It is a sad testimony that Christians in this country have so lost their moral compass that matters such as legalized child killing and homosexual marriage do not raise much of a fuss, and the majority of Christians in this country spend more time falling all over themselves to not ‘offend’ the enemy than consider the aspect that the Living God is highly offended by what he sees. The Living God does not bless sin and those who commit sin.

We then have this never ending financial catastrophe of massive deficit spending by our rogue government. As stated before, anyone who remembers junior high math and did not sleep through the lessons on arithmetic and geometric progressions will soon understand we will witness a total collapse of our economy. This is unavoidable by simple mathematics: we are increasing spending in a geometric progression, while our ability to pay for it is shrinking, due to a smaller workforce making less money, and more of the population on the dole. This is unsustainable, and should hit its crescendo this year some time. It is unbiblical for anyone to live beyond their means as a way of life, and this country has done this for going on 40 years.

Obama and his cronies passed two horrible pieces of legislation, SOPA and NDAA. So, with two horrible and anti freedom laws, the internet can now be shut down, and the military can now hold any American indefinitely in any manner fashionable and may torture to gather information, and ultimately can execute “enemy combatants’ or ‘terrorists’ as defined by the president and his unelected band of bureaucrats who can determine on any standard they perceive is the flavor of the month. So much for freedom of information and freedom of speech and freedom of unrestricted movement.

For anyone paying any kind of attention, this ought to be a year of preparation. There is little time left to dilly dally around, and it is of no consequence to me personally if this message ticks or aggravates people. We are so late in the game, that if one really chooses to not see what is happening, then they are quite deserving of the consequences soon to visit. As I told my family and a few close friends, I believe I have fulfilled my moral obligation to warn and instruct, and it is now on the reader if they choose to not look, and to do nothing. I am tired of preaching this message, and it is looking clearer by the day that fulfillment of these matters are on our doorstep and will soon manifest themselves. It will be only then that the majority will become concerned, but by then it will be too late.

The only question for the reader is: Am I going to let another year go by and simply watch, or am I going to take a good and honest look at this situation and act on what I see? These matters are terrible and can be frightening, but it does not stop the reality from occurring if one buries his head in the sand. The time is now upon us that we need to act in the positive, for us and our family. With the train about to leave the station, it isn’t time to try to convince those who don’t want to board the train, to get the last tickets available. It’s time to board the train, even if those closest to us refuse.

The stage is set for something very big this year. There are too many large and dangerous variables for there not to be a major event. And that’s not to say there cannot be multiple events in the very near future. But for sure, major change is on its way and we don’t need the Mayans to tell us that. We simply need to choose to act, and to face the truth of our situation no matter how ugly and unpleasant, and get the job done before we no longer have the ability to get it done. Remember, it’s better to be prepared years in advance than to be a day late.

WHAT A YEAR

In thinking about this past year, the first thought that enters my head is ”Thank God we made it through another year”. The next thought is how many things happened that should have been easy to see a year ago that ended up shrouded from plain view, as well as events that seemed to be nearly a sure thing that did not occur. That’s what makes predicting the future so difficult: it is mainly guess work and luck. But that doesn’t stop anyone from doing it, and I will again be prognosticating what I think 2012 will look like. But it is important to review and see where we’ve been and what we may need to do for the following year.

On the pro-life front, unfortunately, we made little headway. Although we may claim to be a majority in this country, we are moving more towards a culture of death than towards life, and the miniscule progress is not enough to stem the tide of the dominant social theme of ‘me first’. The vast majority of people, who identify themselves as prolife, are not in the active phase of changing this culture. I go to the killing fields ever Saturday and every time I’m there, our side is outnumbered by the deathscorts by at least 2:1 ratio. There are times I am by myself, such as last week, and it leaves me wondering how in an area of 6 million people I can be one of the few who is willing to get out of bed and be inconvenienced in trying to save my unborn brothers and sisters. It is very frustrating and leaves me wondering how strong the belief is in those who are pro-life.

We have a declared candidate, Randall Terry, who is running against Obama on the Democratic ticket, and so far, this has generated little interest in the pro-life movement. There again, is an opportunity to fund unedited and powerful pro-life messages, and the vast majority of pro-lifers seems to be stuck in mediocre mode, and is not actively helping by either putting the word out or funding this effort. Mr. Terry announced his candidacy at last year’s March for Life, and we have had a full year to make waves. If this past year is any indicator of things to come, then next year is going to bring about ‘more of the same’ and we will be much closer to that abyss and most likely will fall over.

***note*** legalized child killing will be entering its 40th year on January 22. 40 years has great significance in Biblical times, and many I have spoken to believe this year very well may be it if we don’t turn things around. I will be writing more extensively on this topic soon.

Economically, we have been through turbulent times that really are the beginnings of the end of the economic system we have grown up with and are used to. Europe has teetered on the brink several times over the past year, and the bailouts had become more frequent and larger over the past few months, and seem to only increase in this frequency and amounts. Our own country has seen an increase in unemployment, those depending upon welfare and government assistance, and a huge decrease in tax revenue, and these three forces are increasing the deficit in a geometric progression, and there is no hope this condition will be reversed in the current system.

Politically, the Obamination administration has worked actively to control the internet, and has signed into law the most draconian law that allows for the indefinite detention of any American on the pretense of being a ‘terrorist’. As conditions deteriorate, Obamination and his thug government will not hesitate whatsoever to use this now ‘legal’ status to begin purging those who disagree with him and the rogue government, and we most likely will see the first signs of outright persecution of Christians and others who hold to traditional beliefs and hold political views similar to those of our Founding Fathers.

This past year has been unbelievable in its escalation of things bad. There are many who now wonder if it is even possible to turn things around, or if we are now at a point in history that we will need to start over fresh. If next year is anything like this year, we had better watch out, and be ready for anything.

A GLIMPSE OF OUR FUTURE

One doesn’t have to go far into speculation in order to see the future for those who stand up for life and by extension, hold to their Christian values. We already know that Obama has put many different types of people on his watch lists, and these include ‘one issue’ folks, such as pro-lifers, second amendment advocates, Ron Paul supporters, ex-military and those belonging to Oath Keepers, as well as those who promote Christianity and fight against issues such as forcing Homosexual marriage and sex education down the throats of those who have a right to follow their conscious and reject the God/State in attempting to re-engineer reality.

An avid pro-lifer and good friend of mine, Dick Retta, is currently being charged for assault, and the Justice Department is using the FACE law ( Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances act) to prosecute this 80 year old man for the horrific crime of…. Handing out literature and encouraging women to reconsider killing their child and offering alternative services. For this heinous crime against humanity, Eric Holder and his band of thugs are looking to impose at LEAST a $25,000 fine and the possibility of going to jail for some time. And despite some pressure by outside sources for dropping these ridiculous charges, Eric the ‘gun runner’ Holder is having none of it.

Dick Retta has been in front of the Planned Parenthood site in Washington D.C for as long as I have known him, and this goes back nearly 15 years. Mr. Retta is one of the most mild mannered individuals I have had the pleasure of working with, and to put him on par with drug runners, gun runners and all of the other human vermin running around is one of the gravest injustices that can occur. However, according to Obamination and Gun-runner Holder, Christians are at the top of the list when they think of ‘terrorism’. It appears in Obamination’s world, gun running and sending African American thugs to scare away white voters is no big deal (At least in Chicago) But God forbid, someone trying to save lives is seen as the terrorist. Mr. Retta, maybe you should have offered to shoot the babies, and you might have walked.

We then have the case of Peter D’Attilio who was simply handing out 2 inch wide pro-life ‘book markers’ at a public gathering at a local Catholic church in Massachusetts when, after a complaint, was accosted by two police officers. During this affair, one of the police officers accused Mr. D’Attilio of having outstanding warrants out on him (despite the officer having any idea who Mr. D’Attilio was at that moment, and had Mr. D’Attilio handcuffed, had his car illegally searched looking for ‘bombs’ and had Mr. D’Attilio charged with assault on a police officer, amongst other charges, and then proceeded to beat Mr. D’Attilio after handcuffing him, when there was no need to do so.

We can already begin to see, by the examples of abuse by the government and its representatives that sympathy for our cause and our beliefs is at an all-time low. When we can have our government participate in Gun Running and virtually ignore gross violations of civil rights by a protected group onto the ‘dominant’ group, we have a situation in which lawlessness prevails and we will now fall into tyranny by the few against the majority. It is happening right in front of us, and there is no deniability and no’ conspiracy theory’ in these matters. We need to only open our eyes and see what is right in front of our faces.

We have already seen the passage of laws in the past week that allows for the military to detain indefinitely any ‘domestic terrorist’ from the homeland for an indefinite amount of time, while denying these people habeas corpus rights, and even allowing for torture and/or execution without trial. We have also seen how the government wants to have the authority to shut down any internet site on the pretenses of ‘piracy’ and thus, be able to control the free flow of information that would allow supposed free Americans the right and the ability to keep tabs on happenings by our government and other official governing bodies. It would seem that it is more about the crony government that does not want to be ‘outed’ than it is the phony charges of the phantom ‘terrorist’ this crony government would like us to believe.

We need to be very vigilant concerning the nature of charges brought against those in our society that is suspect at best, and criminal at worst. The cases of both pro-lifers discussed above seems to demonstrate how our government has way over stepped their boundaries, and has become out of control concerning it’s seemingly blood thirsty ways of taking out any citizens who dare ‘cross the line’ or question the ever ‘god like’ stance these sociopaths dictate. This government is getting more out of control and insane as we speak, and unfortunately, these lunatics have an army behind their efforts, and the show of force is what is keeping most in check. However, this condition is temporary, and these sociopaths better watch their steps, hence they step over the line, and find they get their own methods getting thrust back into their faces.

OBAMA IS DELUSIONAL

I always knew Obama suffered from delusions of grandeur, but it went way over the line when Drudge revealed a section of taping done by 60 minutes that Obama believes he is the fourth best president in the history of this country because of what he ‘accomplished’ in his first two years of his presidency. The three presidents he listed as being ‘better ‘than him in his first two years is: LBJ, FDR, and Lincoln. In at least two of these cases, Obama has compared himself to two of the most profligate socialists/fascists in our nation’s history. Some have gripes with Lincoln, but this being said, Obama thinks he superseded presidents such as Washington, Jefferson, Adams, Jackson, Buchannan, Teddy Roosevelt, Truman, and JFK.

It is interesting that 60 minutes decided to edit this remark out of their program, as they in their own liberal slant, understood it would never pass the stink test. It is so unbelievable that this clown believes he has the moral ground to even make such a claim, and that the is so delusional that he would believe this himself and believe others who put any thought into this insane assertion would follow Barack ‘Insane’ Obama into this delusion and back him up. Unfortunately, a large minority will do exactly this, and demonstrate to the rest of the country, and world for that matter, how nuts they really are. And this man is likely to be reelected and will only continue in his insane ways the eventual takeover and enslavement of this country.

The insanity of this assertion goes beyond reason. Anyone stupid enough to believe this really has no right to be able to vote in the next election. But because there is no litmus test given, many uninformed and delusional voters will go into this election and vote based upon their very deluded thoughts that this clown will give them more ‘goodies’ from the ‘rich’ one percent, and not give a rip about the future of this country and what is right and moral, and openly assist this@$$hole in the continuation of destroying the once greatest nation ever to be on this planet. Again, their lack of knowledge is purely the reason they will sign their own death warrants and this will occur before this idiot completes his second term.

What a sad time this is for our country. Things will not get better as long as we have an ignorant and willfully stupid electorate that does not give a rip about anything other than what they will get out of the next elected bunch of fools. Little do they realize that the party will soon come to an end, and the joke will be upon them. The government these people think gives a rip about them will betray them in ways that are beyond imagination at this point, but will soon manifest themselves soon enough, and be much harsher than anyone can write about at this time. But coming it is, and nasty and horrible it will also be. The question is, do you see this coming, and are you preparing for it?

In the meantime, are we doing everything in our power to change this outcome or to educate our fellow citizens on this horror? I know too many who don’t care enough to even educate themselves on the matter, yet even attempt to educate others on this. It is extremely unfortunate that we will be caught ‘off-guard’ when TSHTF and will be crying foul when we don’t have the necessary precautions in place for what is to happen. WE have a supposed leader who is taking rights away at a faster rate than any of the most communistic regimes in world history, yet people could care less and are spending more time worrying about the upcoming Christmas season to give a rip about these matters. What are we going to do if things go south right after the New Year?

We have the ability to finally get rid of this foreign born occupier of the White House. We finally have the ability to make right what went wrong four years ago. Do we have the ability or knowledge and fortitude to do so? Or will this turn out to be one more very historical blunder that many will look at years from now and state’ what were these fools thinking?” We will see soon enough, and we will also see if we are too late to turn things around, or if we will come to an understanding we need to bow in front of the Living God and ask for His forgiveness and approach with humble and contrite hearts.

TEBOW AND THE MESSAGE

There is so much being made about Tim Tebow and his beliefs in the MSM and in society overall. There are those who are totally disgusted with his openly showing allegiance to Jesus Christ by praying and giving Glory to God in public whenever he has the opportunity. There are those who are reading into this winning streak and phenomenal play, God’s ‘blessing’ on this football team as a way of showing His approval for what is going on. Then there are those who are claiming to be Christian, yet are embarrassed over the outward and very public demonstration of Tebow’s faith, and would rather he keep a ‘low profile’ and just ‘do his job’.

There is no question Tim Tebow is living his faith. This young man is living a celibate and chaste life when the vast majority of his peers succumb to sexually acting out and using their fame and fortune in not such healthy ways, he is very involved in many different charities and is open about the story concerning his mother having had to choose to carry him to full term, when the medical profession was recommending to kill him in the womb. It seems this young man has a sincere desire to get his message out and to live an exemplary life to demonstrate this gratefulness in having his opportunity to life his life.

This being said, there seems to be many different points of contention that are interfering in the message or meaning of this phenomena. For instance, the debate about whether God ‘cares’ about football or not also seems to be a matter of question, and has the potential of being a very large distraction if this ‘streak’ ends, and Tebow falls from football grace. Many may read into this that God is not that interested, or that a human quarterback or team cannot get the ‘divine’ mission accomplished, and demonstrating God’s ‘incompetence’. This in effect, would put God on trial, and some may hold this as a standard in which God will ‘predestine’ Denver to win the super bowl.

This idea could be taken to another level, in which many could take the position that God is more interested in football than the laws of this country that ‘legalize’ child killing and homosexual marriage. It would also minimize the churches role in which the current Christian church is doing little to promote the true message and as a result, inspiring very few. It is true that God wants to save as many souls as possible, and if this is the case, it is very sad that it takes a quarterback on a football team to ‘evangelize’ a nation gone astray than a Church whose sole purpose of existence is to spread the Gospel.

God can use any method of spreading His word as He chooses, and maybe it is falling on the shoulders of a very young man who was nearly murdered before he was born. But God’s message is not contingent upon this young man winning every game he plays in, and winning a certain trophy in February. There are many more important issues that need our attention which are way more important than football, but maybe this is the only way God can reach the average American at this time. What a sad commentary, if it’s true.

Maybe the real message of the Tim Tebow phenomena is how one can overcome incredible obstacles and do incredible things with real faith. It very well may go to show that God is going to utilize whatever opportunity comes along, and if people cannot get the message through sports analogies, most likely they will not get the message even if someone was raised from the dead.

SHUT DOWN THE INTERNET?

Now, it seems in ‘the name of law and order” one of the most lawless and chaotic regimes in U.S. history wants to pull the plug on the internet under the aegis of ‘piracy protection’. It seems these sociopathic fascists are not content with owning the financial, political and religious systems, but they want to cut off one of the truly free and last frontiers we have left to combat their power and to get real and truthful information without having to go through the powers that be censorship. It is the same old tired excuse with the same old playbook of scare tactics to corral as many of the sheeple as they can.

The “Stop Online Piracy Act”, or SOPA, would give the federal government through the Department of Justice the ‘authority’ to shut down any website and accuse any site linking with as co-conspirators, simply on hearsay, or simply because the DOJ or other government body does not like the content of the site. This bill would allow the total bypass of due process, and will have a significantly chilling effect on the internet and dissemination of needed information. In essence, it will justify and give to the Federal Government justification to kill the internet for any reason of its choosing.

As we have seen recently, the government under Obama has been ever increasing its tentacles into our freedoms and utilizing scare tactics to get votes from the brainless representatives and minimal response from the attention deficit populace that will be the ultimate recipient of this repealing of freedom. It seems that very few understand the implications of this far reaching and ridiculous grab at censoring one of the greatest advances in technology the world has ever seen. The real truth of the matter is that the internet allows for people to get the unabridged truth and is actually challenged to think for themselves, something the mindless public school systems have failed to do for the past 40 + years.

It seems this government continues to play their one trick pony to the nausea level. Everything nowadays from them is tied into ‘terrorism’ and the majority still jump as high when this nonsense is pedaled s reality. The only ‘terrorism’ that occurs on a regular basis is that of the governments constant whining about how there is a jihadist around every corner, behind every bush, and in every other seat on an airplane. It’s total BS and is only given credence by the compliant MSM, and in the brain void heads of people like Senator Lindsay Graham and others who believe the average American has nothing better to do than plan the overthrow of these incompetent idiots currently holding office.

It will be a sad day if this law passes, and in the name of ‘piracy’ or ‘terrorism’ sites are shut down on a whim, and the owners of the sites end up either being sued into the poor house, or eventually jailed in one of the soon to be ‘relocation camps’ being set up by FEMA and to be run by our own military. These events are moving too quickly, and the government is taking liberties from us that are God given, not Obama given. We don’t need their ‘guidance’ permission or blessing to live as free men. And part of being a free man is to get the best information available, without censorship, and without some busybody bureaucrat telling us what is good for us. It’s time to take our freedoms back.

Unbeknownst to the majority of Americans, there is a bill going through Congress, and will be voted on by the end of this week. This bill, the National Defense Authorization Act, or NDAA, is giving the military ultimate authority in domestic affairs, effectively eliminating posse comitatus which disallows the military to take police action in domestic affairs and habeus corpus, which allows due process and requires charges and a fair and speedy trial for any American citizen accused or charged with a crime. The section of the NDAA that is under the greatest dispute is section 1031, which allows for any American citizen ‘suspected’ of ‘terrorism’ to be held indefinitely and without charge by the military in any manner they choose, which can include torture and possible execution.

The great statesman and relentless pro-life advocate Senator Lindsay Graham of South Carolina boldly declared that “The homeland is part of the active battlefield and must be protected from both enemies abroad as well as domestic”. It is appalling that Mr. Graham would ever agree with the evil Obama regime and collude with the idea that American citizens should be subject to any suspicion or speculation based up on the Obama regime’s idea of what constitutes a terrorist. We have already seen what Obama thinks concerning ‘terrorism’ by the fact he has NEVER referred to his Muslim brothers as terrorists, but only to white conservative Christians, and those who are ‘one issue’ advocates, such as pro-lifers, second amendment supporters and Ron Paul supporters.

The traitor, Senator Carl Levin from Michigan is trying to pedal the BS that Obama asked for section 1031 to be removed from the bill, and threatened to veto the bill if the language is included. The fact of the matter is that the Obama regime asked for this language, and is simply posturing and lying about the veto in order to get the bill through, and allow the cowardly Senators and Congressmen to vote for it and look tough on ‘terrorism’, while believing the pathological liar Obama will actually keep his word and veto it. We will only find out to our dismay that Obama will sign it, and we will find out to our chagrin that it will be used against us, as most ‘promises’ have been broken by this foreign imposter.

In the meantime, the question on the table is, will we allow our rogue government to continue taking our rights away, as if they are God and have the right to determine what we can and cannot do? Or how we are to live or ultimately how we die? Do we really believe, as a supposed free people, that these sociopaths are more qualified to tell us how to run our lives? These things have been discussed by many people over several years, and the main response by the majority is “that would never happen; our government would never do that”. Yet here we are, and the government is doing exactly what we have been warned about, and most don’t even care enough to shut the television off and make a few phone calls or send emails.

I fear we are at the end concerning our country. We already know, and would have to be absolutely brain dead to not see where this is going. The rogue government has hijacked our country, and is passing laws by the day that are absolutely gutting the constitution and taking away any freedoms to resist. Terrorism according to people like Senator Graham and OBAMA is anyone who questions what these ‘gods’ say and think and punishment will be severe, and possibly indefinite until death. This is a real crappy deal for the supposedly ‘freest country on the planet’. We will soon find out, and it most likely will not go the way we want or even can imagine at this time. Call your representatives and demand they renounce and vote against NDAA, especially section 1031

PUT UP OR SHUT UP

With Randall Terry running for the presidency on the Democratic ticket, it will allow the pro-lifers to run graphic ads that will make the pro deathers look at their handiwork. It will also leave the Republicans alone to address the other issues that many are seeing as more important than the pro-life stance. But one thing is for sure: the graphic ads will run as created, without editing, and it will be the ultimate litmus test of those claiming to be pro-life, and ‘sincerely’ want to see an end to this holocaust. It will show once again, who is truly pretentious in their word, or if they really mean what they say by wanting legalized child killing to end.

We are hearing the same old diatribe from many in the pro-life camp: Randall Terry is up to his ‘showboating, attention seeking behaviors’ and they use this as an excuse to not support this effort, that ultimately shows the horrific nature of legalized child killing. Yet these same groups will put forth their mediocre efforts, sanitized language and ads, soft-pedal the message, and hide behind ‘tolerant’ and lukewarm stances, and raise millions for doing little to nothing as far as making any real headway in ending legalized child killing. Most of these charlatan groups will spend more time in bed with the enemy than living their faith, and act as if they have forever in which to change the laws of this country and will do it without a bloody and messy fight.

Many of these people have disputed my allegations over the past two years, but the majority have still not come forth and endorsed either Randall Terry in this election cycle or Missy Smith in 2010. The majority of these people were too busy condemning Ms. Smith’s efforts and too busy personally attacking Randall Terry and continued on ‘bitching’ about how their efforts were ‘iced out’ by the MSM. (Interestingly enough, these people did exactly to Randall Terry and Missy Smith what they allege the MSM did to them). They hypocrisy is dripping and it is so apparent these so called pro-life groups are more interested in their own wellbeing and continued existence than doing the right thing, and taking advantage of this opportunity to show the killing fields directly and unedited by the criminal syndicate MSM.

It seems many of these pro-life groups do not understand the urgency and the times we live in. It is becoming more apparent by the day that the clock is running out on our opportunity to effect change and the wages of our sins of omission are soon to be paid. Too many of these groups are stuck in their petty ways and bickering over little nothings than getting into the field of battle and taking the fight to the enemies of life. It seems most want the glory for themselves and their organizations in order to maximize their fund raising and to be well thought of by the enemy, who is grateful these weaklings do little to threaten an ending to the killing fields.

It is time to challenge these people and groups to put their money where their mouth is. It’s time to do a real gut check and determine whether the word of the Living God is true, or if it is myth. It is time to fight like it really matters and that we really believe those in the womb deserve life as much as we do. It is time to put aside the petty bickering and differences, and support these ads and candidacy of Randall Terry regardless of personal differences and philosophies. All of the people criticizing Randall Terry are not coming forward and taking the personal risk that Mr. Terry is, but seem very content and smug in their beliefs that they will criticize this effort. If true, then get your mediocre and scared rear end out there and make the moves Mr. Terry is doing. If those being critical will not put up, then at least have enough integrity to shut up.

Jamiel Terry, son of Pro-life Leader Randall Terry, Killed in Car Crash.

On November 30, at 7:00 A.M., Jamiel Terry, age 31, was killed in a head on collision in Lilburn, Georgia. Gwinnett police spokesman Jake Smith said that the three passengers in the other vehicle were hospitalized with injuries that were not life threatening. The cause of the crash has not yet been determined.

Jamiel Terry was the adopted son of Operation Rescue Founder, Randall Terry, who is currently in the Democratic Primary for President for 2012.

Background:

Jamiel Terry and his younger sister were adopted by Mr. Terry and his first wife in 1994, after being in foster care with the Terry’s since 1988.

In 2006, Jamiel Terry made national headlines with his announcement that he was a practicing homosexual, and began to promote homosexual marriage. Randall Terry has long been engaged in high profile political efforts to defeat the attempt to legalize homosexual marriage.

The rift between Jamiel and Randall Terry was widely exploited and at times misrepresented in print and on TV. However, Randall and Jamiel maintained frequent contact, and were “working through their issues” as Jamiel would say.

Mr. Terry states:

“We are all in a state of shock, and unthinkable grief. I loved him dearly; we all did.

“Jamiel had a brilliant mind, and was a gentle soul. And as anyone knows who has spent time with him, he was funny, articulate, and a formidable debater on many topics.

“I thank God that Jamiel and I spoke regularly, and texted each other about a wide variety issues, frequently discussing and debating elections, politics and policy, to which we have both dedicated our time and talents.

“While we remained irreconcilable on the issue of ‘homosexual marriage,’ Jamiel remained firmly pro-life, and recently helped convince a young woman to not kill her child by abortion. There were many other issues that we kicked around – with laughter and good humor.

“We had recently agreed to hold joint speaking events at colleges and other venues, to discuss and debate the issues that are dear to us as a ‘father and son’ lecture team. I wish to God we had been able to do even one of them.

“We beg you for your prayers for our family, and beg you to pray for the mercy of God, and the eternal rest of Jamiel's soul. He will be sorely missed. We still cannot believe this is happening. God have mercy; Christ have mercy.”

GOD IS NEVER LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT

The more one studies the Bible and notes how God moves throughout history; it will become very apparent that God’s timing and attention to details is perfect. Juxtapose that to many people who are currently claiming to be prophets and note most of their track records, which are pock marked with incomplete or unfulfilled prophecies, and it becomes painfully apparent these people are not the ‘real deal’. This sets up major problems for many believers; they begin to get the sense that God is not actively involved in day-to-day life and that He is not concerned whether all details in prophecy revealed by him are met.

There are many who seem to believe we are in the beginning or middle of Revelation, and that parts of Revelation have been mitigated by prayer. There are also many who believe nearly the opposite that we are not on the verge of major change, and that as ‘blessed’ people; we will be renewed without any seeming efforts on our part for this to happen. There are others still who want to set dates and proceed on with times as if they are certainties, and if proven wrong as their dates pass, will downplay or deny the significance of these claims.

No matter which camp one may fall into, one thing we can know for sure is that God is never late for any of his appointments. When anyone of any of these camps wants to violate this principle, they are in error. If those claiming to get messages from a holy source, whether angels, the Holy Spirit, or Jesus Himself, it must be consistent with the precepts and principles of God and revelations as given in the Bible. Otherwise, confusion and lack of faith and trust would reign, and it would not make sense to look at the Bible as a prophetic and accurate book.

Revelation, when it starts, will begin on time and will follow the prophetic timeline exactly as written. In this way, there will be no doubt about it and there will not be any mistaking it for anything other than what it is. But for those used to changing the times and places of prophecy, they very well may miss this, and very well deny the interpretation of what seems to be a clearly written series of events. Similar to the first advent, those entrusted with Sacred Scripture will most likely miss this and will be way off concerning the meaning of the 14 events. They, however, will command a majority of the world’s population in their errors, and through lack of understanding, they will lead many to perish.

God is clear that His goal is to save as many souls as possible. This cannot be accomplished if He sends a prophecy that is not fulfilled, or that is changed at the last minute. In order for either of these scenarios to take place, would be an admission that God is not omnipotent and not omniscient, and does not know the beginning from the end, and has no ability to control the outcome of anything. In order for God to complete his mission of saving the maximum number of souls, it is essential that God keeps his word, and events occur precisely as He predicted.

It will require patience on the part of the believer. We can be assured our sinful age will not go on forever, and most likely will not go on for much longer. We are entering a vortex of time, in which something needs to give; God either is alive and interactive in the world, and needs to intervene, or we will find out God has been a myth, and the evil people and beings will win this war hands down. Evil is in all places and in nearly all of the world’s institutions. The common man has less and less ability to do much, if anything about these evil institutions. The world is getting more unpredictable and unstable as the days go by, and there is very little hope for man to solve man’s problems by himself. The time is ripe for intervention by a being that is omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent, and there is only one Being that meets these qualifications: the Triune God.

God has promised salvation and help to those who put their trust in him. God is not sleeping, daydreaming, watching sports, playing the markets, incompetent or late. God will show up on time with great majesty and do exactly what He said he would do. God keeps his word and there ought to be no fear in the believer concerning this aspect. What we may need to watch out for is the tendency to want to rush judgment or hope we see it. These are not pleasant times, and it will get much worse before it gets better. But we as Christians can be assured that as long as we ask for God’s assistance, He will keep us in the shadow of his wings.

THERE'S A QUIET REVOLUTION GOING ON HERE

So many people are focused on the OWS movement and other factions that are beginning to stir up against the powers that be that they are not seeing or paying any attention to, or maybe are not even aware of the more dangerous undercurrent movement (for the powers that be). And while groups like the OWS are rightfully angry over the state of things, they are not articulating a position in any way that is inspiring large segments of society to join their cause. However, there is a group that not only can articulate their anger and frustrations very clearly, but they are now starting to actively do something about it, albeit quietly (for now).

This large group is composed of those who are making a decent to comfortable living, but not well enough to be considered the ‘1%’ everyone seems focused on. This group is made up of those individuals and families that work hard, have played by the rules by living within their means, buying houses and cars they can afford, teaching their children to be good citizens and to have a love for their fellow man, and pay the vast majority of taxes that is funding the bottom half of the population of this country. This group, for the most part, has been silent and at least up until now, believed this country was salvageable. I will call these people the 45% that make this country work.

Many, if not most of those that make up the various Occupy movements are unemployed college graduates with large student loan balances, no jobs and are not really participating in the economy of this country. Hence, other than making headlines and dirtying up local parks and streets these young people are not making much of an impact with the banksters and hooligans that are current office holders. It is not that they are mistaken in their beliefs, it is they lack credibility due to not playing an active role in the economy, and as such, have difficulty in articulating what they want and how change ought to take place.

This is not true with the 45%. The 45% have paid their dues, played by the rules and create the vast majority of jobs and commerce in this country. The 45% are the true backbone of this country, and if this group quits, it’s lights out and lock the door time for this country. And if one takes the time to look around he would soon notice, that in fact, there are those that are beginning to quit as they realize the game is rigged and they have the most to lose by continuing to pretend things are ‘normal’ and will get back to a more stable equilibrium.

The 45% are the ones that make sure their mortgages, car payments and utilities are paid on time. The 45% are the ones meticulously socking away small percentages of their pay ever 2 weeks into instruments like 401K’s believing there will be a time in which they can get out of the rat cage while their bodies still function reasonably well and they can enjoy a few good years with the fruits of their labors. The 45% are the ones that make too much to qualify for any ‘program’ the government sets out, but are the ones stuck with the bill so that others can ‘qualify’. The 45% are the ones that feel the sting the most when out of control government wants to ‘raise revenue’ and these folks then need to deal with real budget cuts on a personal level. The 45% are also the most chastised and abused by an insane MSM, selfish and sociopathic government and especially by the greedy bastard parasitic banksters.

There are many in this group who are now starting to quit. The vast majority is doing this quietly, but it is the banksters that notice when they quit, because real money and resources leaves their coffers, and it lowers tax revenues for the corrupt government. It is this group that both the banksters and government need to keep in line and make sure their gravy trains continues. But what neither of thee groups seems to understand is that it is the 45% who best understand the nature of the game and fund the game, and are now ready to exit the game. One of these people who quit the game, takes way more resources from the crony groups than a whole city full of Occupy people who don’t contribute.

It is this group that will ultimately end the corruption game, when they begin to leave en masse. It may not take much more for this to occur, as we have observed in other countries around the world that hit their flashpoints when their governments pushed too far. This day is coming, and it may be here much sooner than what anyone would be willing to admit. In the mean time, it would bode well for many to begin preparation for rough times, and take these matters seriously.

The Jewish Holocaust and the American Holocaust of Babies:
Why They Are NOT the Same

   For decades the pro-life movement has made the comparison between the slaughter of unborn babies and the holocaust of Jews in Nazi Germany.

   During many TV or radio interviews I have given, I have discussed the similarity between Nazi Germany and America, only to have the hosts or the callers howl in rage that such a comparison is improper, even ethically wrong.

   I have long pondered the differences of these two killing sprees, and have come to the conclusion that my critics are correct: these two holocausts are in fact quite different…in regards to the victims.

   I will now delineate six distinct areas of difference that come to my mind, and leave it to the reader to determine my subsequent conclusions.

   1) A Jew could flee. There are many stories of Jews fleeing Nazi Germany or the nations that were occupied by Nazi forces. By God’s kindness – and often with the kindness and risks of friends and strangers – Jews fled to safety.

   In contrast, and unborn baby cannot flee. With a few stunning exceptions – such as late term babies who survive an attempted abortion, or a woman with twins has one baby killed, and the second one escapes detection – those offered up to the abortionist’s knife are hunted and slain.

   2) A Jew could beg for his/her life. Again, stories are told, movies have been made, highlighting the Jews who begged for mercy from their assailants and captors, and received it.

   Conversely, a baby cannot beg for mercy. They have no audible voice. When sought for death, they are dispatched…with at most a silent scream.

   3) A Jew could hide. The Hiding Place by Corrie ten Boom and The Diary of Anne Frank relate the concealment of families and individuals from the Nazis. Some survived, others did not. But the opportunity to hide did exist for some.

   A baby has no hiding place; no secret corner in the womb to conceal herself from her assassins. Who the blade seeks, it finds.

   4) A Jew could cry for help. Certain Jews escaped death because their cries for help were heard at home and abroad.

   In contrast, a baby cannot cry out to friends, strangers, or sympathetic advocates. The child is speechless before the executioner in the secret place of the womb. He lives and dies mute…unheard to all…but God.

   5) A Jew could defend himself. To our amazement, the number of times that this happened seems to be few and far between. But surely it did happen, and assuredly it could have happened. The ability was present, even if the will was not.

   Conversely, the in-utero child has no might equal to the suction machine that tears her limb from limb; no strength to fend off the scalpel and forceps that butcher him like a lamb at the slaughter.

   6) Jews could band together for self-defense. The recent movie Defiance – based on the true story – depicted Jews who banded together, and used force (violence) to protect themselves from their would-be murderers. (Such self-defense was absolutely ethical; their God-given right.)

   Unborn boys and girls enjoy no such opportunity for joint resistance. They are alone in the womb (unless there are twins or triplets, etc.) with no chance to form a “confederacy of fetuses” to physically oppose their slayers. Each lives alone, and perishes alone in a merciless death.

   Beyond these six physical differences, the distinctive human motivations and feelings of both sets of killers deserve to be contrasted and compared.

   Anti-Semitism is a plaque in the earth; a vile sin against God and the human race. However, the perversion and corruption of reason and conscience through the propaganda of anti-Semites coupled with the xenophobia that naturally haunts our souls can at least offer explanation how some weak-minded and corrupted fools might be led to believe that “the Jews are the problem.”

   But who – except for a few Malthusian scoundrels – really believes that “babies are the problem”? The natural maternal and paternal bond is so strong; that longing of a female to hold and cherish her own baby, or a man to father his own son or daughter is one of the strongest urges known to mankind.

   What type of evil…what type of perversion…what type of sinister and demonic forces are at work in the earth and in our souls that we would defy all that we are – and defy the very God-given urge to bear and embrace our offspring – to the point that we would kill our own children?

   The above six differences – augmented by the chasm of disparity between the motivation to hate any people group vs. the deliberate murder of our own flesh and blood – lead me to conclude that these two holocausts are not only different, but that the slaughter of unborn babies is a far worse crime against God and man.

   The shedding of innocent blood, “the blood of their sons and daughters,” is a vile, unspeakable crime. The blood of these babies cries to the heavens. Let us not be surprised when God smites this nation – and the earth – with a curse, in response to the cry of that innocent blood.

DID THE CLOCK STRIKE MIDNIGHT FOR THE ECONOMY?

The internet has been abuzz with loads of information and speculation concerning this MF Global failure (Now we know what the MF stands for) and what it portends for the future. This is juxtaposed to the MSM which is downplaying this event, and making it sound like Jon Corzine was just a disinterested CEO looking on with little to no responsibility for what occurred at his firm. Based upon the reactions from many differing factions, it would appear that this ‘event’ may very well be the tipping point that is going to start the roller coaster on its wild ride.

The more I read and the more I think about what has happened over the past two weeks, it is seemingly clearer that we are in major trouble. There are many who have rightfully claimed the markets have been corrupt for some time. There are others who have proven beyond a doubt the Comex has been manipulated, at least concerning the precious metals for at least 20 + years. However, I cannot recollect at any time, where there has been a breach in trust, in which individual customer accounts were raided to pay off bad derivative bets and at least some regulatory body coming forth and making the injured customer whole again.

This is unprecedented, and beyond a doubt, is having a very chilling effect on the market. It is with little exaggeration that everyone who has accounts in any forms in any of these companies has now been given a warning sign in neon lights: get out of the market! NOW!!! It is so crystal clear that if one is in the elite group, he can expect to be bailed out, pronto by the Federal Reserve on the taxpayer’s dime, but for the rest of the 99%, we are clearly on our own. This system as it is run currently is so brazenly corrupt that it is no longer done in the dark, but in the light of day, and with little to no consequences for the perpetrators.

So, the question is, how long can an openly corrupt system operate, when it is crystal clear the average Joe cannot trust whether he can safely grow his money in the system as it is? If the average Joe cannot grow his money in a system that he has been told is honest and right, then where does he go to grow his money? And what becomes of this system once the majority of the ‘Joes’ gets it and decides to abandon it? Well, this seems to be where we are at this moment in time. Will (or can, or should) the system survive? There seem to be many compelling reasons to think we are seeing the ending of the current economic system as we know it.

The whole reason for why the average person participates in any of these markets is to increase his net worth in order to something that is seemingly becoming more out of reach: having a better life for himself and those he loves. When it dawns on enough people that this whole system is rigged against them, they will decide to not play anymore, and will demand that justice be done for those who stole their money from them. Since our government has clearly not prosecuted any of these thugs, and it is looking less likely they will go after the Obama crony Corzine, the only option left for most people is to take all their money out of this corrupt system and put it in something safe, that will offer a fair and honest return on their sweat equity.

So, we very well may have hit midnight on the economy clock, as it is very apparent we are on our own to make our own future. The new paradigm will involve being productive and will be a cash and carry system based on real and honest money. It is now the responsibility of the individual investor to make up their minds and to act. Time is of the premium now, and action must commence, or it very well may result in many people’s untimely demise.

HOW MUCH MORE BRAZEN WILL IT GET?

I have been a long time reader of Gerald Celente, and have been rather stunned at his accuracy in calling many of the trends and ‘headlines’ that have occurred over the years. Mr. Celente is very well respected in the economic circles and is often sought out to comment on the current events, and normally does so with great clarity. So, it really stunned me to see that Mr. Celente’s gold was stolen from him in the MF Global debacle, and it goes to show how brazen these people are when it comes to playing with other people’s money, and taking their money when these @$$holes lose their bets.

For those who think this is a bunch of conspiracy theory hooey, this event ought to be a huge wake up call and a warning that the powers that be do not give a donkey’s rear end about you or your well being. It has been totally about them and their unquenching thirst for money and power. MF Global has basically violated all lawful and moral standards, in which through their bankruptcy, froze supposed ‘segregated’ customer accounts while the markets were still open. It disallowed for customers to access their money or holdings of COMEX receipts (supposedly good as gold) and are mixing the funds of these accounts with that of the firm itself, which is illegal.

The amount of money in dispute comes to about $2.2 billion. Although not a small amount, it pales in comparison to the $2.1 TRILLION given to domestic and foreign banks by the Federal Reserve over the past two years, which in essence, covered bad derivative bets by the ‘too big to fail’ banks. While the government and its crony regulatory bodies have no problems putting taxpayer monies on the line for their fellow cronies, these same criminals will allow the gross violation of the law by not paying back these individual customers, but most likely will not even follow through and file criminal charges against these thieves.

I have run into two very relevant postings by two people I am greatly inspired by that cover these points much better and clearer than I will ever be able to do. I will link both articles to this posting and I highly encourage you to read both of them. The first is from Ted Butler, the worlds foremost silver guru and first man to uncover the precious metals manipulation on the CRIMEX nearly two decades ago. Mr. Butler discusses how this MF Global scandal is really a historical moment in time, but currently unrecognized as such. The ramifications are huge, and have yet to be played out on the world’s stage, but it seems this criminal activity is a game changer and may end the system as we know it in short order.

The second is from Ann Barnhardt CEO of the Barnhardt Capital Management, Inc. In short, Ms. Barnhardt closed her business due to the breakdown of law and order, and succinctly points out that the cornerstone of all markets is integrity, honesty and trust. The MF Global fiasco has proven beyond a doubt that the market is now rigged for the money powers, and there is absolutely no safety or assurance anyone will get their money or commodities out of this market. Ms. Barnhardt goes further, and recommends that ALL CUSTOMERS get out of this market and to not reenter until the cronies in the White House and in government are replaced with people of integrity. This is a very powerful letter, and should be required reading for everyone in this country.

It is beyond imagination that the thievery has come to the level and magnitude it is now at. The brazen thievery and subsequent cover-ups are stories that Al Capone couldn’t even have dreamed up. Yet, here it is, and it seems like so many don’t care and don’t see the connections between our collapsing economy and the liars and thieves that run the asylum. The dots will soon be connected, and there will be no mistaking the cause of the misery soon to befall us. It seems the worst case scenario is going to play itself out, and the lack of preparation by the common man is going to devastate countless numbers that ought not to have to go through this engineered crash.

Challenger: Boehner fails to protect unborn

House Speaker 'had four opportunities this year to defund Planned Parenthood'

A candidate who is challenging House Speaker John Boehner for his Ohio congressional district seat says the Republican has another opportunity this week to do a great deal to protect the lives of the unborn, but probably won't.

Pro-life candidate David Lewis said the current resolution continuing the federal government's funding of abortion expires at the end of the week, and Boehner could vote to defund Planned Parenthood, the nation's largest abortion industry player.

However, Lewis said, "If the past is any indication of the future, the speaker, John Boehner, will support the passage of the new continuing resolution, even though it funds the abortion giant, Planned Parenthood."

Lewis was referring to Boehner's voting record.

"There have been four continuing resolutions that have passed this year that fund Planned Parenthood [including HR 1473]… Mr. Boehner has had four opportunities this year alone to defund Planned Parenthood," Lewis stated. "His fifth opportunity will be this week. Will Mr. Boehner betray the babies again, or will he step up to the plate and defund Planned Parenthood? I have a suspicion that he will once again vote to give money to baby killers; I pray that he proves me wrong."

When Boehner's office was contacted for comment on the voting record and future voting intentions regarding taxpayer-funded abortion, nothing was addressed about his voting record.

"By tradition, the speaker does not usually vote in the House," press secretary Michael Steel told WND.
But Lewis shows proof indicating the speaker has, in fact, voted on the federal funding of abortion:
"John Boehner broke tradition by voting for Planned Parenthood funding in HR 1473 on April of this year," he said. "Planned Parenthood is the largest murderer of unborn babies in the U.S. On April 14, 2011, Boehner voted yea on HR 1473. HR 1473 authorized $300,000,000 for Title X funding, which is where Planned Parenthood gets their money from."

Lewis cited official roll call that includes Boehner's vote, as well as the text of the current resolution.
"Speaker Boehner is on record stating that he would not shut the government down over Planned Parenthood funding," Lewis added. "House Republicans follow Mr. Boehner's example. If Mr. Boehner wants to be taken seriously by the pro-life community, then he will have to make defunding Planned Parenthood and criminalizing abortion a 'hill to die on.' So far Mr. Boehner has not showed any indication that he is willing to do this."

He suggested doubts about Boehner's pro-life position.

"Mr. Boehner claims to be pro-life but has taken no stance or significant action to end legalized child-killing," Lewis expressed. "If I were a member of the House, I would work tirelessly for a bill that makes it a criminal act to kill a baby from conception until birth."

Lewis then mentioned how the speaker's pro-life platform doesn't match up with actions.

"Earlier this year Mr. Boehner stated: 'there will be an opportunity some time in order to [defund Planned Parenthood] and we're looking for that opportunity,'" Lewis told WND. "The opportunity is now, the House of Representatives controls the purse strings of the federal government."

And Lewis contends that Boehner had ample opportunities in the past, but went the other way.
"No money gets appropriated without the House's approval," Lewis stated. "When Rep. Steven King proposed a rule that would have totally defunded Obamacare, John Boehner and his Rules Committee rejected the rule. John Boehner is the sole reason that Obamacare is still funded. Later, the House passed a shill piece of legislation to defund Obamacare, knowing that it would be dead on arrival when it reached the Senate."

When asked about this week's vote, Lewis had little hope that Boehner would come through on his promise to stand up for the rights of preborn children.

"Harry Reid in the Senate has vowed that he would shut down the government if Planned Parenthood funding is removed from the budget," Lewis said. "John Boehner will not make a similar promise to shut down the government if funding to Planned Parenthood is not removed, even though babies' lives literally hang in the balance."

Does Lewis believe much has changed regarding taxpayer funding of abortion since Boehner has replaced former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi?

"Very little has been done for the unborn since John Boehner replaced Nancy Pelosi," Lewis said. "John Boehner's equivocation and compromise when it comes to protecting life is startling. Every year that John Boehner compromises another million babies die."

And Lewis argues that Boehner's lack of action to protect life is nothing out of the ordinary.
"Mr. Boehner is an establishment D.C. insider," Lewis remarked. "Mr. Boehner has had 20 years in the House of Representatives to work to make child-killing a criminal act. It is time for Christian citizens to kick out establishment insiders who are part of the problem and to take the reins of power so that legalized child-killing can be eradicated."

Lewis vows that he will not stand by on the sidelines while pro-abortionists are allowed to have their way.
"I will be running hard-hitting, graphic TV ads during the primary season showing the victims of choice all over the air waves," Lewis shared. Troy Newman, president of the nationally recognized pro-life organization Operation Rescue, would also like to see Republicans stand on commitments to protect the lives of preborn children.

"This week's vote is a critical test to see if the new Republican majority will hold to its campaign promises or if they will continue the status quo," Newman told WND. "If the House Republicans fail on this vote, then we will mobilize to defeat them, as well as pro-abortion Democrats."

Newman emphasizes that Democrats will do all they can to forward their pro-abortion agenda.

"It is noteworthy to point out that Obama, in the last budget talks, was willing to shut down the government over defunding Planned Parenthood," Newman added. "This is an extreme position that shows he is willing to put the future of our country in jeopardy in order to kill more children. Shameful."

CRONYISM

Headlines on many news sites are reporting the just released e-mails sent by then Solicitor General Kagan to Professor Lawrence tribe concerning the Health care bill: “I hear they have the votes, Larry!! Simply amazing” this is a very telling admission to her bias towards this law, and now that it is in the Supreme Court’s docket, ‘Justice’ Kagan needs to recuse herself from this case. (But I would bet my next 100 paychecks this will not happen).

The following is a regulation that clearly mandates behaviors of Justices if a conflict of interest arises:

According to 28 USC 455, a Supreme Court justice must recuse from “any proceeding in which his impartiality might reasonably be questioned.” The law also says a justice must recuse anytime he has “expressed an opinion concerning the merits of the particular case in controversy” while he “served in governmental employment.”

For anyone paying attention to the preceding hearings and subsequent elevation of Kagan to the Supreme Court, this should come as no surprise. It should also be of concern for those who call themselves Christian and pro life, that this woman will rule on a law that is immoral as well as unconstitutional in that it mandates a citizen to purchase a service from another or a corporation. It is the epitome of collectivism and is another step towards this one world order Obama and his cronies are pushing us into.

It is so amazing that not many of our fellow citizens care about this. Unfortunately, it is also no surprise, and when all hell breaks lose in health care, there will be no one to blame but themselves. Too many people in the health care field have been blowing the trumpet in warning, but too few listened. Many who did have concerns stated “It seems illegal, so the court will strike it down”. That is just another attempt at pedaling off responsibility onto another’s shoulders, and leads to a very dangerous precedent, in allowing a select few, or ‘elites’ to make decisions for the masses.

One can grow weary from fighting and warning against the constant barrage of rights taken away with little help from fellow citizens. It seems that after awhile, people stop listening and want to go off into their own dream world, and leave the mess for someone else to clean up. The problem is, then those who want to clean up the mess, put all their buddies into positions of power, and soon, it becomes such a corrupt system that no one can get out of it without selling out their soul to them.

These people are not going to stop until they get what they want: total control over every aspect of our lives. If it takes cronyism, then they will do it. Conflicts of interest will occur everywhere, and the elites will continue stacking the deck against the masses until they get what they want. Because they are getting so close to their ultimate control, it seems they don’t even care if anyone notices, because it is getting to the point that the masses will not be able to do anything about this cronyism.

What a sad state of affairs things are in now. We have had such an escalation of lawlessness and blatant disregard for proper procedure that is acculturated into the psyche of the masses. It seems very few even care anymore, and would rather concentrate on football and Survivor than their own survival and well being of their families. I can imagine that soon, we will be very aware of this loss of freedom, but by then it may be too late.

WHAT IS TO BE LEARNED FROM ALL OF THIS?

The ongoing and ever deepening scandal at Penn State is really shaping up to be one for the ages. There are so many dynamics going on in this story, that it is difficult to know where to start. This is also a hotly debated topic almost everywhere, and it seems everyone has an opinion on the matter. As I discuss this with those close to me, we seem to come to more of a consensus about a couple of topics with the idea of football and sports and how they have taken a near deity level in this country. Then there is the point of personal responsibility and what should have occurred.

There are many now coming out of the woodwork that want to point how coach Paterno has or had a near deity status at College Station. There seems to be no doubt that the Coach has made a tremendous difference in the lives of the young men he has coached over his 46 year career. And it is no surprise that many alumni and family members of these players are very grateful, and are demonstrating this gratitude by getting behind Coach Paterno and showing their support. So, it was a great shock that most of the Penn State students, Alumni and fans felt when hearing of the abrupt firing of this coach, and anger came out in many different ways.

The question is, how far can gratitude remove one from the responsibility of dealing with real life issues and matters that are of utmost importance? Or on an even larger scale, how often do sports figures get a ‘free pass’ on all sorts of behaviors because they are famous and ‘well liked”? It seems many have allowed athletes and elite sports programs a great deal of leeway when it concerns matters of morals and questionable practices. It has been this way for decades, and it possibly has now finally run its course. The extent of this abuse will come out in the coming weeks and months, and it may ultimately result in long prison terms for several of these once hallowed individuals who ultimately chose football over what was right and moral.

Many have been debating whether Coach Paterno did enough concerning this case. While it is a fair question, and will be debated most likely forever, there ought to be more focus on the graduate student/assistant manager Mike McQueary, who upon witnessing this event, evidently did nothing to stop this while it was occurring. Despite the fact there will be lots of blame to go around, it is Mr. McQueary’s lack of actions that keep coming back to me as the most disturbing aspect of this whole story.

Mr. McQueary claims he happened upon the coach and a 10 year old boy in the shower while putting away equipment from a practice. One would find it hard to believe that Mr. McQueary, upon seeing this most disgusting and criminal activity, that he did not make some effort to intervene. If this graduate student was fearful of being thrown out of the program, he could at least have shut the lights off, indicating someone had walked in, and most likely this horrible event would have stopped. Most people would have been so incensed, that they most likely would have beat the pulp out of this very sick assistant coach, and the majority of people would have supported this action. But Mr. McQueary did nothing, and simply reported it to the head coach, who did not witness this first hand. If anyone is most responsible for this particular action going nowhere, it is Mr. McQueary. As a direct witness, it is Mr. McQueary who had the most responsibility to report this, and he did not. Yet he remains on staff and continues to coach. This is the greatest injustice of the whole matter.

This man knew about this situation for nearly nine years, and only when it becomes public, does Mr. McQueary ‘grow a set’ and demonstrate anger. It is disingenuous, and Mr. McQueary should do the right thing, and resign from his position. Whatever his excuse is for not reporting this, it cannot justify the continued employment at the same location in which Mr. McQueary demonstrated gross negligence. This happens too often in our society: people getting a free pass when they ought to be held accountable for sins of omission.

Mr. McQueary, if you have any sense of decency, you should resign immediately. Don’t be putting out any disingenuous emotions of anger, when you sat on this for nine years. Do the right thing and get out now.

GOOD FOR YOU JESSE VENTURA

Jesse Ventura’s court case against the TSA was thrown out last week, and as Gov. Ventura promised if this occurred, he would leave this country. Gov. Ventura then announced immediately, he would be going to Mexico and will no longer stand for the National Anthem but turn his back and raise his fist. Governor Ventura also stated emphatically that America is Fascist and he is no longer going to participate in such atrocities any more. And this is all over what some would consider a ‘trivial inconvenience’ of being groped at airports in the name of ‘national security’.

It is simply inconceivable that a behavior is considered ‘legal’ at an airport that literally done anywhere else in this society would be considered a felony, and would require the perpetrator to register as a sex offender the rest of his life. Janet Napolitano, in her infinite bureaucratic wisdom, made this statement some months ago: “no one is traumatized by this action, the TSA is professional and everyone understands this is of national security”. No, Ms. Napolitano, in fact it is very traumatic for many people, but you, like Obama and others of your ilk are too stupid to even begin to know how stupid you really are.

That being said, being groped goes against anything we believe in, and no matter how it is colored, it is groping and a gross violation of one’s right to freely move about and to practice their God given right to freedom. However, it seems that most Americans don’t want to be bothered fighting this, but will comply as sheep and continue to have rights taken away as these Fascists see fit. It seems inconceivable that a parent would allow a stranger to touch their child under any circumstances, yet there are many who have been interviewed that look at this situation as being for ’security’. Really, did you plant a bomb in a diaper or put a box cutter in your child’s scivvies?

Governor Ventura has decided enough is enough. The Governor is demonstrating by his actions what most Americans ought to be doing, voting with their feet. Unlike most of the complacent, the Governor is making this an issue in which he is willing to fight for and has spelled out the consequences of losing this fight. It’s good to see someone of the Governor’s stature taking up this fight, but without good follow up, it will simply be forgotten in the days and weeks ahead. The lessons pertaining to the loss of real freedoms will simply fade away in the midst of the mindless drivel and endless sporting events thrust upon us, to distract us from the real happenings in society.

We will never have true security, because the powers that be don’t want us to. Their intention is to constantly scare the populace with make believe ‘terrorism’ or other ‘isms’ that will come to the forefront when convenient or needed. People feel most empowered when they have some stake in the matter, and as our ever developing police state shows, it is being taken from us on a never ending plane of problems and issues not of our making. So stress and anxiety will continue to mount as time goes on, and the only solutions forwarded will be those of the nanny state dictating the terms of day to day life to those who have been trained to not think for themselves.

WAKE UP!

IS REVELATION ABOUT TO START?

It’s been quite a while since I did any of my hermeneutics postings and so this posting will be somewhat like that. I have had a few people ask me what I thought about this 2005 yu55 asteroid that is supposed to pass by the earth on November 8th. So, I thought I would look into this matter and see what is being said about it. During my research, I also happen to run into the story about a comet Elenin, and what initially peaked my interest in both stories is an asteroid and comet would fulfill the second and third trumpets to a ‘T’.

I also ran into several sites that brought up some interesting points. According to at least one of them, it is making the claim that NASA has given misinformation pertaining to the asteroid, and is actually anticipating a pacific strike, somewhere between Alaska and north of Japan. A water strike is what is prophesized, and it would definitely be within the realm of possibility. I have also heard several people involved in Government clearly state on matters of emergency, such as nuclear war, that the ‘official’ policy taken by the government is to not warn the citizenry, in order to alleviate panic and chaotic situations. So, one may make the argument that it is not beyond the possibility of such ‘disinformation’ to be forwarded.

These things being said, I did my research and it appears these matters mentioned do not seem to be as dire as many may think. According to pictures and visuals of the comet Elenin taken by many amateur astronomers around the world, it appears to have broken up and is now wandering into the dark and deep space, not to return for almost 12,000 years. There are sites claiming this is not true, but these sites also minimize or deny the hundreds of eyes watching it and the mathematical trajectory work and observations that have proven it is out of our way. With this being the case, we can eliminate this candidate fulfilling the third trumpet.

There, then is another difficulty with this asteroid fulfilling the second trumpet. Preceding the second trumpet is the great earthquake and the first trumpet. So far, neither has occurred, and I suppose technically speaking we do have 6 days before this asteroid would strike, but that would sure crunch the timeframe into a little opening, and it seems very unlikely that it could happen. (We will definitely know this to be a fact in the next few days).

We would also need to see the appearance of the 144,000 and two witnesses. And if these did not appear, we would at least need to hear from a prophet concerning these matters, and this as well has not manifested itself. So, as we look at the differing aspects of the prophecy it seems to draw a clear picture that the conditions that are needed to fulfill Revelation are not present.

I know there are some that are anticipating such an event. As I have repeated ad nauseum, no one in their right mind would want to see Revelation fulfilled in their lifetime. But that being said, it does not mean it cannot happen and one should not attempt to fit an event, such as an asteroid hitting the earth into the prophecy if the preceding conditions have not been met. We simply have to take a methodical look at what is going on, and use proper hermeneutics to determine if current events fulfill prophecy as written in its totality.

I don’t believe we will even see an asteroid strike until Revelation. The reasons I have, of course, are total speculation, but it is scripturally based. Jesus continually compared Revelation and the second coming to Noah, and Jesus made clear the event of the flood had never been witnessed in human history up to that time. If we had an asteroid impact outside of Revelation, it may have too strong of a possibility of watering down the message of Revelation, as we would find we survived the impact, and would not see these events as ‘earth stopping’.

So, as far as I’m concerned, November 8 will come and go without mishap. This will be one more time I have been the ‘wet blanket’ for those who want to be sensationalists and predict things that will not come to pass. This is the way prophecy ought to be handled: God gave prophecy for the explicit reason of preparing those of the faith of His movements and an explanation of why and what is to come so believers can know it is from God. We live in difficult times as it is. We should not be adding additional burdens to those already stressed out and concerned about day to day survival, by talking about nonsense that will not come true.

ALL SAINTS DAY

For those Catholics out there, this is one of those feast days that shows the triumph of our faith. It’s a time to celebrate the lives of those who came before us and who lives such exemplary lives, that we can model our own lives after them. For those of you who have taken the time to study some of these saints, it can be a great source of comfort, as well as a challenge. The stories of the saints are meant to give us hope and direction in uncertain times such as these, as well as pass on the concept that God is always there for those who put their faith in him.

I have personally read many accounts of saints and their lives, but probably not enough of them. It seems the most common feature these remarkable people demonstrate, is their ability to persevere when nearly all around them either want to give up, or actually give up. These people seem to be able to fight through a great amount of rejection, and very often, the rejection came from the hand of the Faith they were actually attempting to live. It seem so easy to look at many people today who very well may be living saints, and heap criticism or scorn on them because they don’t seem to be as ‘glamorous’ as those who are recognized as saints.

Our church teaches it is our duty to strive for living sainthood, through sanctified living and daily communion with our Savior. While I am sure there are many people living today that meet this qualification, it would seem most don’t and it is so necessary to have people like this to spur the rest of us on to live in this way, and bring honor and glory to our God. It also appears that those individuals, who reached such a sanctified state, also experienced levels of joy and peace that are nearly nonexistent in our current age. These people seemed to have reached a level that can only be surmised and speculated about and is very difficult to understand.

It definitely seems that to live a sanctified life today would put one on a direct firing line, between dealing with the amount of darkness in the world, and the ever growing hostility with the Christian way of life. It definitely will challenge any level of comfort and convenience, and most likely will result in alienation from most people. But on the other hand, it would be of great value, as it would bear witness that anyone can live the Christian life at any point in history and it would definitely attract some to the ranks. Is that not a large part of our mission while here?

We definitely could use the inspiration of these men and women who paved the w ay for the faith to continue. We would benefit greatly from knowing and emulating their bravery and courage when presenting the faith, and being very unapologetically in the method we go about passing on what we know to be true. We can be like them and it is only a decision away. Too many contemporary folks believe these people are too high on a pedestal, and thus don’t want to even try to live such sanctity. We need to have the urgency that our saints had when spreading the Gospel. It is what is needed at this time in history, and the torch is in our hands.

TEENAGE SUICIDE

Last week, a good acquaintance of my teenage son committed suicide. This boy was 17, and it appears, like many suicides of young people, there was not a lot of warning and it caught everyone off guard. Needless to say, there are many questions and even more anger, frustration and sadness over how this boy did not reach out for anyone’s help, nor did it appear that many people reached out to him during this time. My son is very distressed over this and has been, and still is, trying to make sense of this. It is one of his main concerns that will be the subject of this posting, as he has alluded to how the Catholic Church, at least in some of the comments he has heard, states people who suicide commit mortal sin, and thus are condemned to hell.

This is what the Church teaches about mortal sin:

1) Its subject must be a grave (or serious) matter.

2) It must be committed with full knowledge, both of the sin and of the gravity of the offense (no one is considered ignorant of the principles of the moral law, which are inborn as part of human knowledge, but these principles can be misunderstood in a particular context).

3) It must be committed with deliberate and complete consent, enough for it to have been a personal decision to commit the sin.

Suicide is one of those matters in which the Church has debated over the centuries, and it has culminated with the most recent teachings by Blessed John Paul II that those committing suicide most likely have not committed a mortal sin, due to the person not necessarily being of the right mind, and thus, incapable of giving full consent to the action. We know through millennia of observation, that preservation of life is the strongest force known to mankind. To go against this innate knowledge in and of itself, is an act of insanity. Insanity precludes clarity of thought and full consent as these are quite absent with people in this condition.

This I can also verify personally. I’ve been in the mental health field for 26 years, and unfortunately, have had too many people I have known or personally worked with that have committed suicide. When a person becomes suicidal, he is absolutely convinced he has no other options and because the internal pain appears so intense and never ending, killing oneself seems like the ‘saner’ option between the two positions. It is not seeing other options that is at the crux of the problem for those who are feeling suicidal, and as long as they keep this to themselves, it is highly unlikely they will pull themselves out of this, as they are already biased towards no hope and cannot get to a place of hope on their own. They need to reach out, but by virtue of the nature of their condition, they do not, and thus, it becomes more of a ‘catch 22’ for these people.

Interestingly enough, those who failed at killing themselves most often report they are glad they did not succeed. They also report (those who have worked with me) that it was in the act of trying to take their own life that they found meaning in their life. Nearing death, it really dawned on them how much they were harming those they loved, and many report it was the first time they really thought about other people and their pain, and it gave them another perspective on life. Either way, they report how ‘insane’ their actions were and how distorted their thought processes were to convince themselves that they had no value to anyone.

I informed my son that no one knows where this boy is, and that the Church does in fact, teach we are not to judge where one may go, because frankly, we don’t know. Now there is no doubt that suicide is a grave matter, but one also must recognize that only God can see into matters of the heart, and knows what state this boy was in when he took his life. Unlike what many may think about God, it is most likely that God grieves for this boy even more than we do, as only God knows what mission this boy was to accomplish, and most likely, this mission will now be incomplete. This is why it is so important to fight these urges, and to talk to someone when feeling this way.

This is also why we need to withhold any judgments on people who commit suicide. I or really anyone cannot say with any certainty that this boy went to hell any more than I can say that my father, who lived an exemplary life, is now in heaven. Because God’s thoughts and actions are so superior to ours, it is a relief to me that I don’t need to concern myself with such matters, and as such, should no one else who claims to be a believer in God. We can only pray for the dead, and hope that God, in his perfect love, balances his divine mercy with divine justice and resolve such situations in a way that we are reunited with our loved ones at the end of time.

PARANORMAL ACTIVITY

For those expecting a movie review, I will not be giving one now, or ever. I will not see this movie under any circumstances and I will take it a step further and state no Christian should go to see a movie like this. I have read reviews and watched a couple of the trailers on you tube, and that was more than likely even too much. The little I did see is what I suspected when hearing of this movie: that it is filled with occult material and advanced spiritualism. While I am sure it’s intended to be ‘pure fiction’ one ought to consider the overall purpose of a movie like this. Does it bring about a fuller understanding of our humanity in a way that inspires us, or does it distract us with images that impede our walk with the Lord?

I have heard and read on the various blogs and comment sites about how many adults want to get ‘psyched up’ for the ‘holiday’ and this movie does the trick. I have also seen many comments about how people in their 50’s still look under the bed before going to sleep, shutting the closet door, and having night lights. And these same people state these movies are ‘harmless entertainment’. Then why go through the rituals as if there are monsters, spirits or demons in one’s room if none of it is real?

The problem is that most people (and I’m referring to Christians here) are very unaware of how the spiritual realm works and what happens when it is accessed. I covered this in one of my hermeneutics postings, forbidden knowledge and the mystery religions, and will briefly go over this again. The spiritual realm is superior to our realm, and as such if one accesses this realm, they are subject to its rules. God has revealed enough information pertaining to this realm, and has warned us in the strongest of terms to stay out of it. Doorways to this realm come from the most menial, and what appears to be harmless activities, and then infects the person and begins to make changes in them that are fear based.

Sure, many may argue that they have nothing more than occasional nightmares, but what justification is that when considering one uses their free will in allowing this garbage into their minds to begin with? The problem in watching these types of movies, and the justification for doing so demonstrates the lack of knowledge concerning spiritual matters and the need to be vigilant concerning them. Most Christians lack a good understanding of the spiritual realm due to the Churches not teaching about them, or actually debunking them. But ignoring or denying the spiritual realm does not negate the reality of it.

So, when people deliberately expose themselves to material that opens up this realm, they are not equipped and they will then be subject to disturbing dreams, fears pertaining to this realm that go beyond reasonable, and may begin to develop phobic reactions and some compulsive behaviors, such as sleeping with the lights on, checking underneath the bed before going to sleep and many other practices that give credence to these things. If most people understood the nature of these movies, that they truly are gateways into the demonic realm, they would never see them in the first place. But since they do, they discount the demonic, and by proxy the power of God as well... These folks do not think about putting on the Armor of God, but insist on doing these things themselves. They then have to deal with these realms on their own, and they do not acknowledge it is beyond their individual ability to do so.

This is how Satan has so much power today. Most people don’t believe in a literal Satan, and the churches minimize its discussions on evil, demonic activity and hell. There are fewer than 100 exorcists in the U.S. and most of the other Christian churches pay little attention to evil. So not only are people not prepared in ways of combating evil, they are actually lead to believe it does not exist. So evil flourishes, while holiness and sanctity are downplayed. And our society continues to dabble in occultism and demonic materials in the name of ‘entertainment’ while continually going down on a negative trajectory.

I know many will have problems with this, and want to jump in on how this is being exaggerated and hyped. I also believe many people, who would make this claim also believe all Christians, and most people will go to heaven no matter what they do, and evil and sin is an ancient and outdated concept. While they may have all the right in the world to believe this and continue to go to movies like this, I want them to think of this as they may trash me and others who think like me: I sleep well with the lights off, I close all of my closets, and never check under the bed before the lights go out. I love looking at the full moon and can sit outside alone for hours looking at the stars and listening to the wild life without experiencing bizarre thoughts and images. If those folks who watch these movies can say the same, then keep doing what you’re doing. Otherwise stay away from this demonic trash, as you ought to.

A BRUTAL MURDER

Regardless of what one may think of Gaddafi, the man had every right to be taken into custody once surrendering and deserved a trial for the entire world to see. To all those out there who cheered and jeered at the brutality of what happened: pray you are not subject to the same behavior yourself. I only watched the video after reading various disputes whether he was taken alive or not, and many of the video’s online clearly showing Gaddafi alive and apparently pleading for his life. I could not stomach watching after that as they unmercifully brutalized this man, and my understanding is there are many Gaddafi supporters bodies being found that were executed with hands tied behind their backs.

Now, we are getting word that the ‘new Libya” will be ‘Sharia friendly” and by the likes of what the world has seen so far, this new Libya may well be more brutal and bloody than the previous 42 years had been under Gaddafi. Why people are so happy to see this ‘terrorist’ executed, to only see a possibly more brutal regime take over is beyond me. It would seem we are going to get a much worse deal out of this situation, and ultimately may find we are in a much worse position.

We, as a supposed Christian nation, seem to have a blood thirst that makes the Muslim world look moderate. We are currently involved militarily with at least 5 countries now, all in the name of ‘terrorism’ that seems to never raise its murderous head. If we really consider our Christian heritage, and live by the golden rule, would we like to see ourselves, or loved ones, be pulled out of our homes or other situations, and executed on the spot by human beings acting more like animals? Now, I am not saying Gaddafi was an innocent man, and that he did not commit crimes against humanity, but as a man who should have rights, he was treated worse than most people would treat a mangy dog.

Many have used the law of sewing and reaping in the case of Gaddafi, in saying that Gaddafi got what he deserved, and reaped the fruits of his labors. Maybe so, but what about us, who may have sat back and ‘cheered’ this action? Could we at some point be subjected to the same behaviors by those, who for instance, may hate Christianity, or don’t particularly care for our ’brand’ of it? What, if in the very near future, we are seen as ‘terrorists’ due to what we hold dear, and are hunted down like dogs. What about those, who may watch this on television and cheer our demise as many did with Gaddafi? It sure is possible, and may be very likely in our future.

There ought to be no joy in what happened last week. Despite the fact this man did despicable things to a population for over 40 years, he should have had his day in court, and those who want to take the moral position that they are superior to him, should not have acted like he did, and take away basic human rights and wantonly murder without due process. The new Libya may very well be a brutal and bloody place, with little justice being done, and in the name of Allah. We need to be bigger than the sociopaths and thugs and show them the rights they may deny us, or we might as well join them and take on the same label.

THE VATICAN SOLD OUT TO THE MONEY POWERS

I was going to cover another topic today, but upon seeing the headlines on Drudge that spelled out the Vatican calling for a ‘central world bank’ there was no way I couldn’t comment on this. After picking my jaw up off of the floor, I let this headline sink in and realized the controlling factions of the Vatican, as predicted by many locutionists and contemporary Saints, which in fact, the Vatican has sold out to the money powers. This would be one of the final pieces to be put in place for the monstrous one world government, known as Babylon, to emerge, and would only need some ‘crisis event’ to make it happen.

The following is part of the ‘reasoning’ behind the Vatican’s getting involved in matters, which frankly, they should be staying out of.

The Vatican called on Monday for the establishment of a “global public authority” and a “central world bank” to rule over financial institutions that have become outdated and often ineffective in dealing fairly with crises. The document from the Vatican’s Justice and Peace department should please the “Occupy Wall Street” demonstrators and similar movements around the world who have protested against the economic downturn.

“Towards Reforming the International Financial and Monetary Systems in the Context of a Global Public Authority,” was at times very specific, calling, for example, for taxation measures on financial transactions. “The economic and financial crisis which the world is going through calls everyone, individuals and peoples, to examine in depth the principles and the cultural and moral values at the basis of social coexistence,” it said.

So the Vatican is now taking upon itself, the right to tell individuals, regions, states and nations that they are ‘mandated’ to participate in the redistribution of wealth. Forget the idea of ‘thou shalt not steal’ or ‘thou shall not covet my neighbor’s goods’. There seems to be a presumption that those who have wealth, or work hard for what they have somehow ‘cheated’ to get ahead. There is no question the ‘banksters’ have done this, but this underlies the exact issue the Vatican wants to paper over: they want the ‘banksters’ to be in charge of the ‘redistribution’ of money, and if they actually paid any attention whatsoever, the banksters are the CAUSE of the current problems, not the solution.

Much of the Vatican’s statements reek of Marxist thinking. As a brief overview, Marx was funded for the most part by a fellow named Cecil Rhodes, who established the Rhodes scholarship prior to his death, with the expressed reasons for spreading socialism through higher education and influencing the way society in the west viewed economics and ‘social justice’. However, Cecil Rhodes was ultimately funded by none other than the Rothschild’s and that completes the ‘circle of evil’.

Who do you think will be the ultimate beneficiary of this letter, and who do you think will be the ultimate recipient of this ‘gift’ to ultimately set up the epitome of central banking? This is what the Vatican has to say about the matter:

"In economic and financial matters, the most significant difficulties come from the lack of an effective set of structures that can guarantee, in addition to a system of governance, a system of government for the economy and international finance," it said.

The Vatican said the International Monetary Fund (IMF) no longer had the power or ability to stabilize world finance by regulating overall money supply and it was no longer able to watch "over the amount of credit risk taken on by the system".

The world needed a "minimum shared body of rules to manage the global financial market" and "some form of global monetary management".

"In fact, one can see an emerging requirement for a body that will carry out the functions of a kind of 'central world bank' that regulates the flow and system of monetary exchanges similar to the national central banks," it said.

It called for the establishment of “a supranational authority” with worldwide scope and “universal jurisdiction” to guide economic policies and decisions.

So, the Vatican, which is supposed to pass along the faith of Jesus Christ, wants to give the responsibility of ‘redistributing’ wealth to the same group that essentially caused the problems they are now alluding to solving? When did the Vicar of Christ decide to allow humans of very suspect means and reputation, to take over the world’s finances? We are now supposed to trust men, versus God, and in fact, trust the exact men and groups that embody the most evil in the world? According to the Vatican we are.

This is beyond belief and is unacceptable. A group of us that went to the Vatican over 2 years ago pleading for the lives of the babies heard as much from those true to the church: that the Vatican has been taken over by evil. We were told this in plain language, and saw several examples of this first hand. What came out of the Vatican today is nothing short of evil, and it is the embodiment of selling out to the worldly powers. I hate to say it but this statement clearly reflects the Vatican’s getting into bed with the House of Rothschild, and its willingness to hand the keys of the kingdom to the moneychangers. This is the epitome of evil, and is coming closest to fulfilling a major criterion for the beast Babylon.

One of the greatest scams ever to be pulled over on any population in the history of the world would have to be the ‘green’ movement in which this small band of people with a major political agenda convince a majority that they are the cause of great destruction and environmental change on a planet that is damn near indestructible, at least from our efforts. Now, I want to be clear that as Christians, we are to be good stewards of what is given to us, but it must be tempered with common sense and an ability to objectively measure what is actually occurring and not peddle or fall for some scam conjured up by those who hate God and people, and believe we are the ‘scourge’ of the earth.

This ongoing scam about how we are killing the earth by running automobiles pales in comparison to what many of these green weenies really push. Many of these people who claim to be ‘mother earth’ lovers, actually despise and hate their fellow man, and are willing to do anything to see the numbers of humans reduced on earth, and see their demonic agenda promoted over the life and liberty of humans, who have a God given right to be here. These people are doing nothing but following the orders of their master, who is none other than the devil or otherwise known as Satan.

The following e-mail was sent last Monday to Bob Keefe, Spokesman for the Natural Resource Defense Council, an environmental group that pushed for the mandated use of fluorescent (mercury laden light bulbs) over the conventional incandescent light bulbs. Mr. Keefe testified in front of congress in 2007, and was very instrumental in having the laws changed to eventually eliminate incandescent light bulbs in favor of the mercury laden fluorescent light bulbs. In his arguments, Mr. Keefe claims the savings in energy would be nearly 75%, with very little risk involved. Mr. Keefe then goes on in official testimony and claims the amount of mercury in a florescent light bulb is ‘no more than in a watch battery.’

Last week, my wife and I decided to go with another waste removal company, and came across this ‘tidbit’ of information pertaining to the proper disposal of fluorescent light bulbs. Very unlike what Mr. Keefe claimed in TESTIMONEY TO CONGRESS, this company, which must conform to EPA standards, paints a much different picture concerning these new’ environmentally friendly’ light bulbs. Upon seeing this, I decided to e-mail Mr. Keefe and convey this information to him, and get his ‘expert’ advice on whether it was him, or the waste disposal company that was more accurate on the disposal of these mercury laden light bulbs. My email follows:

Dear Mr. Keefe,

I have read testimony you gave a few years back stating that the new fluorescent light bulbs had less mercury in them than watch batteries. However, we just switched trash companies, and found this very interesting rules and procedures on how to 'properly' dispose of these lights.

I would like you to comment on this. As someone pushing an agenda, it is very different from those that actually have to 'get rid of this' toxic matter.

It’s been four days since I sent this e-mail, and Mr. Keefe has not responded to my very simple and straight forward request for simple clarification of who is in error. Surely, someone of Mr. Keefe’s stature and expertise should be able to respond to such a straight forward request to clarify the ‘safety’ of these light bulbs. I surely expected this man to respond and tell me the waste disposal company was over reacting, and pushing a ‘republican’ or ‘conservative’ agenda. But I have not heard back. It makes me think that Mr. Keefe, like nearly all of the green weenies are nothing other than a bunch of lying sacks of sh-t.

These people want to do nothing but to push their satanic agenda, and ultimately, do more harm to our environment than most people who want to live their lives and do what they need to do. These people, at their core hate their fellow man, and want to do nothing more than see the majority of us die, so they can have the earth’s resources for themselves. If they had any integrity at all, they at least would recognize this in themselves, and at that point, could at least ask the Living God for forgiveness and repent of their sins. But due to their arrogance, they will never do this, and will continue on with their unholy and godless gospel of scarcity.

Psalm 2 is one of my all time favorites, and captures the essence of God’s majesty.    If one takes the time to meditate on the words of this psalm, one would come away with the sense of how much god is in control of the situation here on earth, as well as his day to day interactions in the affairs of men. This is very different from the picture the modern Church paints of God, and that is one of distance and permissiveness.

Many would argue against this position and claim “But the church does teach of a personal relationship with Jesus”. I will agree that many of the churches mouth these words, but their actions spell out another reality. Too many churches are filled with busybodies, gossips, slanderers and malcontents, and many that go to church every Sunday, live like a devil the other 6 days of the week. Some churches do not support the pro life position, and some churches openly embrace homosexuality as a real option. The harshest words that come from these churches are reserved for those who actually stand up for Biblical truth, and are labeled extremists, heretics, troublemakers and haters.

IF the Church and the average Christian truly understood the true nature of God, and God’s intimate involvement in the day to day activities of our lives, we would live each day very differently than what we are able to observe. We would be fighting for the right to life like it actually matters. There wouldn’t be people sleeping in on the weekends and making up every excuse in the book to stay away from the killing fields, and allowing pro deathers to continue to be re elected cycle after cycle.

We would be actively fighting against homosexual marriages and be out there actively evangelizing this group. We would lovingly, but firmly resolve to follow Gospel principles in spite of the consequences, and we would be able to relate modern problems with the sin listed in Scripture as God has laid it out. Instead by our collective silence, and attempts to be ‘tolerant’, we sell these people and the babies out, and act like god is not paying attention, and take on an ‘it doesn’t matter’ attitude about things.

WE would fear God way more than the human institutions that currently want to rule over our day to day lives. These institutions try to take on this role, by watching and regulating nearly everything we do. Too many Christians go along with this, without questioning how vile and evil this is, while trashing those who attempt to live by the gospel. So, one may claim they see and want a personal relationship with God and Jesus, but most of these same people acquiesce to the state and human institutions that attempt to rewrite God’s laws into their own image, and hear nothing more than an occasional peep from the believer.

God’s Majesty ‘laughs’ at the foolishness of man’s conspiring against his will. Man’s efforts will come to nothing in the end, and those who remain faithful will be justly rewarded for their efforts. God is in total control, and always has been, and always will be. Those who put their faith in man's efforts and structures will be on the wrong side of history.  Soon, we will see just how majestic God really is, and He will come across as the very supreme being He is, and there will be no mistaking the authority and power He really has, and the worship He deserves. We need to make sure we are on the right side of history, and not fall into the complacency trap that most of our fellow believers are now in. We are on the winning side, and ought to act like it. This evil has its season, but this season is coming to a quick conclusion. May we not get caught up in the hype and lose our way when we are so close to victory.

My wife and I were listening to an exert from the Howard Stern show, in which Howard and his side kicks interviewed several ‘occupy wall street’ protesters. Regardless of what one thinks about Howard Stern, this particular bit ought to be listened to by everyone and shows how disjointed many of these people are. Many on the interview could not answer basic questions as to why they were there, what the purpose of the occupy movement is, what solutions may change the situations or any reasonable conjecture that would leave on with the impression these people might have two functioning brain cells firing synonymously.

After listening to these painful remarks, and realizing many of these young people just completed a four year degree, and have huge student loan debts, I realized how much trouble we are in and how bad things really are. These people could not put together two coherent sentences, and yet, they are demanding changes in the system and are not smart enough to realize those they want to be the agents of change (government) are the source of the problem. These kids were indoctrinated in government schools, and have a basis of thought that if they don’t make it in life, that it is someone else’s fault, and they have a right to demand their’ fair share’ of another’s labor.   They want a redistribution of wealth, and believe those who went out and worked for it, are the selfish ones, and need to be punished.

Now, I am not referring to the bankster dynasties in which wealth has been grafted (the government protects them) but those who make this country work. Every one in the Stern interview was not working, but made it clear they ‘deserved’ to have things others have worked hard for and earned the right to have. There didn’t seem to be any sense that these people had to work for their daily bread, or referenced any morality in how one goes about earning their keep. It’s unfortunate the government has instilled most of these ‘values’ into these children, and the rights of parents to raise their children as they see fit has been usurped. Churches, as well, have been mainly silent on this front and do not wield influence as they did 30-40 years ago.

As Cramer states, those investors who are too greedy are like pigs and pigs get slaughtered. People who want to do nothing, and live off of the productive are pigs as well. When all comes to fruition, it won’t simply be the banksters and Wall Street that gets a haircut, it will be those that have grown up with the entitled attitudes and snot nosed brattiness that believes they can order anyone to give them what they want without having to do anything in return. The world is about to get really tough for these people, and there won’t be a lot of sympathy for these people once productivity and real knowledge are needed to navigate this new frontier.

We have not prepared ourselves for the events soon to be upon us, and we certainly have not prepared the youth of this country for these times.   It is so unfortunate that we continue on with the idea things will get better, and that we can continue to push a philosophy that really penalizes the majority of people who have earned their money in a respectable and honest way and give to those who do little and expect much.

I am adding this clip and am highly recommending people take the time to view this. I don't agree with everything stated, but I love this man's passion and how he has urgency in his message concerning the trouble we are in and what we need to expect next.

THE COUNTDOWN IS ON

For those who still ‘don’t get it’, we had major headlines over the weekend that the EU had exactly 8 days to straighten out the financial problems that took decades to make. We are seeing the balking of Germany and France, the two major countries that have the closest thing to a surplus, that are expected to bail out the deadbeat PIIGS nations, and in essence, reward bad behavior. This is not looking good for the PIIGS, and by extension, not looking good for any of the nations that are spending more than they take in, which is most of them, or for any nations that are using paper currency for money, which is every one of them on the planet.

It will be interesting to see what happens in the next week, and see if the EU is able to kick the can further down Debt Avenue, or if they get sidetracked and end up in Default Alley where the money powers, err, muggers await them. Without any changes in the business model used, and no real plan on stopping the excesses, there is no way this charade can continue much longer, and it is a certainty that the problems will leapfrog the pond and make their way here in very short order. It seems very few over in Euro land have much hope in this turning out even remotely well, and it seems many are beginning to bunker down and finally take these warnings seriously.

It’s too bad we aren’t getting the message and showing the same urgency as many are over there. I guess the distractions are too many, and with the recent monsoons ending, many are taking advantage of the nice fall weather and living what used to be normal activities and acting like things will simply plod along, and Europe’s problems will continue to be Europe’s problems and stay over there. No, I am not getting the urgency over here that ought to be occurring, but I have come to expect nothing different and it will most likely not hit until many have had an empty belly for a few days, and the realization has set upon them, that there are no more supplies coming to those magical places called the supermarkets, and the shelves will not be replenished.

Of course, many would balk at the last couple of statements I made, and cannot fathom anything remotely coming close to that scenario, but it’s already started in certain parts of the world. The easy credit and “I’ll pay for it later” mentality will give into the reality of credit meltdown, and it will be a painful lesson learned the hard way, and with little to no warning proceeding it. All of the fiat currencies are in a race to the bottom. They all will ultimately fall to their intrinsic value: $0. It is a matter of which goes first, and how the particular peoples and government react to that event is what will determine the future course. But we are definitely getting near the end of this fiasco, and it will play itself out.

I’m hoping it does not happen on or by this Friday, as we have one more ‘end of the world’ scenario thrown out by Mr. Camping. But if you have not made any preparations as of yet, it might be a real good idea to get an extra flashlight or two, and about two weeks worth of water and food. When credit dries up, so will all commodities we come to depend on, and we will find out in short order how big of a mistake it is to not be ready for any contingency. There are those who believe 'this too shall pass' without major repercussions, but they think this way at their own risk. One day soon, our 'good luck' will run out and we too shall know want. Better to be prepared a year early than try to do so a day late.

PROPHETIC TIMES

It is amazing that despite the very difficult times we live in, how many people know so little about prophecy. It seems there are many reasons for that, but ultimately, it seems to boil down to one issue: believability. When the USCCB can come out and take an official position that the ‘creation-flood story’ did not actually happen as written, it naturally undermines what is written about the future(Revelation) and sews doubts about what will actually occur. (Don’t worry, Revelation also covers that theme as well).

When one doesn’t believe, they don’t prepare. Preparation has many steps, but for the sake of brevity here, we will consider the main steps which are: 1) learning, information gathering and knowledge, and 2) planning and action. At the base for any preparation is believability. If one doesn’t believe in whatever is being presented, there is absolutely no incentive to investigate further and there will be no action taken on any of the material being presented. For instance, MOST of the people I talk to about the coming economic collapse think I’m a lunatic. Hence, they will not read any of my writings, the web sites I recommend, and are surely not buying silver, or preparing for any trouble by at least getting some extra food and water.

When people don’t take the time to gather information or to learn about a subject, they are left to their own devices, or dependent upon other people to do the work for them. In the arena of prophecy, there are many who are charlatans and spreading errors in order to make big $$$$ off of the fear they generate. Others mean well, but grossly misinterpret prophecy in scripture to fit the headlines found in the godless MSM. Still, others take many facets of Revelation out of their revealed order and attempt to ‘predict’ what these happenings are, such as the mark of the beast. Then, when these events do not come to pass, many are turned off to Revelation, and begin to wander away from the faith and fall into the trap that these matters will never happen, and there is then no need to work on personal sanctification.

I have repeatedly told people that do want to know these matters that ANYONE who willfully wants to see Revelation occur in their lifetime has got to be out of their ever loving mind. I tell them I cannot stomach the times we live in and want to see positive change in this country, and see once again, communities that are safe for all people, a love for fellow man, respect for property, honest dealings in business, and the Church representing God as He really is. This can happen without the end of the world occurring, but it will take very extraordinary events to wake up the common man to make it happen. That is what I’m hoping to see. However, I do believe (very unfortunately) we very well may be on the doorstep of Revelation’s fulfillment.

I tell many of these people, who mistakenly believe we are in Revelation now, that the opening salvo will leave no doubt about it. If we really were in Revelation now, it would validate everything our society and weak Church is presenting about God, and that is as an incompetent, disinterested and weak ‘supreme’ being. If those reading now are familiar with my previous postings on the first four trumpets, this next bit will be a repeat for you. Revelation opens with a massive earthquake with a duration and intensity never experienced by mankind EVER. Then within the next several days to a few weeks, there will be a massive meteor shower that will burn up all grass and one third of green plants. This will then be followed by two massive asteroid strikes, one in the ocean and one land strike. This will then lead to darkness that will take out a third of the daylight. Literally, all activity on earth will stop dead in its tracks, and ALL of the survivors will be asking WHY God is so angry and WHAT do we need to do to get Him to stop these judgments.

The first four trumpets will take out 25% of the population in a matter of days. There will be no doubt about these actions, and there will be no mistaking (anymore) that Revelation has commenced, and the emergence of the 144,000 with Elijah like powers will be here to explain/warn everyone what is happening, why it happened, and what is about to happen. (And, by the way, they won’t be taking any of anyone’s useless money) Survival will be the number one task on everyone’s mind, and the dark powers will respond rapidly and with great authority. The Church, due to its lack of faith in God and who He really is, will fail miserably in preparing people for this event, and unfortunately, will join with the beast, which is Babylon, and will become its ‘whore’. It will join forces and create the one world religiously lead government that will be the most ferocious man made creation ever seen on this rock.

This government, lead by the now ‘whore’ church, will set and enforce laws contrary to the Living God, and require all inhabitants to worship it (obedience). The 144,000 will be preaching against following this beast, and with their supernatural abilities, will be able to combat this human power. Battle lines will be drawn, and the believers will be put to the test by the Living God to validate their choice. This test most likely will be a short time jail/prison sentence with a possibility of a death sentence. (The major death sentences come much later). Many will fall prey to the whore, because they continue to give allegiance to an organization, that prior to the start of Revelation required allegiance to its false teachings and watered down theology. So it will be a continuation of the same lack of faith and preparation by those who follow an organization that was caught off guard by Revelation, and now wants to speak with great authority, as if they understand the Will of God.

Unfortunately, we are seeing this exact behavior with the USCCB in watering down the Word of God. I wouldn’t trust this band for anything, and sure don’t want to know what they will think about these matters. This band will not stand up for the babies now, they will not stand up against homosexual marriage, and they continue to give the body of our Lord to those who are public scandals. If they cannot keep teachings straight on matters that are very visible, how can they teach and preach on matters that are invisible? This is a precursor of what the ‘whore’ of Babylon will look like. There is no urgency by the USCCB in any of their actions, and they are as guilty as many of the pagan/secular groups and governments that believe things will continue on as they have in the past few centuries.

It is very unfortunate that they cannot be more gravely mistaken in their lack of faith. We are at a threshold of at least an economic event that will literally change the nature of our existence. The lack of preparation is criminal and those who have taken it upon themselves to be ‘in charge’ of these matters will have much accounting to do before the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Their lack of faith, and by extension, lack of preparation will be the cause of much suffering and death that is so avoidable. And because of this, there is a need for ‘lunatics’ like me to get the word out. It is what it is, and it’s time to bring it on.

ARE WE IN A PERIOD OF JUDGMENT?

There are ominous signs everywhere and it is becoming so apparent that our society is coming apart at the seams. People are rightfully worried and have concerns about the future and what it portends for us. There are increases in every arena of life that is nothing short of demonic, and it seems there are fewer willing to stand up and vocalize warnings or even attempting to fight against this onslaught of evil. It is very easy to understand anyone feeling overwhelmed by what is going on, and it is the way the enemy wants it. For if we feel overwhelmed, we will ultimately end up doing nothing, and this is when evil really advances.

I have been asked this a lot lately, and I begin my answer with a qualification: I don’t want to be a stumbling block for any believer and I give my answer as I understand Scripture and the nature of God. God definitely sends judgments, and without exception, sends at least one prophet to spell out what is going to happen and why it is going to happen. Judgments are also sent directly from God and may or may not be related to the nature of the sin. For example, Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed by fire and brimstone, not by STD’s (which would be more of a consequence).

The four methods of judgments ‘reserved’ for God are: sword, famine, pestilence and wild beasts, and are found happening throughout the Bible as proof. In Revelation, as well as other instances, God also uses nature, such as floods, fires, earthquakes (and soon to be asteroids). We even use words such as “act of God’ in describing situations in which we had little to no control over. But we don’t want to confuse judgments with consequences, and ultimately pin certain events and happenings to God, when it is in fact, events occur that are not the will of God.

Our economic condition, at least as it seems now, is more of a product of consequences. God has spelled out clearly what money is, and how it is to be used. God also allows free will in His creation, and if man decides to use dishonest weights and measures in commerce, the consequence of this action then must take place. God warns us of the consequences of becoming enslaved to the money changers, but since we go against these warnings, we also must suffer the consequences of our bad decisions. Because we decided to turn out backs on God and do it ‘our way’, God allows us to deal with the consequences of our behavior without His intervention, thus remaining true to His granting us perfect free will.

We blatantly allowed for the wholesale slaughter of the most innocent for nearly 39 years now, we stayed quiet during the ‘debate’ on homosexual marriages, we have minimally stayed quiet (and in some cases, cheered on) the blatant attack of other sovereign nations in pro active war (which is against our church doctrine of just war). We have piled sin after sin to the heights of heaven itself and in God’s economy, there needs to be atonement for these actions. This will not, and cannot go unpunished indefinitely, and punishment will target the guilty in the most severe fashion. But punishment is distinct from consequence, and unfortunately consequences affect all indiscriminately.

So, in considering our times and what seems to be happening currently, I would tell most folks that we are now dealing with consequences instead of judgments. And this is another matter in which I am hoping I am way, way wrong on, because if the consequences of our actions are bringing about so much discord, I cannot even begin to imagine what the penalty phase, or judgment phase will bring. Neither option is pleasant to think about, but the reality presenting itself is demonstrating that God’s laws are not only supreme, but continue on very much intact in our day and age, in which we believe we can defy all things considered old and out dated. We are going to get a very painful lesson on History as written by God, and as the perfect teacher, God will make sure we get the lesson.

A SLOW DEATH OF FREEDOM

It ought to be more apparent as time goes by, that more and more of our rights are being taken away from us. For many, it appears it is not a big deal, and many are under the allusion that we are still the freest people on the planet. Simply because we are under the impression we can still 'move around' without alot of hassles that life is good and we can continue on in our own ways with no serious effects. Too many people have not noticed the gradual numbers of rights taken away and write it off as 'national security' or other 'reasonable' excuses the government throws our way. Unfortunately, the population has learned very well to walk lock step with what the government now requires of us. It is the exact opposite of what is now needed in these times.

There are useless debates trying to hash out the various positions and those who want to split hairs over the 'freedoms' we have versus the 'safety' issues that now seem to dominate the discussions of people who have no clue as to the nature of this country and its founding. Unfortunately, many who want to sound intelligent, but have never investigated the nature of what this country is about have not taken the time to learn about our rich history, and how these men pledged their lives, liberty and fortunes to see this nation free, not only for themselves, but for future generations. These men had a vision, but also enough integrity and morals that they considered others before themselves, something very lost in most contemporary Americans.

It is sad that too many have been taught a revisionist history of our country, and as such, have no clear idea of what we ought to be fighting for, and how little tolerance we should have for people like Obama, and for parties like the current Democrats. These people will not be satisfied until they control virtually every aspect of your lives and convince you that you are too stupid to make the most fundamental decisions for your own life. And because of the lack of knowledge by the average American, they do not see or understand this loss of freedom, and hence, have little incentive to fight this encroachment of these violations.

we re on the verge of seeing more freedoms taken away as the economy goes south, and the unemployment remains the same, or increases, and more people become more despondent, and need more government assistance to just make it through daily life. We are likely to see more government intrusion into our lives, and those fortunate enough to make a decent living will be 'required' to participate in bailing out those 'less fortunate' and will end up themselves living on the margin. It seems there is such a movement in this country to penalize those doing well, and to blame them for the problem the Banksters created by their greed. We are seeing such messages being promoted by these 'occupy' movements that are also supporting Obama and encouraging Obama to do something about redistributing the wealth.

It has never been the job of government to redistribute wealth and/or pick winners and losers in society. But that is what is being done today, and few are really angry over this government intrusion into places they have no business being in. Obama and his minions will continue taking more freedoms away until the average American 'gets it' and begins to resist these encroachments. we will continue to see rights taken away until we finally understand the issues, and decide that comfort and convenience are not worth the price asked to pay. The day of reckoning is soon approaching, and we will need to decide what we are going to do about it.

WHO IS REALLY MORE LIKE THE NAZIS?

It seems ESPN and ABC decided they did not like Hank Williams, Jr. depiction of Obama as Hitler, and decided to do the ‘politically correct’ thing and fire him from his gig on Monday Night Football. (Funny how many of the Nazi like socialists and others constantly used this term to describe George W. Bush, but did not suffer the same fate). Given the majority of those who have no tolerance for speech such as this come from the ranks of the Democratic party (And you wonder why their party symbol is a donkey) it is no surprise the party that supposedly represents ‘open mindedness’ is the most intolerant of anyone making any criticism of anything they hold near and dear. (No one ever accused Democrats of thinking).

Since this point is now open for debate, it is fair time to take a look at what exactly a Nazi is, and what a Nazi believes as embodied by Hitler. The Nazi party embraced collectivism, and used language that spelled out in most people’s minds an ‘us versus them’ theme. This collectivism necessitates taking over and controlling media, education, and even the regulation of religion. The core of collectivism is the need for the total control over youth, and it is through indoctrination of the collectivist philosophy and vision for total control over society. To accomplish this, there needs to be an identified enemy, and a relentless war is waged against this enemy. Upon the enemy’s final defeat, there are then very strict measures put in place to ‘safeguard’ against the rise of any of these enemies, hence, a never ending system of monitoring and punishment for the least of infractions to be decided by the elite.

At the core of the Nazis, is the disrespect for life. Hitler’s Germany first rid themselves of the elderly, infirmed, mentally challenged and overall ‘dregs of society’ such as the gypsies. Hitler then made war on the mainline Christian churches especially Catholicism, and eventually ‘demonized’ the Jewish people. Hitler authorized a massive eugenics and human experimentation program, funded by none other than the Rockefeller Foundation, and out of this, created massive amounts of biological and chemical warfare agents. Hitler also authorized the destruction of any new born that showed any signs of imperfections, and attempted to breed the ‘master race’. The Nazis embraced atheism and any and all scientific/philosophical methodologies that denied any reality of God or of absolute truth.

Through this brainwashing, Hitler was able to coerce the German population to accept the castigation of a whole race of beings, to the point of turning them in and having his minions systematically destroy millions of them. Hitler was able to do this through dehumanizing language and terms that were emotionally loaded and got the majority to see these people as sub human, and deserving of imprisonment first, then finally execution on a massive scale. This was done through a process of desensitizing the population and convincing they had no use or value in the new world (third Reich) being built.

Now, we need to consider what Obama and the Democratic Party has stood for over the past several decades. Despite representing themselves as the party of the little guy, the Democratic Party in general and Obama in particular, are extremist in advocating legalized child killing, and push the abhorrent and grisly partial birth abortion procedure. Some, even in their ranks, believe parent and society should have a right to allow murder of children up to two years old if they don’t meet the criteria of the parents and/or society. Obama, in particular, was clear in his first campaign when pressed, advocated for his own daughters to murder their children if it interfered with their careers or other ‘social’ aspects of their lives (convenience). Obama care will also introduce rationing of care, which will ultimately condemn some to death (who happen to be elderly, infirmed, mentally challenged, and soon to be defined dregs of society).

Obama has advocated a ‘brown shirt’ program for most of the youth, as a way of ‘paying back’ and ‘giving service’ to the country. we are seeing more and more emphasis on taking over more responsibility from parents, and requiring children submit to the state in matters such as ‘mandatory vaccines’ questionable education, the deliberate undermining of parental authority for state control, and state education, which is already in place.

Obama has been a huge advocate of stem cell research and is for all of the ‘scientific’ programs that explore all aspects of genetic modifications, as well as all scientific procedures that explore the realm that up until a few decades ago existed in the realm of the divine. There is a systematic dismantling of anything resembling religion and the sacred in this society, and a march onto the new religion of the state and secularism.

Obama, more than any administration before him, has done more to alienate Christianity and the true American and has declared war on them. Everything that represents what is true and good about this country is demeaned by this man, and unfortunately, a sizeable minority of the population, who remain rooted in ignorance and stupidity, believe in the garbage Obama and his evil administration pedal about the origins and underlying philosophy behind this country.

If there is anyone who embodies what Hitler stood for, it is Obama and his minions that simply have no clue about history, and are now condemned to repeat its gory repeat in our lifetimes. Obama has already alienated and castigated the tea party, Christians, pro-lifers, second amendment advocates, and those who love what this country used to stand for and would love to see again. In looking at what Hitler wanted to do, and what Obama is trying to do, I would have to agree with Hank Williams, Jr. and state this guy is too much like some lunatic who took over the reins of Germany over 60 years ago.

WHY ARE PEOPLE SURPRISED?

More is continually coming out about Obama’s “hit list” in which he has targeted certain Americans and without charges or a trial and has them knocked off. The justification for this is ‘suspected or ’known’ terrorists that threaten the well-being of the United States”. On top of that, the Obama administration is refusing to release the DOJ ‘legal opinion’ used to justify the killing of the ‘suspected’ Al Qaeda operative Awlaki. It is also coming to light, that it is a ‘secretive panel of senior government officials’ which is creating this list and passing it onto the president ‘notifying’ him of their decision.

If one has been paying the least amount of attention, Obama has been very careful in not calling his Muslim brothers ‘terrorists’, but has reserved the word ‘terrorist’ for strict use in describing Americans in many of the domestic issues. Obama has made allegations that the tea party and other ‘extremists’ in this country are ‘problems’. Obama is now justifying a ‘hit’ on an American that has bypassed any reasonable due process, in which even the Muslim Brothers are getting at ‘club Gitmo’. Obama’s only justification in being placed on this list is being a terrorist and a ‘threat’ to the United States.

Well, if we follow this logic to its conclusion, we can see that since the use of the word ‘terrorist’ has been reserved for only domestic persons (Legitimate U.S. citizens) and one only need be labeled ‘terrorist’ to be placed on the hit list, we may soon be seeing round ups of people, or perhaps people may suddenly ‘disappear’ or maybe have a sudden surge of ‘accidental deaths’ among those who are perceived as a ‘threat’ to the United States. According to a memo leaked by the DOJ sent to law enforcement agencies around the country, anyone who is a ‘one issue advocate’ such as pro-life, pro second amendment, or even having a Ron Paul bumper sticker was subject to suspicion and encouraged to be watched or monitored.

Now that we know a hit on an American citizen can be ordered by an unaccountable bureaucracy, and carried out by whichever ‘agency’ has the ‘authority’ to do this puts all Americans that take their constitutional rights are seriously at great jeopardy. And why the average American is not ‘up in arms’ over this is beyond me. This is truly an extension of the culture of death our Church has taught would follow if we allowed the wanton killing of the most vulnerable. But since very few want to stand up for the babies, we are now faced with the greatest proponent of legalized child killing now extending his ‘killer’ philosophy onto Americans he deems ‘terrorists’ without any due process or ability to defend themselves.

We know that Obama ran on a ‘choice’ platform, and that a majority of ‘Christians’ voted for this guy, and justified it by looking at other issues, that supposedly have the same moral weight as legalized child killing. How people can justify this is as mysterious as the current 41% that is willing to reelect him. Given how morally bankrupt many of our fellow citizens are, it probably makes little to no difference that this guy can order hits on people that he disagrees with. I have already seen some of this same philosophy in many of the anti-lifers who believe the majority of us should be shipped off to concentration camps or be executed on the spot. Hey, why not give the fact those for this guy thinks in very similar terms as Obama. Either way, we are seeing the culture of death taking stronger root in our society, and few willing to stand up and use the strong language necessary to stop this ungodly tide.

I am still dealing with some concerning the precious metals markets and the volatility issue. I’m not sure whether I am writing unclearly, or if it is that some are not reading what I write, but claiming they are, or if it is simply pure raw emotions, and an inability or unwillingness to do any research on this subject. Any way that it is, people ought to be making informed decisions concerning their money and need to be actively involved in these matters. I am not asking anyone to take my word blindly, I am presenting well researched and documented positions on the silver market and informing the readers of the well documented and 100% failure rate of paper currency throughout history. I am encouraging readers to do some research themselves, but I also think we have a time crunch we are dealing with, and I’m going to throw out my conclusions because there is not time to waste. But still do some research, as it does not take as much time as one may think.

People cannot allow themselves to get bent out of shape over some rough times in the market. We are in a marathon, and the goal of all investing is to have more money, or net worth at the end of the timeframe in which one chooses to exit the workforce or pass on wealth, or whatever goal one has set for themselves. Virtually every book on wealth will tell you that those who did well went against the ‘herd”. What is the ‘herd’ doing now? Going into cash and US treasuries. They are also running headlong into the slaughter house, but are being told it is the safe house to hide in against the oncoming storm that is nearly here. Who is telling us to get into cash and treasuries? The puppet MSM, with CNBSC leading the pack. Who owns the MSM? The money powers. What else does the money powers own? The Federal Reserve, and all central banks. What are the Federal Reserve and central banks buying now? Mainly gold, but starting to purchase silver through the ETF’s. Do you think the money powers want to share wealth with you or me? HELL NO!!!

What is at stake here folks is plain old fashioned survival. People that are seeing the light and grasping what is about to happen are preparing, and part of this is in getting out of paper assets and into tangibles. When this wave hits, and it will be huge, it will wash away very quickly those who are not anchored down and it will be relentless and devastating. I am seeing reports daily about things like this government buying large amounts of MRE’s, along with other necessary survival gear. There are wealthy people expatriating at an alarming rate. There are even what one may consider to be ‘mainstream’ folks who have decided to purchase farm land and leave the cities without any real experience of country living. People all over are starting to sense big trouble, but unfortunately, most are still not acting on this, and doing their imitation of a deer in the headlights. Some are still in denial, and believe ‘things will turn around soon’.

As I have said in the recent past, this is not a pleasurable task, nor am I excited about what silver will do if it means the devastation of everything I know and those I love. But it also does no good to invest in some make believe future that has no chance in hell of ever happening and lead others into this delusion. There simply is too much evidence, and too many people (even some from the ranks of the money powers are now saying an economic collapse is on its way) to write this off as ‘conspiracy theory’. It seems, unfortunately that it will be those that embraced a scenario of a very quick and devastating crash that will be correct when all is said and done. If that is the case, it will be more nightmarish than what I can imagine or write about. It seems unlikely that the crash will be methodical and slower, which would give us time to adjust and transition into the simpler lifestyles that will be required to survive and thrive in the new times. It seems many will be left behind, but not in the good sense of the word.

I can hope that I am way off on this matter and be as wrong as a person can be. This would be one topic I wish I could write about and have to retract due to errors I’ve made. I wish I could fall into the magical thinking trap, and see a bright and prosperous future ahead of us, and I wish I could believe those in power are lead by love and have a strong faith in God that would lead them into making the right decisions. But unfortunately, I am not delusional, and none of the wishes stated above are happening. I cannot give strong enough warnings for what is coming. It is unfortunate the Church and those who should be warning the public (if they actaully gave a damn) are not doing their jobs and due to their lack of vigilance, will not see this coming, and will mock those who are trying to get the warnings out before hand. Get ready, because it is coming, and it is now on the doorstep.

I normally like to stay out of these ‘frays’ over individual priests and their particular issues and conflicts. In at least two of the most recent cases, there are a lot of innuendos and matters that should have remained more in the realm of the private forum; however the issues at hand for Fr. Frank Pavone and Priests for Life seem to be of a different sort. Put aside, for a minute, the debate about obedience to the Bishop (In which Fr. Pavone is obeying the orders from his bishop) and simply look at the series of events, and how they unfolded, and what repercussions it will have for Fr. Pavone, Priests for Life, and the pro life movement in general.

Now, I have had my disagreements with Fr. Pavone (as with all of the 501 c 3 organizations that will not name names of the advocates for child killing nor endorse the true pro life candidates, such as Missy Smith). But the idea of innuendos of misappropriation of funds without any proof, and disseminating a letter to every American Bishop encouraging them to dissuade the faithful from donating to Priests for Life smells of a charge and presumption of guilt without proof of the guilt or wrongdoing. Without proof, this matter should have been kept private until there was a real need to go public. For a lack of a better word, this letter was Unjust and is doing harm to Fr. Pavone, Priests for Life, the Pro life movement, as well as Bishop Zurek’s own reputation.

Then there is the matter of “suspension”. The Bishop, in the first letter released to all of the American Bishops clearly states in the first sentence “I have decided to SUSPEND Father Frank A. Pavone from PUBLIC MINISTRY OUTSIDE of the diocese of Amarillo to take effect on September 13, 2011.” (NO ABILITY TO PERFORM SACRAMENTS EVEN AT HIS OFFICES IN NEW YORK OR ANYWHERE HE MAY HAVE BEEN AT THE TIME). The letter then goes on to spell out questions concerning the use of money, the supposed lack of accountability of the millions raised, the lack of accountability and seemingly deliberate snubs by Fr. Pavone in disobeying the Bishop, as well as potential ‘ego’ problems due to Fr. Pavone’s ‘fame’.

It then fell upon the shoulders of Msgr. Harold Waldow, Vicar for Clergy in the Diocese of Amarillo to speak for the Bishop and the Msgr. publicly declared Fr Pavone IS NOT SUSPENDED, which this is in direct conflict with the Bishop’s letter dated September 13th. (Which states CLEARLY Fr. Pavone is SUSPENDED from ALL PUBLIC MINISTRY OUTSIDE OF THE DIOCESE OF AMARILLO). Msgr. Waldow then goes on to say Fr. Pavone is a priest in good standing and there is no ecclesial penalty nor are there any penalties or threats of penalties forthcoming. (But it was the Bishop who used the word ‘suspension’).

This is the press release forwarded by the Diocese of Amarillo a few days later:

Diocese of Amarillo Issues Clarification Affirming Fr. Frank Pavone’s Good Standing and Character

Amarillo, TX – The diocese of Amarillo yesterday stepped forward to state publicly that Fr. Frank Pavone is a priest of good standing in the Catholic Church, and that there are no claims at all being made that he did anything wrong.

Reports in the last couple of days may have led some to the opposite conclusion because the bishop wants more information regarding the finances of the ministries Fr. Pavone heads, but there is a difference between wanting more information and claiming that someone did something wrong, and the diocese wanted to stress that distinction. There is no suspicion of wrongdoing.

However, let’s consider Bishop Zurek’s own words on the matter:

"My decision is the result of deep concerns regarding his stewardship of the finances of the Priest For Life (PFL) organization. The PFL has become a business that is quite lucrative which provides Father Pavone with financial independence from all legitimate ecclesiastical oversight. There have been PERSISTENT QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS BY CLERGY AND LAITY regarding the transactions of millions of dollars of donations to the PFL from whom the donors have a rightful expectation that the monies are being used prudently. These financial questions and concerns have persisted with no clear and adequate answers since the time when Father Pavone was under two previous bishop ordinaries."

Call me crazy, but the official press release seems to ‘paper over’ the initial letter sent out by Bishop Zurek. It seems in the letter that Bishop Zurek sent to all of the American Bishops (and one, by the way, he signed) states that both Clergy and laity had persistent questions and concerns about the financial transactions, which seems to indicate ‘someone thought something” and this was part of the basis for the decision to recall Fr. Pavone. However, if Fr. Pavone had done nothing wrong, the Bishop could simply have called Fr. Pavone back and would not need to use the word “suspension” indicating the need to discipline and/or punish.

Now, let’s fast forward to the ‘clarification’ letter from Bishop Zurek, dated September 30, 2011:

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

            Fr. Frank A. Pavone remains suspended. At my discretion and solicitude, he has faculties for ministry in the Diocese of Amarillo. He does not have permission for ministry outside the Diocese. He is to remain in the Diocese for an indefinite period of time for prayer and reflection.

Here we have the word ‘suspended’ again. There is no reason to sow confusion. Either suspend Fr. Frank, and show cause, or renounce this public argument, and clarify the fact that Fr. Frank is to work as a parish priest in the diocese of Amarillo, and does not have any blemishes on his record, or character. But stop this nonsensical doublespeak and bureaucratic BS that is normally reserved for those who cannot think for themselves and are lifetime government employee wonks. Maybe the government thinks such use of doublespeak is cute, but it is despicable behavior for those who are supposed to be the ‘light of the world’ and ought not to hide behind language that can ‘indict’ someone without actually spelling out the charges. It is ridiculous to make an official statement ‘clarifying’ “we did not accuse Fr. Pavone of any wrongdoing”, but then claim in a letter that “both Clergy and laity have persistent questions regarding the transactions of millions of dollars”.

The innuendos definitely place Fr. Pavone and his character into question, and this need not be the case. But now it is, and it seems the Bishop and his office want to play Obama word games. Let the proverbial SHTF, but be far enough away to not get sprayed by any. It’s really a sad day when the Church’s behavior mirrors that of a bureaucratic and ineffective government, but here we are. We deserve better from our church leaders.
