THE SEVENTH TRUMPET

“Then the seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, saying,”The Kingdom of the world has become the Kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he shall reign for ever and ever” Then God’s temple in heaven was opened, and the ark of the covenant was seen within his temple; and there were flashes of lightening, loud noises, peals of thunder, an earthquake, and heavy hail”    Rev 11: 15, 19

The seventh trumpet ushers in a turning point of Revelation and instills finality to man’s choice of whether to worship the beast or Christ.  Of all the trumpets, the seventh trumpet is the most brutal, in that it does not destroy the environment as a judgment, but marks the end to the age of sin on earth.  For the saved, it will be one of the most awesome and privileged states, and for the condemned, it will be the most horrible day of existence any being can live through.

If one takes the time to notice, the story of Revelation has a great deal of interplay between scenes in heaven and on earth.  For the most part, what goes on in heaven is invisible to mankind, but the seventh trumpet temporarily ‘lifts the veil’ between the worlds of the seen and unseen, and for the first time, all alive will see heaven with God and his angels, while simultaneously seeing the Anti Christ in his ‘glory’ and all will come to understand quite readily who is who, and who is really in control.  But the centerpiece of the seventh trumpet is the appearance of the Ark of the Covenant, which will demonstrate once and for all, God’s holiness and constancy, that his word and laws are eternal and unchanging.

It will also be at that time that those who are alive will know for sure which master they will serve for all of eternity.  The lifting of the heavenly veil will also accomplish the lifting of the temporal veil in that the great deceptor cannot make the claim he is who he is, and all of mankind will see for the first (and last) time in human history, the ultimate and simultaneous view of perfect love and perfect hate in one arena.  It will bring about one of the most sobering moments of time in cosmic history and the amount of anguish for the majority who has taken the mark will be indescribable, and there will be no doubt about the outcome of this war from here on out.

Up until this time, Jesus has served the role of Priest, Prophet and King.  It is important to grasp that from the time of Jesus death and resurrection until the seventh trumpet, Jesus has been an intercessory for man and through the ultimate blood sacrifice, able to forgive sins.  With the calling forth of His kingship, Jesus role of Priest and Prophet has come to an end, and His intercession for the forgiveness of sins is now complete.  With all of mankind having chosen their fate, Jesus is now anointed as King of kings, and Lord of lords, and will have total dominion over the heavens and the earth.

Due to the ending of the heavenly intervention by now King Jesus, those who are sealed with the mark of the Living God will experience a transformation not known since the time of Adam and Eve; they will enter a sinless state without experiencing death.  The evil and corrupt nature will be changed and those who have persevered throughout the trumpets and persecution will now have a time of rest.  However, they will still be present upon the earth and will have a front row seat in the final chapter of the cosmic battle between good and evil.

Those condemned will have the utmost contempt for their false god and for themselves.  There cannot be words or events that one can relate to, to even begin to understand the profound and complete loss of eternal life, and the anger directed at Satan will be unfathomable.  Satan’s mask is now off, and the condemned no longer have a choice in their actions.  For their own survival, they must now follow the beast as they will be painfully aware that there will never be salvation for them, and there is no chance they can ever be forgiven for their sins.  The stage is now set for the beginning of the second series of seven events.

The final note on the seventh trumpet should be the severity of the signs sent by God.  As each milestone is reached, the signs in the heavens, as well as the accompanying thunder, lightening and earthquakes increase in magnitudes.  Along with these three, is also heavy hail, which will be very representational of the final plagues soon to come.  With all being able to see into the heavenly realms, these signs will not be misinterpreted at all, and Satan will not be able to ‘spin’ this as he has with his concocted lies and con jobs.  The seventh trumpet leaves no doubt about who is in charge, and who the fraud really is.  And it also leaves no doubt for the living where they will be spending eternity. 

BYE BYE, BABYLON

“Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and said to me ”Come, I will show you the judgment of the great harlot who is seated upon many waters, with whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and with the vine of whose fornication to dwellers on earth have become drunk,  And he carried me away in the spirit into a wilderness, and I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast which was full of blasphemous names, and had seven heads and ten horns.  The woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet, and bedecked with gold and jewels and pearls, holding in her hand a golden cup full of abominations and the impurities of her fornication; and on her forehead was written a name of mystery: ‘Babylon the great, mother of harlots and of earths’ s abomination.  And I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and the blood of the martyrs of Jesus”.   Rev. 17:1-6

“And the ten horns that you saw, they and the beast will hate the harlot: they will make her desolate and naked, and devour her flesh and burn her up with fire, for God has put it into their hearts to carry out his purpose by being of one mind and giving over their royal power to the beast until the words of God shall be fulfilled.  And the woman that you saw is the great city which has dominion over the kings of the earth”.  Rev 17:15-18.

(For the sake of brevity, I skipped verses 7-14, but they give a clear interpretation of this beast, and leave no doubt about whom it is and what the makeup of this vision entails).

The above verses clarify for John, the distinctions between the two beasts that appear in the visions.  The beast quoted above is very distinct from the beast in chapter 13, in that it is a unified beast that is scarlet in color and none of the heads have a mortal wound.  The seven headed ten horned beast rising from the water is the man made Babylon, lead by the devil, which is represented as the seven headed ten horned beast that ultimately kills the whore who has been riding on its back up until now.  If one notices, the whore is dressed in purple, which in scripture is the representation of religion and religious authority, and the scarlet color is representative of power, as well as the blood of the saints and martyrs.

This whore is responsible for the man made chaos up until this point, and was given its authority by the beast it is now riding.  The beast hates the whore, and the force behind the first Babylon, with its seven heads, represented by seven religious systems and ten horns, represented by civil powers and authority, were the ‘glove’ that fit over the real beast which was the ‘invisible hand’ behind the power.  However, now that the beast has total control over the world, there is no longer a need for the seven religious systems, and the hour of judgment for them has now come.

By now, the majority of those who have God’s seal and most likely all of the 144,000 have been martyred, and for the first time since the beginning of the trumpets, Satan has full control over the earthly kingdoms.  Since the majority of Christians that believe the devil is real, also know the devil has no tolerance for ANYONE getting ANYTHING that he believes is his.  So, as the religious leaders, who up to this time believed this false Christ was on their side, will now find out to their utter despair that they are to be eliminated immediately.  Since Satan now presents himself as king of kings and lord of lords (representing both religious and political systems) he will not tolerate any competition or split loyalties among his followers.  It is only now that these leaders, on the brink of their own destruction, realize they were deceived, and despair overcomes them.

The imagery used in scripture pertaining to the end of this human Babylon is ominous, but in some senses, well earned.  It is also clear that God has put it in their ‘hearts’ to obliterate these people who instigated so much human suffering, and deceived multitudes into eventually taking the mark of the beast.  Now they will be subject to the same humiliating end that they subjected the 144,000 and those sealed by the living God.  The difference in this is there will be NO ONE to come to their aid or assistance; hence their end will be ‘naked and desolate’.  Those that slay these ‘religious leaders’ will do it with great zeal and without mercy.  Those who benefitted from this false group will mourn and weep over lost opportunities.

At this point in the story it would appear that all of mankind has chosen their fate and it is near time for the seventh trumpet that will ultimately ‘seal the deal’.  However, Babylon will continue on in form, but now lead by the 8^th king, the Anti Christ who will seat himself on the throne with great pomp and circumstance and there will be absolutely no human power that will stop him.  The Anti Christ will install his 10 king puppets and they will have their one hour of time ruling what is left of the once great Babylon.  It will be a great time of dread for all alive and great fear will rule the hearts of men on that day. 

THE SIXTH TRUMPET: WAR

13Then the sixth angel blew his trumpet, and I heard a voice coming from the horns on the golden altar that is before God. 14The voice said to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, “Free the four angels who are tied at the great river Euphrates.” 15And they let loose the four angels who had been kept ready for this hour and day and month and year so they could kill a third of all people on the earth. 16I heard how many troops on horses were in their army— two hundred million. 17The horses and their riders I saw in the vision looked like this: They had breastplates that were fiery red, dark blue, and yellow like sulfur. The heads of the horses looked like heads of lions, with fire, smoke, and sulfur coming out of their mouths. 18A third of all the people on earth were killed by these three terrible disasters coming out of the horses’ mouths: the fire, the smoke, and the sulfur. 19The horses’ power was in their mouths and in their tails; their tails were like snakes with heads, and with them they hurt people. 20The other people who were not killed by these terrible disasters still did not change their hearts and turn away from what they had made with their own hands. They did not stop worshiping demons and idols made of gold, silver, bronze, stone, and wood— things that cannot see or hear or walk. 21These people did not change their hearts and turn away from murder or evil magic, from their sexual sins or stealing.

Rev. 9:13-21

The sixth trumpet has many aspects to it, and will cover at least two postings.  War will be covered in this post, and then we will look at the Mark of the Beast and touch upon the transformation of the lamblike beast, and elimination of Babylon.

By now, there are a lot of very unhappy and angry people, after suffering torture to the point of death for the past 5 months, and Babylon is feeling very inspired by having their system  promoted by this lamb like beast, masquerading as God.  Some in the non religious rebel group most likely have moved into the camp with the 144,000 and the saved, but more than likely, the majority continue to have a ‘rebel’s heart’, and despise both forces.  Due to the hardness of their hearts, this group plans on resisting this supernatural being.

There has been some debate as to the nature of the four angels chained at the Euphrates. One must be clear that they cannot be holy angels, as there is nowhere in scripture that states God had chained any of his holy angels.  These are demonic angels, and know they have a mission to accomplish.  Note some of the similarities in the descriptions of the horses and soldiers, compared to the fifth trumpet scorpion like creatures. This is going to be a war fought by supernatural beings, and one third of the population at that time is again 1.75 billion people, and they will be killed.

This battle is going to be the most lopsided, one sided battle in cosmic history.  Human forces, no matter what weapons they use, cannot defeat angelic beings.  The descriptions in scripture of the means of death may very well point to a nuclear exchange of some sort, but remember, the lamb like beast also has the ability to call fire down from the heavens, and may eliminate millions by this method.  Either way, this war will not last long, and will be the bloodiest in man’s history.

During this time, the lamb like beast begins his transformation into the ‘stern faced king’ and the man of lawlessness discussed by Paul.  As the rebels are being eliminated, so are many of those with the mark of the living God, and the wholesale slaughter of the 144,000 begins in earnest.  The lamblike beast will take many of the saved and the remaining of the 144,000 prisoners, because he has a very special ‘event’ planned in the near future, and wants to guarantee participation by all surviving people.

In the mean time, Babylon and its leaders continue on in their deluded state, thinking they are in good stead with the lamb like beast, and like the first four trumpets, do not see what is ready to happen to them.  They have given this lamb like beast all their authority and resources, and have watched the near annihilation of their enemies, without considering that they may, and will be next. The head that was mortally wounded, but was healed of this wound, has been the affirmed head of Babylon by the lamblike beast, and is now set for the greatest of counterfeit displays in the history of the universe.

The lamblike beast allows for prisoners, because he wants to demonstrate to those in Babylon, that he will not tolerate any opposition.  There will be plenty of the rebels who will be executed in public for their denial of acknowledging the lamb like beast as god, and those marked with the seal of the Living God, and the remnants of the 144,000, for calling the lamb like beast a fraud, and father of lies.  This show will require that all living at that time will have to make a decision which will be eternal in nature.

To this point, none of those in Babylon has had any mark placed upon them, and as of this time, can still choose the seal of the Living God.  And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that you be not partakers of her sins, and that you receive not of her plagues.  Rev. 18:4.   God, in his desire to save the most, will send an Angel to plead for those remaining in Babylon to leave prior to the introduction of the mark.  Most likely, this will fall on deaf ears, but it proves beyond a shadow of a doubt, God’s great love for his creation, and not wanting to see anyone perish.  But people are given free will, and can choose death if they so desire.

THE FIFTH TRUMPET

It has been about 2.5 years give or take a few months, an as difficult as it may seem to believe, conditions have improved somewhat.  The first four trumpets, which were directed at the environment, have stopped.  The sea has calmed down, and shipping products and food (albeit limited) has resumed, the sky has cleared somewhat and daylight is getting back to what it was prior to the trumpets.  Babylon is gaining traction in its message that the planet can be rebuilt, and the harsh laws it put into place appear to be working.  Likewise the 144,000 continue to preach their message about the end of time and the second coming of Christ, but are also warning about the incredible judgments to come through the next three trumpets. 

A third group of people has begun to form, and is beginning to challenge Babylon, and this could be considered the ‘non religious’ rebels.  This group is made up of the people who want to have nothing to do with Babylon and its false religions, as this group has watched Babylon enforce religion with extreme measures onto the population.  This group also despises the 144,000 and their message, as they see the destruction of the trumpets, and do not accept the idea of a ‘Loving God’ sending this much death and destruction.  This group wants to be left alone, and have nothing to do with either camp.

The effectiveness of the 144,000 has slowed considerably due to the conditions improving, and their message of the horrors soon to come are contrary to what mankind is observing, what Babylon preaching, and the fact that the Gospel has been heard by nearly all.  Also, the population is now conditioned for survival mode, and those who made a decision for Christ are being mocked, persecuted and imprisoned for not following the laws of Babylon.  It is difficult to say if martyrdom is wide spread at this point, but it would seem the 144,000 have not lost any of their numbers yet, as Jesus is not finished in using the 144,000 to get out his message, and the miracle working powers of these people are more than likely  keeping the very human Babylon at bay. 

This is all about to change….

Revelation 9:1-11, "Then the Fifth Trumpet angel sounded, and I saw a star having fallen from heaven to the earth. To him was given the key to the bottomless pit. And he opened the bottomless pit, and smoke arose out of the pit like the smoke of a great furnace. So the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit."

"Then out of the smoke locusts came upon the earth. And to them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. They were commanded not to harm the grass of the earth, or any green thing, or any tree; but only those men who do not have the seal of God in their foreheads. And they were not authorized to kill them, but to torment them for five months: and their torment was like the torment of a scorpion when it strikes a man. In those days men will seek death, and will not find it; and they will desire to die, and death will flee from them."

"The shape of the locusts was like horses prepared for battle. On their heads were crowns of something like gold, and their faces were like the faces of men. They had hair like women's hair, and their teeth were like lions' teeth. And they had breastplates, like breastplates of iron, and the sound of their wings was like the sound of chariots of many horses running into battle."

"They had tails like scorpions, and there were stings in their tails. Their power was to hurt men five months. And they had as king over them the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon, but in Greek his name is Apollo."

"One woe is past. Behold, two more woes are coming hereafter".

Satan will majestically appear in the clouds, escorted by millions of angels, and mimic the second coming.  God allows Satan to physically appear, and take the form of a man, as Jesus was allowed to do.  This delusion is sent, as to complete the decision making process that has now stalled.  There is a large group of humanity that has yet to decide, and it is most likely that this group will be targeted by this evil ‘Angel king”, and Lamb like Beast. Simultaneously, millions of demonic angels will be allowed to torture those without the seal of the Living God, and the verses state this torture is like that of a scorpion yet will not kill.  There will be some perplexity, as this lamb like being will be claiming to be God, and appearing to perform astounding and positive miracles, while allowing for extreme torture of those not following the 144,000.
Due to the fact Satan is not omnipresent, he will have to mimic the second coming in various places around the world, by descending from the heavens multiple times, or use what infrastructure of communications that is left. This also fulfills Jesus warning in Matt 24:26-27   "Iftherefore they say to you, 'Behold, He is in the wilderness,' do not go forth, or, 'Behold, He is in the inner rooms,' do not believe them. For just as the lightning comes from the east, and flashes even to the west, so shall the coming of the Son of Man be."

 What is occurring with Satan is similar to what scriptures state, but not exactly as they state, and sensationalism will reign over purity of the word, and many will be caught up in this deception.  After all, never in world history has such an event occurred, or such a brilliant being descended onto humanity.  Listening to the Word of God, and to the 144,000 will be a challenge to the senses, as one will have to use faith to overcome what one sees.

Satan also goes along with Babylon, affirming their positions that the Judgments need to stop, the world needs to be rebuilt, and the laws imposed by Babylon need to be enforced to a degree that they have not been able to accomplish up to this point.  Satan will validate the need for swift punishment, and have the supernatural ability to combat the 144,000 and their miracle working power.  Satan will directly blame the 144,000, and their ‘demonic influence’ over the earth as the reason for the scorpion like creatures torturing those in Babylon.  After the 5 months of torture are up, Satan will direct his wrath, and Babylon’s wrath at the 144,000 and their followers, stating that judgments cannot end until these people are eliminated.  It is easy to say, that after experiencing pain and suffering up to the point of death, that the inhabitants of Babylon, and the non religious rebels, will be very angry at the 144,000 and want revenge.

Up to this point, the 144,000 and their followers, as well as the increased numbers joining the non religious Rebels had at least some semblance of safety, due to the fact they had been dealing with human forces.  Angels are superior beings in every fashion, and with their freedom from the abyss, there is in effect ‘no where to hide’ for anyone.  The angelic demons who went around the world ‘stinging’ those not marked with the seal of the Living God, also would have noted where everyone is.  The moment of truth is now upon all of humanity, and the stage is set for the sixth trumpet.  Babylon still believes this ‘lamb like’ beast is god, and they will ultimately and freely hand over their resources and authority to Satan.

MORE THOUGHTS ON BABYLON

The last few posts have been loaded with heavy and sobering information.  It is unfortunate that a lay person has to do the job of the clergy and the official churches, especially given the fact they should be teaching this as regularly as school s teach the ABC’s.  Everyone should have a precursory knowledge of prophesy, and have an idea of what to expect.  In that way, one can digest the information in a way that does not ‘scare the hell’ out of them.  I don’t think I will hold my breath on this one.

I am dismayed that most Christians still want to debate concepts such as conspiracy, plotting by the dark side, and in some cases, whether demons and evil actually exist.  This naiveté only demonstrates how far behind Christianity is in the race for the soul of humanity.  It is no wonder most scoff at the Church, as it makes a mockery of the authority it should hold versus what it actually demonstrates.

The dark side is getting so bold that they are doing many of their dirty deeds openly.  The Federal Reserve gave away 2 trillion taxpayer dollars to unknown and unnamed entities and nary a peep from the sheeple.  Then when someone like Ron Paul does something about it, most want to make fun of him by calling him a conspiracy nut, whack job, etc.  This monster Babylon is being created right in front of us, but because of the need to be tolerant and to get along is so blinding, most don’t see it.

That is precisely why men will be ‘amazed’ at this monster, because it will be so large, encompassing, and created so quickly, there will be little choice but to acquiesce to it.  Man is so used to being told what to do; they will blindly follow it, and will not be receptive to the message of the 144,000.  Those who do listen to the ‘Elijah’ people will be persecuted to an extent we have yet to experience in this country.  It will make Notre Dame look like a Kindergarten nap time.

On the positive side, the fellowship during the time of Babylon will also be like nothing we have ever experienced.  The need to keep one’s words will have life and death consequences.  Prayer and communion with God will be open, and there will be more people lead to Christ in this short time than ever in the history of the world.  Grace will abound for those who accept the seal of the Living God, and the ability to stand up to persecution and martyrdom will be there.  It is also possible that this final generation will experience a ‘sinless state’ once sealed, as God will grant abilities and faith proportional to the persecution at hand.

This will take a leap of faith, and assuredness that God means what He said and will not abandon his children in their hour of need.  I can imagine, like Elijah, those with the seal of the Living God will be fed by Ravens, if necessary, and have water gush from rocks.  It will be an awesome time, and to have the assurance of salvation while alive is a privilege that no one else will experience who has not lived during this time.

So, the story of Revelation is that of hope.  Hope in a loving, merciful, but just God, and that in the end, Truth prevails over the lie, and creation is restored to its perfected state, forever.  As hard as it is to believe, this period of time will go by quickly, and those saved will have eternity to share their experiences with the rest of creation.  It will be a memory, and one will never experience the curse of sin ever again.

BABYLON

“And I saw a beast rising out of the sea, with ten horns and seven heads, with ten diadems upon its horns and a blasphemous name upon its heads.  And the beast that I saw was like a leopard, its feet were like a bear’s and its mouth was like a lion’s mouth.  And to it the dragon gave his power and his throne and great authority.  One of its heads seemed to have a mortal wound, but its mortal wound was healed, and the whole earth followed the beast with wonder. Men worshiped the dragon, for he had given his authority to the beast, and they worshiped the beast saying, ‘who is like the beast and who can fight against it?’  And the beast was given a mouth uttering haughty and blasphemous words, and it was allowed to exercise authority for forty two months.”

Revelation 13:1-5

The last post covered the first four trumpets, and at this point, mankind is overwhelmed and lost in its ability to comprehend or deal with these judgments.  There are dead everywhere, resources are scarce, the coasts are unapproachable due to the tossing of the sea from the asteroid impact, and it is dark, and more than likely, getting colder.  There is no semblance of normalcy, and anarchy begins to rule.  Mankind is looking for leadership at this dark hour, but more important, wants the judgments stopped and an explanation for what happened and why God is so angry.

The dark forces, who have been preparing for a moment like this, will quickly take advantage of the trumpets.  They will be able to accomplish in a few days to a few weeks what many despots in the past were unable to do: create a one world organization.  They have been ‘the hands and feet’ of Satan for some time and have the ability, through control of the monetary system, the political system, and connections with all of the official religious bodies to pull this off.  Little do they know, but they are ultimately doing the Lord’s bidding and demonstrating that evil people (or entities) ‘running the show’ will ultimately destroy everything they touch, including themselves.

Babylon rises quickly, as evidenced by its ‘leopard’ body.  It will have great authority to speak (lion’s mouth) and trample anything in its way (bear’s feet). The seven heads are interpreted in Rev 17 as hills, or religious systems.  Another clue to the fact the seven heads are religious, is the fact ‘blasphemous names’ are written on them.  Generally, world powers, kingdoms or countries don’t speak for God, religious systems do.  One of the religions was given a mortal wound, but healed at the time of tribulation.  The ten horns are ten kings who will be self appointed or possibly appointed by the religious coalition.   The reason the religious systems take over is due to the fact that all of them, despite worshiping God in different ways, or other gods, will all agree that “God as they understand him” has judged this world.  Hence, the political systems in effect will be taking orders from the religious systems and this will become a theocratic based one world government.

Because of its diversity, Babylon, meaning “confusion” will have some difficulty initially getting everyone ‘on board’.  There will be very harsh penalties for anarchy, and judgment and punishment will be swift.  Babylon will enact multiple ‘sinless’ laws, most likely outlawing things like homosexuality, abortion (no longer necessary since the 144,000 will be identified and in active ministry) hate crimes and other diversity laws, and mandate worship in whichever religious system a person belongs. 

On the surface, Babylon’s laws will look reasonable, and sound very similar to what the 144,000 are preaching.  This has to occur in order for deception to take place.  Babylon will attract those who revel in legalism, as the laws will mandate harsh judgment on the smallest of infractions, and there will be many in all of the religious hierarchy that will believe they know what’s best (despite the fact they did not see this coming). 

Blasphemy occurs for several reasons.  First, Babylon will mandate worship, and this is direct conflict with God wanting people to worship Him of their own free will.  God will not accept this form of worship.  Second, Babylon will be pushing for a ‘works based’ plan of salvation that will operate under the presumptions that we will ‘act’ our way out of the judgments from good works, and ‘sinless laws’.  Thirdly, Babylon will be teaching that not only can the judgments be stopped, but the planet and society can and will have to be rebuilt.  This message will be in total contradiction to the fact that time and history are coming to an end, and the 144.000 will be preaching a message that is contrary to the above mentioned points.

The seven religions also have different days of worship.  Islam sees Friday as a holy day, Judaism on Saturday, and Catholicism and Protestantism on Sunday.  Since none of the religions will capitulate to the head that was mortally wounded and came back to life, there will be an uneasy alliance by the diverse religions until the time of the ‘lamb like’ beast, who will eventually eliminate them all.  None of the official religious bodies will have seen the judgments coming, and as such, will not understand what they mean, and will have the wrong interpretation of them.  Their laws will affect and be directed at those following the true Christ the most, and the 144,000 will take the brunt of Babylon’s wrath.

Persecution and martyrdom will be common place, as this beast makes war on the saints and conquers them.  Those living will be confronted with a reality they can no longer avoid: follow the beast and be eternally condemned, or listen to the 144,000 ‘Elijah’ people, and suffer persecution, imprisonment and/or execution.  The greatest sin, listed in Revelation will be cowardice, as many will acquiesce due to fear of persecution and death, versus following the Commands of God and teachings of Jesus.

The make up of Babylon demonstrates that even Satan is under the law of ‘Sowing and Reaping’.  Satan, the ultimate creature of deception, has sown doubts about God and His ways for eons.  His beast, as a result will also demonstrate confusion and doubts, because in the end, a lie can never be the truth.  But Babylon will be similar enough to the message of the 144,000 that many will worship the beast, because they don’t want to ‘split hairs’ and risk persecution or execution over it.  However, what is not understood is that this decision will be the most important ever made, and have eternal ramifications.

The 144.000 will preach the true message of salvation, and God gives every opportunity for conversion and knowing the truth, as these people will have the authority and miracle working power given to Elijah, to demonstrate and back up their message.  They will also have about 2.5 years of time to preach to the world before the appearance of Satan, and the world will have had time to take the seal of God, or reject it.  The appearance of Satan in the fifth trumpet will complete this process, as everyone on earth will be forced into a decision after the sixth trumpet war and mark.

One final remark on the religious systems.  Similar to the first Advent, there were Wise men from the east who inquired about the birth of the Christ.  The Jewish authorities not only confirmed this event in scripture, but gave the location, Bethlehem.  Interestingly enough, they did not even have enough curiosity to check it out for themselves, and demonstrated no faith in the scriptures they themselves claimed had great authority.  It will be the same during the Second Advent.  This information is knowable, and will be demonstrated clearly by the 144,000 when they appear, and like Christ before them, will suffer greatly at the hands of the religious system known as Babylon.  Babylon will be made up of  the same group of religious leaders who did not see this coming, but now claim to speak for God with great authority, and without having any real knowledge of what they have created and who is really behind it.

INTRODUCTION TO REVELATION, PART 1

As promised, I will spend the rest of the month of June writing on Revelation.  I had to address the Bilderberg meeting, as it in some ways is fulfilling prophecy as we watch.  As mentioned before, the beast is a one world religiously lead monster that arises in response to the first four trumpets.  This monster doesn’t come together ‘spontaneously’, but is meticulously constructed by its master the devil.  It does not have ultimate authority yet, because its hour of time is not here.  But don’t be fooled, this group is changing the course of humanity and is doing it in a way that is detrimental to us all.

The study of Revelation is really the study of all the books in the Bible.  Without a comprehensive knowledge of the whole story, Revelation makes no sense whatsoever.  I can only compare this to a short story I read while in junior high, “The secret life of Walter Mitty”.  This short story continually flows between real life and imaginary and grandeur daydreams that counter this man’s horrible reality that he is nothing other than a coward by choice, and his struggle in dealing with this reality by seeing himself in lifesaving and life altering situations.  Without understanding this interplay, this short story would be impossible to understand.  Yet that is what many expositors of the book of Revelation do.  It is through their intellectual laziness and need to sensationalize that causes the problems we are seeing today concerning prophecy.

There are three areas of study I know well.  Psychology, as that is what I do for a living.  The second is the silver market, in which I have studied for nearly twenty years, and my greatest passion, prophecy, which I have studied for the past 38 years.  I have written about all three on many occasions and the highest standard I require of myself is to have informed and well researched positions in order to minimize any misunderstanding or misinterpretation that would result in the reader getting hurt.  I am not asking anyone to agree with my conclusions, but to definitely read them with an open mind and consider them.

However, it is the responsibility of the reader to form his mind to do critical analysis of any material presented.  For instance, someone with a strong opinion on a matter does not carry the same authority on a subject as someone who has researched and used solid methodology to come to a differing conclusion.  I have experienced this way too often in this matter of working on Revelation.  It is unfortunate and seems to be the majority of times that many allow themselves to be swept up in a sensationalist view of current events, and allow themselves to be duped into believing expositors that either use poor hermeneutics, or sensationalize matters in order to make a buck.  For people to allow this to happen consistently only reflects their own ignorance on the whole aspect of prophecy in scripture.

That is why I don’t have a high tolerance anymore for those who will make ‘bold’ proclamations concerning Revelation that do not come true, and then don’t have the integrity to admit their mistakes.  I also no longer stay quiet when anyone throws out statements like “this event is just like the second bowl’ or ‘the mark is here!!!’ when there is absolutely no evidence, and their claims do not fulfill all of the criteria of the prophecy as written.  I hear this all of the time now a days, and it strikes me as very ironic that these so called “Christians’ become most uncharitable in their language when called on their error.  I ask these folks a very basic question:  Please show me the fulfillment of the other trumpets and bowls?  They don’t respond, as in EVER in the positive.  

Because there is a need to understand the nature of Biblical prophecy in its entirety, it is essential that a tried and true methodology be utilized.  38 years of due diligence has taught me a few things about this book and it has lead me to see a solid picture of how God operates in our time and how to read the current times and see where they fit in the timeline set in Scripture.  So, tomorrow, I will go over the hermeneutics used and some of the struggles I’ve encountered in the matters of interpretation.  There is so much I could write about that an introduction to this book could take weeks.  It is more important to get this information out than to tell my personal journey over the past 38 years.  So stay tuned, and keep an open mind concerning this material.

 

BILDERBERGERS

I met my wife after my shift was over at the Westfield’s Marriott in Chantilly to participate in the protest of the Bilderberg group.  As usual Alex Jones was there and the eclectic makeup of the protestors was rather heartening, given the nature of this beast and how those who are awakening to the idea of an organization that must hide behind secrecy and the tight security demonstrated there.  It ought to give one pause that a number of unelected and very wealthy individuals get together on a regular basis to determine the ‘path’ the world ought to take, and it ought to demand answers and accountability from these people.

As I have written in numerous postings, Babylon is being created right in front of us and the majority still wants to write this off as conspiracy.  I have documented very well in past postings about the secret nature of demonic organizations and the spiritual power behind them.  Despite all of this, there are many intellectually lazy Christians and others that will want to take a ‘sensationalistic’ view of Scripture over what is so apparent if one simply takes the time to look at the reality around them.  Despite all of the rhetoric the apologists of the Bilderberg group throw out, they still admit these people are here to ‘determine the future path of matters, especially that of the financial world’.

Well, sorry folks, but those who get together and want to ‘determine’ issues concerning finances ARE IN FACT PLANNING OUR FUTURE.  We claim we are a ‘free market and capitalistic’ country, which means the market, and not certain individuals, determine what happens.  We clearly see by policies set by the Federal Reserve, the European Central Bank, and others, that an unelected oligarchy is actually behind the majority of monetary movements in the world.  The idea that the market place is free and determines commerce is a farce and anyone propagating that idea is participating in the highest level of ‘double speak’ currently in existence. (Look no further than the precious metals manipulation).

These groups are becoming more brazen as they realize too few of the ‘sheeple’ are going to do much about their situation.  These people throw just enough information out to ‘legitimize’ their concerns, yet unmercifully trash those like Alex Jones who attempts to get to the bottom of what they are all about.  (BTW, I listened to Alex Jones live feed for over 90 minutes last night, and did not hear one point that I did not disagree with and that was not backed up by evidence he has presented throughout the years.)  It is beyond dispute these people operate in the shadows and participate in deliberate disinformation.  These are two major qualifications of secret societies and mystery religions, and this particular group is really focused on scarcity of resources and believing the masses need ‘overlords’ to dictate how to live their lives.

Again, when a person is proud of his work, he demonstrates his work and the fruits openly.  When someone feels a need to hide or to be sneaky and secretive, it usually is indicative of illicit or illegal behaviors.  What these people are doing is outright evil, and it ought to ‘frost’ anyone worth any sense at all that there exists a group of people that believes they have the ‘god given right’ to be overlords and to dictate to their fellow man the conditions in which they will exist.  The evidence is so overwhelming that that is exactly what these people do, and to deny this simply makes the denier of this information delusional.  Most will continue on in their American idol stupor as the masters of the universe plan a future that does not include the majority of ‘useless eaters’ of which most Americans are classified as.

Whether or not one wants to acknowledge the Bilderberg group as one of the one world organizations does not change the reality that these people are very influential on the body politic, and their goals are not benevolent.  Their actions are also becoming more open and they don’t seem to bother to hide their existence and where they meet, but still hide their real agenda.  We had better wake up soon, otherwise we may find ourselves waking up in a brave new world, and will have no one to blame but our own lack of care and concern when the warning signs were everywhere in plain view.

Thank you for your questions. I hope my response will be helpful because the future has a sequence of events that few people anticipate. We have to understand the circumstances that will cause the formation of Babylon before we can discuss Babylon’s adultery and wine. According to Wikipedia, the estimated size and diversity of Earth’s seven billion people currently live in approximately 195 nations and speak about 6,500 languages.

1. China has a population of about 1.3 billion people – most of which are atheists.

2. India has a population of about 1.2 billion people – most of which are Hindu or Buddhist.

3. There are about 1.5 billion Muslims and 1.2 billion Catholics living in various countries.

4. This leaves about 1.8 billion people in smaller categories such as Protestants (650 million), Jews (14 million) and various other groups.

These statistics force us to consider the nationalistic, linguistic, religious, and political diversity that exists on Earth. For thousands of years, this diversity has been a source of antagonism and conflict. In the past forty years, leaps in technology have made our world seem very small in matters of travel, economics, food supplies, energy, communication, and nuclear proliferation. It seems inevitable that one day, a nuclear exchange will occur at some point in the future. This oncoming eventuality is important in this study because the Bible indicates that life as we presently know it will abruptly change in a single day. (See 1 Thessalonians 5:1-6.)

God’s Wrath Will Produce Babylon

Please consider this short scenario that could lead to the formation of Babylon.*

Sometime in the near future, I anticipate a nuclear exchange will occur. When this happens, God will step into the conflict with a series of apocalyptic judgments that will be so overwhelming that the war will cease. Suddenly, world leaders will realize that their greatest opponent is not another nation having atomic bombs, but Almighty God Himself!

When God’s wrath breaks out, He will get the undivided attention of all nations. In terms of scope and consequences, God’s wrath will be global and totally devastating. The Bible indicates that God’s wrath will begin with a mighty display of lightning, intimidating peals of thunder, rumblings deep within Earth, and a global earthquake that will destroy dams, bridges, electrical grids, and buildings. This earthquake will make travel and communication almost impossible.

God will put the world in a state of lock-down because He has a message for this rebellious planet. A few days after the global earthquake, God will burn up a third of the world with a meteoric shower of burning hail. A few days later, God will hurl a great asteroid into an ocean. The impact will destroy a third of the ships as well as a third of the sea creatures. The resulting tsunamis will swell several hundred feet high. Giant concentric walls of water will rush toward coastal cities and destroy thousands of them in minutes.

A few days after this, God will hurl a flaming asteroid into a continent and the shockwaves from the impact will shatter its geological strata. This will cause the rivers, aquifers, and springs of water to become contaminated and millions of people will die from drinking poisoned water. After this, hundreds of volcanos will erupt and fill the sky with ash, soot, and debris. The jet stream will cause darkness to cover the middle third of Earth. There will be no light for weeks, crops will perish, and global famine will follow.

God will destroy 25% of the world’s population (1.75 billion people) within a period of a couple months. It goes without saying that the remaining 5.25 billion survivors will be badly traumatized and scared to death. The omnipotent power of Almighty God will silence the whole world in the same way that He silenced a powerful storm on the Sea of Galilee. The fear of the Almighty will humble everyone and the survivors will whisper, "What does He want?"

When the religious and political leaders of the world see the fierce destruction and apocalyptic proportions of God’s wrath, they too will be overwhelmed and traumatized just like everyone else. Since they do not know God’s plans (even though His plans are announced in the book of Revelation), the leaders of the world will erroneously conclude that God’s wrath will continue without cessation unless something is done quickly to appease Him. Furthermore, world leaders will not be able to dismiss these judgments as random acts of nature because I believe God’s wrath will target notoriously wicked places (like Sodom and Gomorrah). Thus, Atheists, Catholics, Protestants, Muslims, Jews, Hindus, and Pagans will be forced to admit that a discernable pattern of destruction is obvious.

The smouldering ruins of thousands of wicked cities will prove to everyone that Almighty God reigns and He must be very angry!

Think about this: By the time the fourth trumpet-judgment in Revelation 8 has ended, all of the world’s infrastructures (communication, banking, manufacturing, travel, and every nation’s economy) will be destroyed. A third of the world will be a heap of ashes. Thousands of coastal cities will either be missing or uninhabitable. Twenty-five percent of the world’s population will be dead. Darkness will cover Earth 24/7 and the onset of global famine will be inescapable. These dire circumstances and the anticipation that more judgments are imminently coming will motivate world leaders to unite and do something quickly!

The religious and political leaders of the world will assemble, and according to the book of Revelation, their solution to appease God’s awful wrath will be to form a crisis government that will oversee every nation, making sure every effort is made to appease God. This crisis government (called Babylon in the book of Revelation) will have authority over not only civil matters, but also religious ones as well. All 195 nations of the world will humbly agree to follow the directives of this "monstrous beast." (Revelation 13:3)

Babylon’s Adulteries

Revelation describes Babylon as an adulterous organization because God considers manmade church-state governments an abomination. The church (the bride of Christ) belongs to Christ and she is not permitted to "get in bed" with civil or secular authorities. Even when God delivered Israel from Egypt, He kept the powers of church (the priesthood) and state (the king) separate. Babylon’s function and role will appear to be a reasonable idea to almost everyone traumatized by the first four trumpets. Its motto will be simple: "The whole world must appease God so that His wrath will cease or we shall all die!" After witnessing the smouldering evidences of God’s wrath, the destruction of thousands of coastal cities, the slaughter of 1.75 billion people, endless darkness, and looming famine, who can disagree with Babylon’s motto without insulting the Almighty?

After the adulterous church-state government forms, I can envision a scenario where the leaders of Babylon announce to the world: "Every nation has suffered great loss. God is angry with the whole world for one reason. We have become wicked, degenerate, and violent. God is offended with our evil ways. The Bible says that God destroyed the world in Noah’s day because of violence and wickedness. The Bible teaches that God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah because of sexual immorality, and the Bible teaches that God destroyed Jerusalem for idolatry and violence. God never changes, and now that a third of the world has been reduced to ashes and 25% of the world has been slain, it is absolutely necessary to change our sinful ways if we want to survive. We must therefore make every effort to please the Almighty or He will destroy the rest of us.

Given this unforeseeable crisis, which is due to our decadent and degenerate behavior, the leaders of the world have established a new organization which will lead the way forward. This new organization will work with the authorities in each nation. World leaders have elected the pope to the head this new government because the Roman Catholic Church is unique in that it already has diplomatic relations with 175 nations. The pope will be assisted by an executive council of religious leaders from every religious body. This coalition of the world’s religious leaders will guide us and provide counsel as we proceed.

"All 195 nations have wholeheartedly agreed to carry out the recommendations that will proceed from the crisis government. Due to the implementation of martial law in every nation, many new laws, carefully designed to eliminate offensive behaviors in God’s sight, will be implemented without debate or delay. People refusing to obey these laws will be arrested and punished because the world cannot risk offending Almighty God any further. We have no choice but to appease God’s wrath if we want to survive. Therefore, a list of sinful behaviors will be published and anyone caught offending the Almighty will be quickly punished. Did not God say ‘Is it not better for one man to die than a whole nation perish?’ (See John 11:50.)"

Babylon’s Wine

The wine of Babylon will be a compelling lie. It will be the biggest lie told ever since Lucifer lied to Eve in the Garden of Eden. The lie Babylon will promote is that God’s wrath can be appeased. The wine of Babylon will seem reasonable and all 195 nations will drink it and do stupid things to try to stop God’s wrath. (This is why the wine is called maddening wine.) To counteract this lie, God will send 144,000 prophets throughout the world. They will speak plainly against Babylon’s wine. They will boldly say, ". . . . ‘Fallen! Fallen [False! False] is Babylon the Great [whose plans for appeasing God are nonsense and its presumed authority is an insult to the Almighty], which made all the nations drink the maddening wine [those nations and people who participate in Babylon’s lies will become delusional fools and mad men] of her adulteries [unholy alliance between church and state].’ " (Revelation 14:8, insertions and underlining mine)

Getting Prepared

The book of Revelation teaches three facts that every Christian should clearly understand at this hour. First, God’s wrath is surely coming. The book of Revelation indicates that God is about to send fourteen overwhelming judgments upon Earth. (These judgments are described as seven trumpets and seven bowls.) These judgments will be progressively destructive. In fact, Earth will be totally devastated during the seventh bowl.

Second, Jesus said that the end of the world will be similar to the story of Noah. (Matthew 24:37-39) For 120 years, God warned the people through Noah. Noah told the antediluvians what God was going to do and when He was going to do it. (Genesis 6:3) The antediluvians did not believe Noah. They did not repent of their evil ways and neither did God deviate from His plan. Similarly, the book of Revelation is speaking to the world. It contains God’s plan and He will not deviate from it. When His wrath begins, God will speak to the whole world (and the leaders of Babylon) through His 144,000 servants, and like the antediluvians, most of the world will not listen and will defy God’s commandments.

Third, every Christian should know today that there can be no appeasement of God’s wrath during the Great Tribulation because Earth has passed the point of return. When God’s wrath begins, no amount of appeasement can change, divert, or alter God’s actions. This explains why God sends 144,000 prophets to tell the world that Babylon’s wine is a huge lie. This truth is confirmed by the casting down of the censer at the Altar of Incense in Heaven’s temple. (Revelation 8:5) When the daily service at Heaven’s Altar of Incense is terminated, there can be no further appeasement of God’s wrath because 6,000 years of corporate atonement ends when the censer is cast down.** Salvation will be offered to individuals during the seven trumpets and all who are willing to obey the eternal gospel and put their faith in Christ will be saved. However, it is vital to understand that there will not be any appeasement of God’s wrath – in fact, His wrath will only get worse when the seven bowls begin.

Sherri, I know this scenario sounds like a fairy tale. (The antediluvians also thought a flood was a fairy tale, until the first raindrops fell.) If the documentation was not in the Bible, I would not believe it. Currently, there are many scoffers, but when God’s wrath begins, life will change. Babylon will implement martial law and the individual freedoms that we treasure so much today will be suspended. Constitutional rights and legislative debate will be set aside because of the overwhelming crisis. A day is coming when a few "civil servants" will rule over each nation with absolute power, and worse, a small group of religious leaders will rule over these civil servants with absolute power. The book of Revelation predicts a future and a one-world-church-state that is now impossible to imagine. The Word of God is infallible. It predicts that Babylon is coming. Do not be deceived with its wine.

NOW SOROS IS GETTING INTO THE ACT

For those of you who believe George Soros, better known as a scumbag’s scumbag, has little to nothing to do with legalized child killing, think again and do your homework. When this piece of human filth gets involved in any activity, destruction usually follows accompanied with a strong sulphuric smell. There are not too many people who embody evil like this scumbag does, and now that he has his serpent like gaze fixed on the tea party, all hell is likely to break loose. This scumbag embodies everything the modern Babylon is trying to do, and he definitely is one of the very visible elite that hide little in the sense of what his intentions are.

Soros was the main catalyst for the Asian currency crisis of 1997, when he shorted the dominant currency and in effect, financially ruined hundreds of thousands of people as well as nearly plunging the world into an economic depression. This scumbag pocketed billions on the backs of this very large population and the powers that be protected him. Soros reportedly pocketed 2 billion in 2000 when he shorted the British Pound. This scumbag has stuck his blood soaked paws in too much of the world’s business, and has steered very evil legislation through this country.

Soros is an extremist in his socialistic agenda, and has funded or founded organizations that are radically environmentalist, anti American and pro U.N., gun control, marijuana legalization, and taxpayer funded abortion on demand. It is said by many, that Soros ‘owns’ the Democratic Party and fairly well has his way concerning their platform. Give this scumbag circumvents the law on a regular basis, his current target of the tea party better be prepared to have a war declared on it that it has not seen up to this point.

Elitists like Soros do not want to see the sheeple awaken, and become a threat to their plans of a one world government. The tea party threatens nearly all of their plans and these scumbags do not want to take any chances that the ‘riff raff’ derail the efforts put in up to this point. For those who still do not believe there is an evil organization out there bent upon the destruction of what we hold dear, there is a term for you: cognitive dissonance. People like Soros are so out in the open with their agendas, that only the most uninformed can deny what is right in front of their eyes. The powers that be, lead by Soros are out to destroy the tea party, as well as freedoms in this country.

The good news about this for all who follow the incompetent, inbred idiots known as the money powers are that whatever they hate and try to destroy is something we ought to be fighting for and preserving at nearly any cost. Clearly, these idiots have already made false claims against the tea party people that have proven to be fictitious, yet they are given credibility, and many of the still sleeping sheeple believe them. For anyone awake, the crazier these idiots become, the closer the tea party people are getting to their agenda, and they will do whatever they can to get their evil plans back on schedule.

Soros and his ilk ought to be run out of this country (and world if possible) on a rail. This is a person who cannot stand this country, yet made his fortune through our free market, and our freedoms that allowed him to emigrate and be successful. Soros has done nothing but pay back these opportunities won by the blood of others with contempt for and destruction of one of the greatest countries to have ever existed on this planet. Given the crimes this scumbag has committed and has not been punished for it, it should come as no surprise to anyone how low he will go and what he will be willing to do to get his agenda across. I will give you one hint: you will never be able to think that diabolically to come up with his strategy. God bless (and help) the tea party.

HERMENEUTICS IN TODAY'S WORLD

I have been appreciative for the positive feedback from the hermeneutics series, and decided to make some clarification outside of the normal Wednesday postings. It seems people are hungry for sensible teachings that involve neither ‘fractured scripture’ nor sensationalism, which seem to be too prevalent today. I suppose it is really ingrained in human nature to be seen as ‘the man’ and have all the answers. The Bible, when read properly, should be understood by anyone at anytime in history, and anyone would have the ability to apply its lessons to any situation we will ever encounter. What seems to be such a simple process is made too complex by those who want to convince the average person that they are too stupid to figure it out on their own.

Proper interpretation of the Bible not only guides an individual in his life, but more importantly, allows himself to understand the times he lives in, as well as understanding the nature of how the Bible precepts play themselves out, and demonstrates how alive the faith is, and how personally involved God is in our lives. For instance, God desire for us to be free, but freedom comes with great responsibility. When we give our freedom away, as is occurring in our country today, we become slaves to those we give this power to. This plays into Satan’s hands, and only results in misery and discord. This is a universal principle, and history backs this 100%. How many slave states have persevered throughout history? None. But man keeps trying anyway, because that is the nature of rebellion. That is why the Babylon of Revelation will be so evil.

Satan also wants to convince the average person that he is inconsequential, that he is a ‘small person’ and cannot do or think for himself. There will be many a ‘small person’ that will have very exalted positions in heaven by virtue they took care of an ailing spouse, child or parent, when it would have been easier to ‘dump’ them onto the state. They will be exalted, because they gave their most precious commodity, time, in the greatest service to their fellow man of their own free will. This does not go unnoticed in God’s economy, and most likely their eternal reward will be freedoms magnified infinitely, compared to what seems like being ‘chained’ in this lifetime. Many who are magnified in this lifetime may very well be heaven’s janitors (if there is such a thing). Believing one is inconsequential is demonic theology and goes against what God has stated about His creation.

This age is time limited. Satan has many convinced that the ‘status quo’ is perpetual, and that nothing is going to change. We see this reflected in the Churches and political arena at this time, and most of the laity have given up or have bunkered down. There are too many things wrong in our society and world for this age to go on perpetually, and we are seeing huge fissures growing in the dam, which is near bursting. It is comical to see those wanting to believe things are alright, and that we will ‘get back on track’ by our own efforts. (As they say in New York: fuggedaboudit) The age as we know it is coming to an end right before our eyes and no amount of BS from the MSM, Church, politician or any other false source will change this fact. Whether it is the start of Revelation will be seen, but the current state of affairs is too evil, and the Living God will break into history and make the necessary changes so that those who have yet to be born will have their time to complete their God given missions.

Unlike what many have stated or believe, we are privileged to be living at this time. With great darkness comes great opportunity. We all bear crosses and there is no way around the hardships and sufferings of this life. Satan has infected our belief system by instigating relativism and the idea that life should be easy, and when it is not, it’s someone else’s fault, and we need to sue them. Standing up for the faith, and seeing others become inspired to act due to our own actions brings the greatest joy one can imagine. This doesn’t happen in ‘good times’, but in times of adversity. It also brings about abundance in blessings and a great awareness of what is happening in the current situation and what actions to take. All of these things help us grow in our faith and prepare us for eternity.

In short, the Bible is affirmed by simply observing what is going on all around us. Only the deluded would argue against this (and there are many who are deluded) and it breeds confusion. Those who dare to walk in faith have great rewards, especially now, and it only affirms the precepts and tenets of the faith. The more one walks in faith, the more the world looks foolish, and with this awareness, the individual has a tendency to see himself once again as a sojourner through this life. We are called to love people and use things, not use people and love things (including status). When this occurs, peace and harmony are present. Then we are on the route to God pleasing and healthy living. The Book gives the directions; we only need to follow it.

HERMENEUTICS 101: THE TOWER OF BABEL

The story of the tower of Babel falls within what is known as the Table of nations, which is in effect a genealogy of Noah’s descendents through Shem, Ham and Japheth. If one follows the genealogy far enough, they will reach the line of Cush, whose son, Nimrod was known as the great hunter, and spearheaded the eventual construction of the first city of Babylon. Nimrod’s motives for building this city were evil in intent, and Nimrod is fairly well known as the ‘father’ of the first of the mystery religions that have permeated from Babylon and ever since. This story, despite being brief, is very important in that it effectively sets the stage for all future false religions and pursuits of forbidden knowledge. The story of the tower of Babel follows:


"Now the whole earth had one language and few words. And as men migrated from the east, they found a plain in the land of Shinar and settled there. And they said to one another, 'Come, let us make bricks, and burn them thoroughly.' And they had brick for stone, and bitumen for mortar. Then they said, 'Come, let us build ourselves a city, and a tower with its top in the heavens, and let us make a name for ourselves, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.' And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the sons of men had built. And the LORD said, 'Behold, they are one people, and they have all one language; and this is only the beginning of what they will do; and nothing that they propose to do will now be impossible for them. Come, let us go down, and there confuse their language, that they may not understand one another's speech.' So the LORD scattered them abroad from there over the face of all the earth, and they left off building the city.' Therefore its name was called Babel, because there the LORD confused the language of all the earth; and from there the LORD scattered them abroad over the face of all the earth." (Genesis 11:1-9)


The tower of Babel was man’s first attempt at a one world government only a few generations after the flood. With Satan’s knowledge that God promised to never destroy man again through a flood, Satan began his reinfecting the lineage of man by defying what God had requested of man: to scatter and populate the earth. The construction of Babel represented two things that defied God; 1) that man was to be a sojourner and 2) man was to worship God in spirit and in truth. By building a city, man could now be enslaved and controlled, and by building a tower with the intent to ‘reach heaven’ man in essence opened the door to spiritual deception by building this monument to glorify himself, as well as access areas in which were off limits to him. By virtue this group did this for selfish reasons, Satan was able to take control and guide these efforts, and as such successfully introduced the foundation for all false religions that continue to exist to this day.

The efforts to build this City and Tower by what was considered the mightiest man at the time, Nimrod, is a reflection of things to come in the new Babylon, but onto that in a moment or so. The attempt to create a one world organization is defiance against the will of God and will ultimately end in failure, because a one world organization ENSLAVES men, not frees them, and God demands freedom for his creation. Satan enslaves, and through fear, Satan is able to accomplish his goals of enslavement, which breeds contempt and anger, which results in sin. So it will be at the time of Revelation, when fear will rule, and man again, will be ripe for another ‘mighty man’ to arise and take over.

Since the time of the first tower of Babel, man has had a propensity to worship on ‘high places’ denoting demonic influences. All mystery religions can be traced back to Babylon, and that is why in Revelation the City of Babylon is referred to as ‘the harlot’ in which the world fornicated with. Man has preferred to worship at the alter of Babylon than of God, and as such, has been misguided in nearly every conceivable way, similar to our current times. All of the religions have been infected or infiltrated by Satan, and thus, misrepresent the true nature of God, and thus qualify as Babel, which means confusion. When the idea is accepted that ‘all paths lead to God’, and by extension salvation, there is not much incentive to follow the straight and narrow, and those who do look ridiculous and stupid. That is what Babylon was about, and what the future Babylon will be.

The lessons of this story are numerous and give us much insight into the thoughts of God and glimmers into the future (eschatology). Since the time of Babel, man has not had the ability to speak as ‘one’, although the advent and abilities of the computer is changing that. God has revealed to us that if we are of one mind, there is nothing we cannot accomplish. This is in both the good and evil arenas of life, and it ultimately requires actions and beliefs in what one is doing. Sometime in the future, most likely through the use of computers, man once again will have the ability to be one in his endeavors, and will recreate Babylon. This time, he will be successful, albeit for a short time, and this new creation will be the most intense and encompassing one world theocratic government, which will have both the city (secular) with the tower (religious) and will glorify man and his accomplishments more than God.

We are seeing now more than ever, the pieces coming into place for a one world government. We are also seeing the elimination of all established religions in favor of secular humanism with its doctrines of scarcity, relativism and intolerance towards those who do not ‘believe’ or are not considered enlightened. We are seeing increases in persecution all over the world of the faith, coupled with outright mockery and blatant violations of the basic tenets of our faith. If this is not a recreation of the Babylon of old, then I don’t know what is.

GET READY FOR A RIDE

The Kagan hearings goes into day two, and we will see how much talk the Republicans really are, and whether in the end, they will do what they are most famous for: selling us down the river. I applaud some of the pro life groups who actually are showing up in the Capitol, and for those who took the time to call or e-mail their Senators to oppose this nomination. We definitely will have to see what happens, but it is not looking very promising.

Now, switching subjects, it seems the more we learn about this oil spill, the more we are seeing the dark powers influence over matters such as this. It is so interesting that many want to place this event into one of the trumpets, when it clearly does not meet really any of the qualifications for them. These same people then scoff at the blatantly obvious dark powers in their nearly open movements, such as the recently concluded Bilderberg meeting. I do not understand how many cannot see what appears to be so obvious, and then want to force events that do not qualify for fulfillment of prophecy in the news into prophecy. (Hint: real prophets would be telling the newspapers what will happen next, not the other way around).

Even though the dark powers control nearly all aspects of our lives, they do not and really cannot know all things as many give them credit for. The tea party appears to have caught them off guard, and one can see by the fact that from Obama on down in government, as well as the MSM consistently trashes this group, and every tea party candidate is being unmercifully attacked and smeared. For no other reason, the dark powers are led by their angel king, who happens to be a created being, and thus, does not have the same attributes as God, and is not omniscient, omnipresent and omnipotent. God, through one inspired person willing to act, can trash the best laid plans of the enemy, but the key word in this phrase is act.

The dark powers are opportunists when it comes to natural disasters, and yes, they do plan and carry out ‘man made’ disasters when they need to advance their agenda and goals. The dark powers are an impatient group, and want their one world government NOW. But they can only move as quickly as the masses allow, and they are greatly outnumbered and would be summarily executed if discovered. So, if we know what they are doing, and do nothing about it, God through our free will and choices, will allow them their time. Satan cannot force his will upon us, but needs our permission to do it. God is still in control, and only through his allowing this to happen, will it actually occur. When we do nothing, we give permission for evil to occur.

Too many Christians want to sit on the sidelines and do nothing. Granted, they may pray, which is good, but it is from the safety of their kitchens or living rooms, or churches that it is done. The field of battle is in the world, and it is in the hostile places that one needs to be present and witnessing to. When the Christian is unwilling to engage the enemy in the battle field that is when evil advances. This is not the will of God, as some would like to believe, but the permission of God, because it is the consequence of inaction, and fulfills His law of sowing and reaping. When evil takes over the battlefield, bad things happen, period.

At this time in history, the dark powers are winning because they are on the offensive and bold in their moves. The churches, the supposed keepers of the truth, are in a defensive posture at best, and derelict in duty at the worst. In fact, it seems that Satan has infiltrated the Church so deeply that he only needs to send one of his followers to ‘complain’ about being offended, and the shepherds are ‘falling over themselves’ to apologize and change teachings and traditions that ultimately harm the masses and instead present a false Gospel and message. Confusion reigns in an organization that is meant to be the light to the world. Satan is laughing at us.

When God finally breaks into history, it will be in such a grand fashion that no one will be confused and there will be no possibility of misinterpretation. The dark powers, lead by their angel king will be prepared, and the church, with most of the lukewarm believers will be caught in the middle, and will be very surprised and very unprepared. Our job, in the meantime is to get the message out, and whether one wants to respond to it will be up to them, but we know at least we sounded the warning.
