DID THE CLOCK STRIKE MIDNIGHT FOR THE ECONOMY?

George Offerman

The internet has been abuzz with loads of information and speculation concerning this MF Global failure (Now we know what the MF stands for) and what it portends for the future.  This is juxtaposed to the MSM which is downplaying this event, and making it sound like Jon Corzine was just a disinterested CEO looking on with little to no responsibility for what occurred at his firm.  Based upon the reactions from many differing factions, it would appear that this ‘event’ may very well be the tipping point that is going to start the roller coaster on its wild ride.
The more I read and the more I think about what has happened over the past two weeks, it is seemingly clearer that we are in major trouble.  There are many who have rightfully claimed the markets have been corrupt for some time.  There are others who have proven beyond a doubt the Comex has been manipulated, at least concerning the precious metals for at least 20 + years.   However, I cannot recollect at any time, where there has been a breach in trust, in which individual customer accounts were raided to pay off bad derivative bets and at least some regulatory body coming forth and making the injured customer whole again.
This is unprecedented, and beyond a doubt, is having a very chilling effect on the market.  It is with little exaggeration that everyone who has accounts in any forms in any of these companies has now been given a warning sign in neon lights: get out of the market!  NOW!!!  It is so crystal clear that if one is in the elite group, he can expect to be bailed out, pronto by the Federal Reserve on the taxpayer’s dime, but for the rest of the 99%, we are clearly on our own.  This system as it is run currently is so brazenly corrupt that it is no longer done in the dark, but in the light of day, and with little to no consequences for the perpetrators.
So, the question is, how long can an openly corrupt system operate, when it is crystal clear the average Joe cannot trust whether he can safely grow his money in the system as it is?  If the average Joe cannot grow his money in a system that he has been told is honest and right, then where does he go to grow his money?  And what becomes of this system once the majority of the ‘Joes’ gets it and decides to abandon it?  Well, this seems to be where we are at this moment in time.  Will (or can, or should) the system survive?  There seem to be many compelling reasons to think we are seeing the ending of the current economic system as we know it.
The whole reason for why the average person participates in any of these markets is to increase his net worth in order to something that is seemingly becoming more out of reach: having a better life for himself and those he loves.  When it dawns on enough people that this whole system is rigged against them, they will decide to not play anymore, and will demand that justice be done for those who stole their money from them.  Since our government has clearly not prosecuted any of these thugs, and it is looking less likely they will go after the Obama crony Corzine, the only option left for most people is to take all their money out of this corrupt system and put it in something safe, that will offer a fair and honest return on their sweat equity.
So, we very well may have hit midnight on the economy clock, as it is very apparent we are on our own to make our own future.  The new paradigm will involve being productive and will be a cash and carry system based on real and honest money.  It is now the responsibility of the individual investor to make up their minds and to act.  Time is of the premium now, and action must commence, or it very well may result in many people’s untimely demise.

HOW MUCH MORE BRAZEN WILL IT GET?

George Offerman

I have been a long time reader of Gerald Celente, and have been rather stunned at his accuracy in calling many of the trends and ‘headlines’ that have occurred over the years.  Mr. Celente is very well respected in the economic circles and is often sought out to comment on the current events, and normally does so with great clarity.  So, it really stunned me to see that Mr. Celente’s gold was stolen from him in the MF Global debacle, and it goes to show how brazen these people are when it comes to playing with other people’s money, and taking their money when these @$$holes lose their bets.

For those who think this is a bunch of conspiracy theory hooey, this event ought to be a huge wake up call and a warning that the powers that be do not give a donkey’s rear end about you or your well being.  It has been totally about them and their unquenching thirst for money and power.  MF Global has basically violated all lawful and moral standards, in which through their bankruptcy, froze supposed ‘segregated’ customer accounts while the markets were still open.  It disallowed for customers to access their money or holdings of COMEX receipts (supposedly good as gold) and are mixing the funds of these accounts with that of the firm itself, which is illegal.

The amount of money in dispute comes to about $2.2 billion.  Although not a small amount, it pales in comparison to the $2.1 TRILLION given to domestic and foreign banks by the Federal Reserve over the past two years, which in essence, covered bad derivative bets by the ‘too big to fail’ banks.  While the government and its crony regulatory bodies have no problems putting taxpayer monies on the line for their fellow cronies, these same criminals will allow the gross violation of the law by not paying back these individual customers, but most likely will not even follow through and file criminal charges against these thieves.

I have run into two very relevant postings by two people I am greatly inspired by that cover these points much better and clearer than I will ever be able to do.  I will link both articles to this posting and I highly encourage you to read both of them.  The first is from Ted Butler, the worlds foremost silver guru and first man to uncover the precious metals manipulation on the CRIMEX nearly two decades ago.  Mr. Butler discusses how this MF Global scandal is really a historical moment in time, but currently unrecognized as such.  The ramifications are huge, and have yet to be played out on the world’s stage, but it seems this criminal activity is a game changer and may end the system as we know it in short order.

  http://news.silverseek.com/SilverSeek/1321022610.php

The second is from Ann Barnhardt CEO of the Barnhardt Capital Management, Inc.  In short, Ms. Barnhardt closed her business due to the breakdown of law and order, and succinctly points out that the cornerstone of all markets is integrity, honesty and trust.  The MF Global fiasco has proven beyond a doubt that the market is now rigged for the money powers, and there is absolutely no safety or assurance anyone will get their money or commodities out of this market.  Ms. Barnhardt goes further, and recommends that ALL CUSTOMERS get out of this market and to not reenter until the cronies in the White House and in government are replaced with people of integrity.  This is a very powerful letter, and should be required reading for everyone in this country.

http://barnhardt.biz/     refer to BCM has ceased operations, part I and II.

It is beyond imagination that the thievery has come to the level and magnitude it is now at.  The brazen thievery and subsequent cover-ups are stories that Al Capone couldn’t even have dreamed up.  Yet, here it is, and it seems like so many don’t care and don’t see the connections between our collapsing economy and the liars and thieves that run the asylum.  The dots will soon be connected, and there will be no mistaking the cause of the misery soon to befall us.  It seems the worst case scenario is going to play itself out, and the lack of preparation by the common man is going to devastate countless numbers that ought not to have to go through this engineered crash.

WHY GOD'S MONEY IS GOING TO WIN OUT IN THE END

George Offerman

There are those who have yet to ‘get it’ about the times and situations we are living in, and want to continue to put faith in the fiat currency that is used world wide. Never in the history of the world has every nation used paper money and not God’s money, and this is the ultimate set up for the largest opportunity in world history to transfer wealth to those who understand and obey the Word of God. No matter how much one studies the Bible; they will NEVER find any of God’s references to money as being paper script. God’s references about money are ALWAYS GOLD AND SILVER.

For one to grasp the ‘dollar amount’ I am going to give silver at the end of this posting, they first must make a paradigm shift in their head. This is similar to an adult learning a second language: they want to convert the new language to their native language in their head, and thus, it takes much longer than a child, who ‘rolls with the punches’ and is babbling fluently in a new language in about 2 weeks. So I will be referring to silver by the ounce, not by denomination like we are used to. But before that, there needs to be an understanding of what money is.

Money’s primary purpose is as a medium of exchange, in which it can be used to buy or exchange one item for another between two individuals who agree on the value of the items. Money must be divisible, durable, portable, limited in supply, a stable unit of account and fungible, and mostly a stable medium of storage over time. If we look at modern currency, it has some of these elements, but it fails in the most important aspects that it is unlimited through printing and as a result inflation is killing its ability to be a stable medium of storage for wealth over time. For all practical purposes, a $100 note is no different than a $1 note, and these pieces of paper do not have any intrinsic value. By printing more of these ‘notes’, the notes in circulation become worth less, and it is this hidden tax, called inflation, that ultimately causes the problems we are experiencing at this time.

Gold and silver, however, are very limited and have great intrinsic value. These precious metals must be discovered, mined, refined and minted before they can be circulated, and this is a process that involved a great deal of labor. An FRN $100 face value is created for $.04 and is limited only by the number of trees that can be cut down and processed into paper. When money is limited, there is no inflation, and the greatest aspect of money, holding its value to be passed on, is left intact. If one were to bury 100 oz of silver coins, and a $100 FRN, and these were dug up in 100 years, the silver would minimally have maintained its value, while the $100 FRN would end up in a museum as an ‘artifact’. There can be no comparison in a material that is rare and takes a great deal of effort to obtain, versus something that can be printed at will, and have zeros added to it by proclamation. There is no question we are at a turning point in our economic history and if one wants to have any chance of surviving intact, they’d better look at God’s money as part of the solution.

Why are the precious metals going up now? Because people around the world, no matter what religion, political affiliation or level of education know that gold and silver are money, and understand it is the safest place to be when all other forms of money fail. This was instilled by God, and all of the ‘sophisticated thinking’ will never drive this out of man. Good luck to the incompetent, inbred idiots known as the money powers, as they try to force their toilet paper down the throats of the people. Too many have woken up to the fact that this multi colored monopoly paper is worthless, and have been exchanging it for the real thing, and causing a shortage in the metals. Good luck holding the price down, you idiots.

Now, to the piece in this posting most want to see. I have long held these prices in my head, and have told a few people privately where I think the prices should be, and where they may possibly go. To fully understand the quotes I will soon give, will require a paradigm shift. One must think of money as a tangible asset, mainly coinage, and that it is the coinage in exchange for goods that is the main engine of commerce. To try to convert this into dollars all of the time will result in headaches, but also numbers so large that they will seem to be out of reality as we know it. The prices I will be quoting are coming from simple math equations and historical and Biblical data.

Where should the price be today? History shows that for much of the existence of our country, good daily wages for skilled labor was 1 ounce of silver (1 dollar). If we look at today’s average wage (source: U.S. Department of Labor) we come out with two numbers. The median income in America, including all part time and seasonal workers comes out to $16.27 per hour or $130.20 per 8 hour day. Excluding part time and seasonal, this increases to $20.20 per hour or $161.60 per 8 hour day. If we look at the nominal high of silver in 1980 at $50, and consider the real rate of inflation using John Williams www.shadowstats.com site, we come up with $178.00. So, starting with the most conservative of these numbers (and remember 1 oz of silver per day was for skilled labor) we come up with a minimal price per ounce in 2010 dollars of $130.20, to a maximum of $178.00 for inflation adjusted prices.

If those numbers are eye popping, these will truly get your attention. If we go by much of the world history, and Biblical times, the average pay per day was a denarius, which most historians and Biblical scholars agree was about a tenth of an ounce of silver. We also know from Revelation that a day’s wages again will be a denarius. So, we know that in the past, and in the future a day’s wages stayed the same. If one ponders this, it shows: 0% inflation!!!!!! That is truly in the realm of what God expects and what ought to be the way thing are now.

So using these numbers, we then multiply all of the above numbers by 10, to come up with a range between $1302.00 and $1780.00 per ounce. And this is in 2010 dollars. Considering that most ‘hot commodities’ enter what is called a bubble, and the most recent bubbles have ‘overshot’ the real values (such as homes 3-4 years ago) we can multiply these numbers by 2-3, or come up with a range between $2604.00- $3906.00 on the low range to $3560.00 - $5340.00 on the high range. One needs to study the history of money, and precious metals to begin to understand the potential in them. The price of precious metals will continue to rise because they are undervalued and are being attacked from all angles by the money powers.

The ultimate reason the precious metals will rise to unbelievable heights is because God, the creator of all things, has mandated it. The incompetent, inbred idiots know as the money powers cannot mock God, and ‘trash’ his money without severe consequences. These idiots soon will pay this price, and those smart enough to get on this train are going for a ride of a lifetime.

SILVER AND WALL STREET

George Offerman

The silver market my very well be at a critical juncture. Over the past four weeks, the silver price has jumped nearly four dollars, and hit a 30 year high. At the same time, there are large numbers of futures contracts that are being submitted for delivery on the CRIMEX err… COMEX for later this week. The COT report is also reflecting an increase in short contracts, courtesy of JPM, which is no longer a secret, but blatant move to manipulate the prices lower. The cartel continues to manipulate the prices lower, which only gives those wanting physical metal, the ability to buy cheaper. However, this will empty the CRIMEX much faster, and this is only good news for those who are holding physical.

This battle will be over, sooner or later, and the cartel is going to lose big time. Now, more than a few have asked recently “is silver oversold?” NO, NO and NO! Most want to look at technical charts, and seeing the ‘steep move’ in the past 4 weeks, believes the prices need to go down. What they are not considering is the fundamental piece of this equation. Silver is in greater demand than ever, while in the shortest above ground supplies ever. The metal exchanges have been slow in filling the physical orders, and the demand for physical has been very strong, and becoming stronger. The depressed price for silver over the past 2 decades has virtually shut down exploration and opening of new mines and the supply cannot be increased by mines for at least 5-7 years (at best).

There is no question silver will be going up a lot, the only question is, whether it will be a gradual or explosive increase. Gold hit it’s nominal high of $850 some time ago, yet silver has not come even close to its $50 nominal high of 1980. If one uses John Williams shadow stats for the true rate of inflation, the inflation adjusted level for silver would be $178 per ounce. No, we are nowhere near ‘oversold’ conditions; we are still in the ‘give away’ phase of this baby bull market. When the price finally takes off (when the power of the cartel is broken) we will not be looking at cents, but dollars per day and those who got on this train will be very glad they did.

Wall Street: Money never sleeps

I have been anticipating seeing this sequel since I first heard it was being made. Regardless of one may think of Oliver Stone, this movie seemed to cover the current financial time in history so well, I wouldn’t even consider it to be fiction. For those of you who want to see it, I will not ruin it by giving much in detail, but it is a very accurate portrayal of the Bear Sterns fiasco and the fallout, and shenanigans behind the scenes. What I found most intriguing were the very subtle messages within much of the dialogue, which could easily be missed if one did not keep up with the news, as well as the major banks and Federal Reserve generating fears of a financial Armageddon if they don’t get what they want.

I do have to make a few observations about the protagonist Gordon Gekko. Stone has Gekko take on more of a prophetic role in this sequel, which is a very good blend with this man’s known ruthlessness from the first Wall Street movie. Gekko explains to his young protégé (also engaged to his estranged daughter) in everyday language, what is going on between the forces of Wall Street, the Federal Reserve, and government and how these crimes are so severe, that his 8 years in prison for insider trading is mere fodder for the beast. Despite the fact that Gekko is still Gekko, he looks almost ‘saintly’ in comparison to those who are committing heinous crimes, and appear to have the means of remaining above the law, and have no fear of being stopped. (Best line in the movie, Gordon Gekko to Bretton James, played by Josh Brolin: “If you stop telling lies about me, I’ll stop telling the truth about you”)

While many have focused on how Stone seems to ‘rehash’ a story that is two years old, Stone has Gekko make one very cryptic and possibly prophetic line that seemed to go unnoticed by most moviegoers: “This is in preparation for the ultimate bubble”. This line was delivered in the midst of Gekko discussing derivatives, and it would definitely link the taxpayer bailout to the sale of U.S. Treasuries and the bursting of that bubble, an event still off in the future. If I were to go into a conspiratorial mindset for a moment, I would bet the whole movie was a set up for this whole premise; the biggest financial fireworks are still ahead. We shall see.

HOW TO DEFEAT THE MONEY POWERS

George Offerman

When discussing the ever pervasive and ubiquitous aspects and reach of the money powers, most folks basically take the position that there is nothing they can do about it, and their existence and influence is simply a ‘done deal’. Or those on the other extreme deny their existence, and relegate anyone discussing them as whack jobs and conspiracy nuts. Well, they are very real, and they also have very real plans for the majority of us, and these plans are not in our best interests, and we have a very limited time to do something about it. Before I get into how to defeat the money powers, it is necessary to go over what they are doing, and what is their end game.

For the money powers, it is not about money anymore, because they virtually have all of it or at least all they need. The money powers are hungry for domination of all peoples in all areas. They want a one world government, and this is apparent to anyone who puts in any effort to study them and their movements. They believe the world is over populated, and that the earth’s resources are scarce. They truly believe they have a divine right to be the masters of the earth, and totally buy into the false “Gospel of prosperity’ that is being pedaled. The worst of it is, they believe the masses are here to serve them, and we are allowed to live for their pleasure. When we ‘useless eaters’ become of no more use, they will find ways of getting rid of us.

The money powers control nearly everything in our daily lives, and it is the few areas we have control over still that will enable us to defeat them if we get the numbers willing to act. If you notice, every tool and economic interaction you make is traceable, either through credit card, bank and checking accounts, and even the ‘money in your pocket. They all have numbers, and as such, can be traced, or even in the worst case scenario, can be frozen. This of course, would be a death knell for anyone unable to access any of their resources. The money powers last vestage of the money system would be a ‘cashless’ society, in which they would have total control over every aspect of commerce, and as such, totally ‘own’ everyone.

The money powers control nearly all of the media, and this is why all the MSM say the same thing, and show all of the same news stories, and also bury the same information that would contradict their agenda. They have total control over the political system, and every PRESIDENT since Wilson, has met and been approved by such organizations as the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) Trilateral Commission and others, as well as many coming from Skull and Bones and other organizations, and eventually tie into such secret organizations as the Club of Rome, the Rosicrucians, Freemasonry (at the higher degrees) and ending at the ultimate secret society, the Pilgrims society, based in New York and controlled from London.

The money powers control the Churches through the tax exempt status, as well as through infiltration via contemporary theology, philosophical and ‘scientific methodology” that waters down traditional theology, and in essence, changes the nature of the Christian message. It places man, and not God at the top of the hierarchy, and implies there are levels of knowledge (Gnosticism) that are hidden from the masses, and kept alive by the few elites for safeguarding against the ‘profane’ masses. There are those that have claimed it is devil worship, as there are many symbols openly used in society, but are not necessarily recognized by the common man.

The money powers despise three things that currently are not under their total control. These are: 1) informed and educated masses 2) a well armed populace, and 3) God’s money, gold and silver as exchange in commerce. One, if reading the news, should be aware of the government attempting to give Obama the ‘kill switch’ to the internet in case of ‘national emergency’, which in effect would kill all communication and stop any point of resistance. Obama is also attempting to push through significant gun control laws, requiring the registration of all firearms, and wanting a system of permits and ‘firearm trainings’ in order for citizens to continue having the ‘privilege’ of owning a gun. And the race is on in mass purchasing of most gold and silver by the central banks, and subsequent scam at the COMEX of price suppression.

So, how do we defeat the incompetent inbred idiots known as the money powers? In three simple words: CRASH THE COMEX. The internet and the gun issue is not a viable option that we can directly change, but emptying the COMEX vaults is something very viable, and would result in a price explosion in the metals that would put an end to the paper money system, thus damaging the money powers greatest asset, their printing presses. We all have the ability to purchase precious metals, and with the money powers rigging the prices to keep them low, we are still able to obtain them in much larger quantities. Buying precious metals is the easiest of the ways to get revenge on these thugs, as well as administering the most direct blow to their organization. Until the ‘powers that be’ make it illegal to own precious metals, we should be buying as much as we can carry away and hastening the day of reckoning for these evil people.

For those of you who may think this is rather sensationalist, I am providing a link to an essay from one of my heroes, Ted Butler, who is one of the most ‘anti sensationalists’ authors I have ever read. The second link is from a source that has been very accurate in his predictions on many economic fronts, and discusses the price of both gold and silver in the future. I am also linking to a story about the oil leak and potential conspiracy (for your discernment).

THEN AND NOW

George Offerman

After having several very interesting conversations in the last few days about the state of affairs in this country, and the recent up moves in the precious metals, I have given into a temptation to write a post exclusively on the metals, which I have not really done up to this point. So, if you are not interested in this topic, skip this one and come back on Monday.

There are those who still believe that Gold is a ‘barbarous relic’, and is currently in a bubble, due to the fact it has gone up fivefold from its low in 2000. There are even more that believe silver is just an ‘industrial’ metal, and as well, is near bubble status, having gone up slightly more than fourfold from its 1999 lows. In both instances, the skeptics cannot be more mistaken, and sadly enough for them (to be discovered VERY SOON) they will have major regrets that they did not get on this train before it pulled out of the station. Even at today’s rate, gold is still a bargain, and silver is practically being given away.

The last major run of both metals ended in 1980 when gold hit $850 per ounce and silver $50 per ounce. Without getting into great detail ( and the reader must do research on this) the main upward pressure for gold was Nixon’s closing the gold window August 15, 1971, thus ending what was then known as the Bretton Woods agreement, and the subsequent running of very high inflation and the oil crisis of 1973-4. However, silver had a different story and set of circumstances. Two very wealthy brothers who were in oil had figured out that inflation was going to steal their wealth in a stealth like manner, and decided to accumulate a large amount of physical silver as a ‘hedge’ against inflation. This accumulation took several years, but hit critical mass in mid to late 1979, shooting the price up to nearly $50 per ounce. The Hunt brothers (who really would be considered HEROES if the truth were known) nearly crashed the silver market (and would have destroyed the money powers on the spot) and exposed the fraud that the COMEX actually is. The Hunt brothers ‘crime’ as the SEC and others allege, was demanding to take delivery of the physical silver that they LEGALLY BOUGHT AND OWNED. Had they done that, the manipulation of the precious metals that has been very well documented by GATA and Ted Butler would have ended, and the true price of the metals would have continued higher until they reached their true value.

What killed the silver price at $50 was intervention on the COMEX markets by the government, when they disallowed ‘long’ contracts from being purchased, and threatened to flood the market with silver (which at the time, the U.S. gov’t had a stockpile of 2 billion ounces). Within a day, the price collapsed by $15, and the Hunt brothers were ‘out of business’ and on their way to vilification and trial. After this episode, the COMEX through the CFTC instituted caps on long contracts, but not shorts, thus creating the current situation of manipulation in silver by the well known short holder JP Morgan.

The interesting thing back then was silver was making moves of $3-5 per day, and that was when there was a known world supply of around 10 billion ounces, with the U.S. government holding the world’s greatest hoard of silver. There was truly no shortage back then, but by virtue that silver is money (as God deemed it to be) there was that ‘herd mentality’ of getting some before it was gone, thus driving up the prices in very short order.

Now, fast forward to 2010. The government used up their hoard, and have been net buyers of silver for at least the past 5 years. There are no governments that have been net sellers of silver, and the largest known hoard is in India, at 200 million ounces (and they will not part with theirs) the world supply (estimated) is down 90% from 10 to 1 billion ounces. Silver is a necessity for the modern electronics found in cell phones, computers and virtually all other components that need to be spark free and heat sensitive (the two facets of silver not found in ANY other metal known to man). Silver has anti bacterial properties that are now utilized in everything from clothing, to medicines, and these facets consume around 40% of all annually mined silver. The USGS has estimated that known ground reserves of silver will be exhausted in 14 years. There are more points to make concerning silver’s use and consumption, but the point is that there is little supply of silver left, and the money powers have NO RECOURSE left when prices take off.

The largest feature of all though is the fact there are now thousands of little “Hunts’ out there, who will not let go of their silver at nearly any price, and they are very clear who the villains are, unlike 1980. The U.S. government has no silver left to threaten to flood the market with when the price finally breaks free. The major forces that killed the last silver run have been neutralized, and it is CHECK MATE for the greedy money powers. There is no greater joy in the precious metals camps than the idea that these ‘useless eaters’ have to watch their scheme crumble right in front of them, and they can’t do anything about it. What goes around comes around.

The prices of the metals, especially silver will be absolutely stunning. There will be thousands of folks who will be ‘instant millionaires’ when this starts, and it will be in the truest form of money that God created. The price increase will not be a moon shot; it will be more like a super nova. No one will be griping about having bought, and then seeing it go down by some cents or even a few dollars. There will be people that only have modest amounts that will see daily increases in the 5-6 figure range during the height of the ‘mania’, and their only dilemma will be when or if to get out of the market and buy up the real estate that will be had for back taxes. This truly is a ‘once in history’ chance to get into something that is still available on the cheap, but the door is closing fast and the ride is about to commence.

THINGS ARE NOT ALRIGHT

George Offerman

We in America are used to what can be called “Magical thinking”. Magical thinking incorporates the process in which we can do whatever we want, and somehow ‘things will work out’ regardless of what the consequences ought to be. Unfortunately for the past 30 + years, this has seemed to be the case, and this thought process seems to be cemented into the American psyche. Many of the pundits are already calling an end to the economic crisis, and stating things are getting better, maybe with a little more hardship. These people must be smoking some real good dope.

In reality, things just don’t work out on their own. Things work out only because a great deal of effort is put into resolving a problem, and there is a viable plan in place that allows for this. This is the resistance point in mental health treatment, most believe they have a right to good mental health and see it as a weakness when needing assistance from others. Many believe they should have to put no effort in, and often get angry and resentful when we use the dirtiest of four letter words on them: “work”. It is a mystery to me that many believe it is a right, and should be automatic, regardless of the poor decisions and behaviors they have made.

It is no different at the national level. Our country has made poor decisions for quite a while, and no one wants to take any responsibility for the mess we are in. This is very indicative to the outcome and portends to some very rough times in the very near future.
Now, let us consider what some of these forces are and walk through them to see what will happen.

Financially, as a nation, we have lived above our means since the late 60’s. We have paid for this through the sale of treasury bonds, that at one time, were seen as the safest investment vehicles in the world. Today, we are printing them at will, and the last sale was a total failure with central banks being the only customers. This is at a time when we need the money the most, and it is coinciding with the fact that trust in our government is at its lowest point as far as other countries are concerned. Is this alright?

We just defaulted on gold to China, about the worst possible scenario imaginable, and life just goes on. Gold hit an all time high, and Drudge didn’t even cover this. We know through Ted Butler, that China is the big short on the CRIMEX, and they have already publicly stated they plan on defaulting on their silver obligation. I think they should get bricks of coal, and spray paint them silver, and have them delivered to the CRIMEX, and inform them this is PAYMENT IN FULL. Is it moral to steal others’ property? Will God bless this behavior? Is this alright?

We consume more than we produce. We are encouraged to be conspicuous consumers, and have become very used to doing very little in maintaining a fairly comfortable life. Very few people know how to be self sufficient, and don’t even know the basics concerning survival. We have become a nation obsessed with comfort and ease, and have the mentality that if there are any challenges or problems in life, it must be ‘someone else’s fault’ and want to sue someone. We are obsessed with entertainment and sports and God forbid if we ever become bored. We are the most medicated society and substance abuse is at epidemic proportions, in all social strata, with no end in sight. Is this alright?

So, we have become a nation run by thugs, thieves, liars, cowards and cheaters, and we believe things are going to work out? We as citizens have allowed this to happen, and in the process have become lethargic, numbed, dumbed down, distracted, overweight and ‘self reliant’ and expect to get rewarded for this behavior. Our nation has grown away from God, similar to the church of Laodicea, yet we will say “Why did God do this to us”? when things go wrong.

No, things are not alright. If we were married to someone who espoused even half of what is listed, divorce would be immediate, and a court may end up throwing the perpetrator in jail. Yet, this is the American life and way for the past 40 years, and very little is questioned, challenged or even thought about. One thing is for sure: if there are space rocks with our names on them (and there are, but nothing to do with the Mayans) we have earned them and deserve every bit of misery they will deliver. God has made it clear: I WILL NOT be mocked: whatsoever a man sows, shall he reap. We have sown seeds of lying, cheating, stealing and murder, and will end up with a heaping helping of all of the above.

THE TENSION MOUNTS

t

George Offerman

Events continue to get ‘hot’ on the money front, as China is pushing for a new world currency. It seems they have had it with the ‘shenanigans’ of our banking system, and have little need to make light bulbs from all the tungsten recently delivered. The major money powers are Anglo European and it is unknown how much influence over the East they have, but it looks like that question will be answered soon enough. It is very clear though, that China will get its gold, one way or another.

I don’t know if the readers have been paying attention to the precious metals markets, but they are beginning to move up many percentages points per week, and is in alignment with several prognosticators, that China’s strategy was to do this. The shorts on the CRIMEX are unable to control the prices as they have been for the last few decades, and all of the warnings by Ted Butler and company over the same amount of time appear to be on the horizon. It is time to get into the metals if you can find any.

Again, I cannot stress the importance of watching what the money powers are doing, because it will directly affect our lives to the core, and determine what our future will be like. If we end up in a hyperinflationary spiral (the most likely outcome) our money and savings will become useless and the comfort and convenience we have been used to will end. It will definitely force us into a much simpler lifestyle, and most likely will return to a more basic bartering system, and ‘cash and carry’ way of life.

The Senate is now getting ready to debate the hell scare bill, and more than likely, will pass it. It looks like child killing will be a piece of this and it will then boil down to what one really believes: do we pay taxes and become accomplices to this, or defy this ungodly system, and end up placing our liberty in jeopardy? Either way, we are looking at an event that requires a decision, and will begin the process of weeding out the ‘pretenders’ in Christianity.

Events continue to move at an alarmingly fast pace, and it is becoming very difficult to keep up with them. I could easily write five or more entries per day on just the few topics I generally write about, and still only scratch the surface of the issues. Our world is in major change, and still, many are in denial and want to believe it is more the ‘conspiracy theorist’ who is making it out to be more than it is. Our way of life will be very different in the next 18-24 months, ready or not. There is too much going on to take a passive stand and pretend everything will be alright.

Economically, we are seeing an end to our currency, and many things we take for granted will not be available (especially if it is made in China). Soon, health care will follow, and it will only be when it is too late that the majority will find out they are pretty much on their own. When others are in the position to make decisions for you, they don’t have your best interest in mind. Whether this is money related, as in social insecurity, mediscare or other government unfunded liabilities, others will determine what it is we are able to do, and how much money we will get as we are no longer able to produce for the plantation owners.

IT'S OFFICIAL: GOLD DEFAULT

George Offerman

I could hardly sleep last night thinking about the recent discovery of gold plated tungsten bars by the Chinese (of all the countries, why them?) This event has such wide implications that it would take the most brilliant mind to comprehend the differing angles and outcomes soon to follow. These people have nuclear weapons and an ability to come collecting on their debt. What in the world are the banksters and money powers thinking?

I had written in a previous post that I believe the money powers are a bunch of incompetent inbred idiots, and it seems this description is very accurate. People will be debating forever that the money powers orchestrated this move, and that it was in the works for years. It seems that may be giving them way more credit than they deserve. Greed is a powerful emotion, and often blinds those that succumb to it. I believe more than anything, that they thought they were going to get away with this, and never dreamed that the Chinese would actually assay their gold. It really is no different than the bond markets, in which the U.S. Treasury simply ‘renews’ the money into new Treasury notes, and does not actually pay back the principle to the holder.

The upcoming delivery month for the CRIMEX will be very interesting. I will be referring to the COMEX as CRIMEX from now on, as this crime in progress is not being investigated, nor ended by the supposed governing agency Commodity Futures Trading Commission or CFTC. Default on paper products is fairly easy to cover up. How can we explain to the Chinese that we ‘accidentally’ sent light bulb metal instead of gold? How stupid does the CRIMEX think the Chinese are? Are they really that arrogant that they can send over phony metal, and think they can get away with it?

Gold ‘bricks’ are 400 oz. each, and if it is true that Bill ‘slick Willie” Clinton had the tungsten bars made up, the whole hoard of U.S. supplies would have been replaced by this phony metal, and Fort Knox would have actually had more ‘gold’ in it after Clinton left office than before he entered. The alleged amount of gold at Fort Knox, is supposed to be in the vicinity of 270 million, and the fake bars would have come up to 400 million oz., showing a net increase of over 40 percent for Clinton’s tenure. Quite a boast for the slick meister, and not surprising given his sociopathic tendencies.

It is now only a matter of time before this mess unravels, and it will be very ugly and harmful. It is unfortunate we are entering our wintertime here, and we may need to be prepared for some rough times, and may need to leave our lives as we know it behind. Again, this may seem to be alarmist or sensationalist, but the repercussions of this action need some immediate relief, and unfortunately, we as a country are not in the position to take care of this, and the money powers would rather have us gone anyway.

I cannot make a better case for those reading this to get some precious metals. The time is very short, and if this information does not motivate you to act, then you may need to check yourself for a body temperature and a pulse. Time is of the essence and it appears it is very short, at least economically. Do something for yourself and your family before the option is taken away.
