George Offerman
This is one time I have to say Obama made a brilliant move with this nominee to the Supreme Court, Elena Kagan. Because she ahs never served on the bench, Kagan has no fears or concerns over ‘questionable’ judgments and will most likely sidestep many of the very straight forward questions that many of the conservative nominees such as judge Bork, had to endure. Of course, there is a lot of speculation pertaining to Ms. Kagan’s personal life, but you can bet your life that the socialists will be screaming bloody murder if any of the so called conservative Senators even dare bring them up.
What is known, as has been reported by world net daily, is that Ms. Kagan appears to be a Fabian Socialist, like her supreme handler Obama. It is uncanny, how these two have so many similarities and how their lives in many ways mirror each other. Definitely, I agree with Mark Levin’s observation, that both of them will be the “most unqualified people in any room the walk into”. In what little information is available, it seems Ms. Kagan is going to be extremely socialistic and about as far left as one can get. (Now, why many of the so called ‘conservative’ groups have not done their homework and a few have actually endorsed this woman is beyond belief).
Ms. Kagan graduated from Princeton in 1981, and had penned a thesis paper titled “To the Final Conflict: Socialism in New York City 1900-1933, in which she laments the fact that the great movement known as Socialism declined due to infighting, and was not able to attain its greatness due to this fact. (Evidently, Kagan does not understand the ‘control freak’ nature of most socialists) If this is true (And I plan on getting a copy of her thesis if possible) this gives great indications as to how this nominee will vote on critical decisions, and will most likely be an ‘activist’ judge versus one that sees the Constitution as supreme and worthy to being defended. (Now, I wonder if she will get even a tenth of the scrutiny Bob Macdonald received for his supposed ‘sexist’ college thesis during the Virginia governor’s race)
As in true fashion of a Fabian Socialist, Kagan well may be elevated to a position she has neither earned nor is qualified for. What is known about her is the fact she comes from an upper middle class family, and basically had her Ivy League education paid for by another (father). Kagan had been nominated by Clinton for a Federal Judgeship, but the Republican lead Senate failed to confirm her. Kagan, has thus floated around, and ended up in academia, and has had the opportunity to teach future lawyers in the same school that Obama had his very short Lecture (not professor) gig. (And these are the same people who accused Bush of cronyism).
Ms. Kagan needs to be grilled by those who want to uphold what is left of this country. There needs to be plenty of elected officials willing to be ‘politically incorrect’ and there needs to be herds of citizens willing to back up the senators doing the grilling. If we find that this woman is a Fabian Socialist (which seems very likely) she needs to have her nomination rejected in similar fashion that Socialist Kennedy did to Judge Bork. (and what was attempted to Justices Thomas, Alito and Roberts). It is time for those who want to see justice once again in this land, to stand up and fight for it. It is time to say no to these Fabian Socialists and the one world order they are promoting and implementing.
If this is the fight that most pro lifers are stating needs to happen, then we need to be out there in droves. Ms. Kagan could very well be on the bench for the next thirty years, and there seems to be little question as to which side of the war she will be on. There is a need to find out as much as possible about this woman and to be as public about this information as possible, and to encourage everyone you know to be active in stopping this nomination. One of these days, we will run out of options and chances, and only then, will we know the true score of how God really sees us.

WHERE ARE THE PRO LIFERS?
George Offerman
With the announcement of Justice John Paul Stevens retirement after the closing of the Supreme Court session, is the opportunity to influence the potential picks to succeed Justice Stevens. Supposedly, the Supreme Court is the central battle ground of the legalized child killing fields, and one would think that if this is true, that it would result in the most heated battle front in the pro life movement. Unfortunately, the pro life movement is MIA at the moment (most of the time) and it looks like the movement will take its customary position at defense, once Obama names the potential successor.
If anyone cares to remember, the last 2 appointments that President Bush was able to nominate was met immediately by the pro death contingency, the candidates on the ‘short list’ were given a ‘going over’ like no ones business, and the issue of legalized child killing was front and center. The discussions of the prospective Justice’s stance on the issues were ongoing and intense, and propagated by the very boisterous and ultra conservative left. The Pro life movement was much quieter, and did not feel secure enough to enter the debate in the way the other side does, and fortunately the pro lifers did get two good justices out of this process.
The sad part is, that once the nomination process begins to heat up, the MIA pro life groups will use this opportunity to fund raise, and then promote ‘virtual protests’ (which cost very little to conduct) and will also attack those true pro lifers who are actually taking the bullets for the babies. For many of the pro life groups, it is their existence that is of the utmost concern, and the ending of legalized child killing would dry up the funds, and essentially put them in the unemployment lines. God forbid that ever happen. By virtue of the fact there is little to any resistance at this time, shows there is not the intent to fight this process to win the battle, but to do just enough to propagate the continuation of the ‘showing of a fight’.
The Church is also MIA in this fight, and has not mentioned one word concerning the likelihood that a pro death justice will be named. Mostly, the church continues to pay lip service to the pro life issues, if that, and will be inclined to distance themselves from the ‘extremists’ who are out there challenging the status quo. The bishops are not taking the lead whatsoever, and speaking up for the children being sacrificed. It appears there is too much at stake concerning things like tax exempt status, and this in effect has purchased their silence as well. It seems as long as the ‘show’ that is put on does not truly threaten the status quo, those in power will leave the church well enough alone.
This leaves the true pro lifers in the field primarily on their own, and this group of people should expect nothing short of an assault on both ends of the battle. We truly are in very desperate times, and the only consolation in that is God usually sends a champion to give direction for those willing to stand up for the faith. It may mean the destruction of all we know at this time, but it will definitely bring about clarity in the need to get the job done, and the means in which to make this happen. In the mean time, what is next and who is wiling to step up to the plate to make it happen?
Precious metals market ready to heat up.
It seems that Mr. Ted Butler finally made a trip to Washington, D.C. and was given 90 minutes in a closed meeting with the CFTC. What is remarkable about this is that these so called experts gave the platform to Mr. Butler for 90 minutes, and primarily took in what he had to say, and listened to his evidence of manipulation of the silver market. It is unbelievable that a private citizen was given such a platform, and at least the government people at the CFTC had the brains to ask questions and acknowledge manipulation has taken place. As mentioned before, Mr. Butler knows more in his pinky finger than all of the government economists combined, and they showed good judgment in not trashing Mr. Butler in this format.
The implications are huge for the precious metals markets in that Mr. Butler’s 20 year efforts to expose the manipulation finally have been acknowledged. If this is resolved, the metals market will take off, and shock even the most skeptical of those, as man once again will learn that Gold and Silver are God’s money. If you are not on board yet owning the physical metals (not paper derivatives), this very well may be the last call. The link below is an outstanding interview by Mr. Jim Cook of Investment Rarities of Mr. Ted Butler after Mr. Butlers ‘historic’ meeting with the CFTC.

PROTESTING AT THE RED MASS
George Offerman
The annual Red Mass at St Matthew’s Cathedral in Washington, D.C. this past Sunday had plenty of representation from the Supreme Court. Those present were Justices: Roberts, Scalia, Kennedy, Breyer, Alito and new Justice Sotomayor. Joe Biden, representing the executive branch was also present. The majority of these justices are Catholic, and therefore, would be able to present themselves for communion, which would present an opportunity for Arch Bishop Wuerl to enforce Cannon 915, which stipulates that a person that publicly violates church teachings, in this case abortion, cannot present themselves for Communion.
The protest, lead by pro life leaders Randall Terry, Missy Smith and Dick Retta, focused on getting the message to the Justices that the scourge of this land known as Roe vs. Wade must be overturned and that their Catholic Roots dictate they uphold justice for all. The team arrived at St. Matthew’s cathedral at 8:30 am, and set up our line that included graphic signs, bull horns, and fake blood on our hands.
We had about 75 minutes of preaching time, as all the people had to go through metal detectors to get inside the Cathedral, and also had an opportunity to preach to the justices, who came up individually in chauffeured vehicles. We then had a golden opportunity to preach to the Bishops, who were lined up in procession right across the street from where we were, and had quite a few of the Bishops look at us and our signs. We asked the Bishops to uphold Cannon 915 and to make a statement to those inside how they need to follow the churches teachings.
One of our group members, Joan Mckee, was arrested when trying to get into the mass, and the camera crews there to film the procession quickly went to get this arrest on tape. Joan Mckee was attempting to get into the mass, and was initially turned down due to wearing a pro life tee shirt. We protested her arrest, but they went ahead with it, and this caused a stir amongst the media present and was caught on tape.
After the mass finished, we had more opportunities to get our message out, and preached to the Justices as they left. Randall Terry focused on Vice President Joseph Biden, as Biden snuck out the side door. We then were able to get Sotomayer’s attention briefly by shouting “Woe to you Sotomayor if you do not protect the innocent lives by your judgments on the court.’
We had a priest come up and thank us for our witness. He stated “Many of us are with you, and God Bless You for taking the time and witnessing for the truth. I hope some of them heard your message”. It is gratifying to have some acknowledgment of our efforts from the clergy, and it helps to know some believe we are on the right path.
Overall, we managed to garner attention to the cause of legalized child killing to the Justices and other lawyers in attendance. It is mystifying that we had to do the job of the Church body and so few are willing to take the steps we did, and have been doing for months now. I continue to hope and pray that god sends more warriors to the streets, to finally end this scourging of our land.
