“Hear Muhammad Speak” at Ground Zero Mosque, CAIR National Headquarters in Washington DC.

On October 6 and 7, in seven U.S. cities, American Christians to read, discuss and discard passages of Sharia law, the Quran, and the Hadith (words of Muhammad not in Quran) in which Muhammad calls for the murder, beheading, torture, execution and more of Christians, Jews, and Muslim “apostates” who leave Islam.

Randall Terry states: “We will ask NYC Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf, and the leaders of CAIR to tell Americans plainly if they support these passages of Sharia law, and if they support the various death sentences issued by Muhammad, the founder of Islam.

“One of our goals is to urge Americans to study the words and deeds of Muhammad. Americans are concerned about Sharia law, which is good; we must connect the dots between the Quran, the traditions of Muhammad, and Sharia law.”

Examples of the passages:

“I have been sent with the sword between my hands to ensure that no one but Allah is worshipped, Allah who put my livelihood under the shadow of my spear and who inflicts humiliation and scorn on those who disobey my orders.” Muhammad (quoted by Osama bin Laden)

Sharia Law punishment for Muslims who "apostatize:"

The Hanafites: “If he needs time to reconsider, it is desirable that the judge allow him a three-day extension, during which he is to remain in custody. If he accepts Islam thereafter, it is good; if not, he is to be killed, for Allah says to ‘kill those who believe in many gods’ (Sura al-Tawba 9:5), without fixing a deadline. The Prophet also said, ‘Kill him who changes his religion,’ without mentioning a delay, because the apostate is surely a hostile unbeliever.”

Muhammad’s call for the death of those who satirize him:

A prominent Jew named K’ab “composed amatory verses of an insulting nature about the Muslim women.” Muhammad said: ‘Who will rid me of [K’ab]?’ Muhammad said, ‘I will deal with him for you, oh apostle of God, I will kill him.’ He [Muhammad] said, ‘Do so if you can.’” (ibn Ishaq)
