WHERE'S THE GOLD?

George Offerman

It is said “Those who have the gold make the rules”.  However, since the advent of the Federal Reserve in 1913, the rule has evolved, so to speak to “Those who make the rules, have the gold.”  Shortly after the Federal Reserve was created, the Fed ended up becoming the ‘custodian’ of the world’s largest hoard of gold to back their FRN’s.  Since that time, there has been infrequent audits of the Ft. Knox facility, the last being 1968.

One very astute observer caused quite a stir a few years back when the question was posed “How much does the Federal Reserve pay for their gold, and how do they get it?” this observer answered “$.10 per ounce, because it costs $.025 to print an FRN and 4 FRN’s will get one ounce of gold (Gold was $400 per ounce at that time).  It was reported the crowd was very quiet, and then became angry once this thought set in.

Here we have the perfect example of thievery.  One has to work extremely hard to obtain the needed FRN’s to purchase gold, when a private organization simply can print the pieces of paper and obtain what they want.  On top of that, the Fed has first access to any significant amount of gold placed on the market, by other central banks, the Bank of International Settlements (BIS), International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank

Gold Anti-Trust Action Committee (GATA)  http://www.gata.org/ has been following the movements of Gold for 10 years and has meticulously documented the manipulation of gold prices by the ‘banksters’ and the movement of central bank gold sales.  Their information is all found in the public domain, and is extremely difficult to refute.  Bill Murphy, the president of GATA posed this question concerning the sales of gold:  ‘If the price of gold is not manipulated, then why do central banks announce the sale of gold only when prices are going up?’

Looking at historical records, every time the central bank announces sales of gold, the price generally crashes.  Now, if the central banks were out to make a profit, wouldn’t they secretly sell the gold to maximize profits?  Could you imagine Warren Buffet making a public statement to the tune of: “I think I’ll sell Berkshire Hathaway’s holdings of Gillette stock, it’s getting too high and I think the price needs to come down.  I don’t mind taking a loss”.  If you believe that, you were born on Jekyll Island.

Gold is the antithesis of fiat money, and the ‘banksters’ need to keep the price of gold as low as possible.  If (and when) inflation gets out of control, the price of gold will reflect this and skyrocket.  At that point, it is ‘game over’ for the Federal Reserve and all other central banks that rely on script to fund their misadventures.

Ron Paul (R Texas) has sponsored a bill calling for an audit of the Federal Reserve.  Currently he has over 280 co-sponsors for this bill and the momentum is building to find out who and what the Fed gave over 2 trillion dollars to in the last ‘bailout’.  However, the intellectual and financial powerhouse known as Barney Frank, chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, is holding the bill in committee, and thus colluding with the ‘banksters’ in their cover up of this crime in progress.  Remember, it was Barney Frank who boldly stated in 2005 “Fannie and Freddie are financially sound and make good business decisions”.  Wow!  And he is in charge of our nation’s financial decisions?

Historically speaking, the last time such a high percentage of gold was ‘unavailable’ to the public was right before the dark ages.  GATA estimates that 96% of the gold in bullion form is held by central banks or the mega rich families, with the rest of the world vying for the other 4%.  When the paper money system collapses (which it will), we know who will be in the ‘driver’s seat’ when the new rules of banking and finance take place.

The link below is to the Ludwig Von Mises Institute, and Von Mises is considered one of the top economists from the Austrian school of economics.  The Austrian school holds that sound money is the basis of all stability in economic situations, and has always advocated for a precious metals based currency.  It is good reading, and very educational.

IT'S TIME TO ACT

George Offerman

It seems over the past few years when I take two weeks off, things seem to happen.  This particular vacation, I was expecting to see major movements in the financial world, and my expectations were met, if not exceeded.  This was not unexpected, and the rumblings in the financial world are really at the beginning phase of an all out collapse.  I have been telling people for some years now, how by simply using mathematical principles taught in the 8th grade, anyone can come the conclusion that the only outcome from blatant money printing and institutionalized deficit spending is collapse.

Before I go on, I will point out once again, that this issue is not only linked to legalized child killing, it is the genesis of it.  Anyone who has ever done any sidewalk counseling knows the number one reason cited for killing children is lack of money.  The individual say it, planned parenthood says it, and even our government has alluded to this.  If we had fair and honest money, we would not be in the mess we are in.  But because we have a tendency to compartmentalize everything, we will continue to wander in the financial desert until we get the connection and do something about it.

Getting back to the issue, our debt in this country is increasing in a geometric progression.  Our productivity or ability to pay it back is at best increasing in an arithmetic progression, but more likely stagnating, if not actually regressing.  With this being the case, it is a MATHEMATICAL CERTAINTY there will be a crash, and this will usher in a need to reset the whole economic reality of this country.  Because the whole world is on a fiat based currency system, there is no historical precedent in which to refer to, so we are truly in ‘uncharted territory’ concerning the severity and duration of this reset.  There cannot be any other outcome at this time, and it is only a matter whether we have the gumption to pay now with great pain, or later with greater pain, plus interest and penalties.  But pay we will.

This is why both parties ‘caved’ on the debt limit ceiling.  Very few of these people are statesmen, and they don’t want to be known as the ones who caused the ‘greater depression’.  So they did what all previous congresses and presidents have: kicked the can down the road.  The problem is there is not much road left on Debt Avenue.  So, economically, we are treading water until the main event begins in earnest.

I have included a brief snippet from an author I am learning to really appreciate.  It discusses what children may learn from the current economic situation, but it also reflects rather accurately the behaviors of the average American.  This is taken from Simon Black’s article, and his writings can be found at:  www.sovereignman.com

I have to imagine that any child watching the goings-on of American politics would conclude that:

- debt is wealth
- living beyond your means is completely sustainable
- if anyone tells you otherwise, denounce their mathematical errors
- if at first you don't succeed, keep trying the same thing over and over
- working hard and saving money is bad
- spending money and not working is good
- if you have a problem, the government will bail you out
- people are entitled to things that they didn't work for
- no one should be held accountable for the consequences of the risks they take
- it's not illegal if the government does it
- despite what our eyes and ears tell us, inflation is not a concern
- everything is going to be OK simply because the government says so

The financial system is completely different than what it used to be, and the basic premises have been thrown out. The dollar is no longer stable. The US is no longer "risk free". The government is not there to help. The happy-go-lucky days of safely putting our savings in bank CDs and T-bills are gone for good.

Two years ago, I discussed gold and silver for the first time on this site and mentioned how the majority of the pundits were trashing both metals, despite the increasing price for both over the past 8 years.  I also mentioned how there were a few people back then (just 2 years ago) that discussed $1,500 gold and $50 silver.  The majority of people back then did not imagine, nor believe these prices would be breached.  Just two years later, it has been done, and in the most recent few days, a few commentators in the arenas I read have discussed $20-25 K gold.  We haven’t even hit any type of hyper inflation, and the predicted numbers have grown ten fold in just 2 years.  These numbers would have been laughable to even the most strident of gold bugs, yet there are credible authors and gurus of these markets now openly making these claims.  (I can’t wait to see the numbers two years from now!)

This wouldn’t be happening if our economic troubles were improbable.  These numbers only make sense in an economic crash scenario, and it seems more and more of those who study these markets are coming to this conclusion.  We really are at the threshold of something catastrophic, and it is very important that people begin to see this.  It is time that we begin to act on what we know, and take actions that will be positive for ourselves and family.  Godl and silver will go to heights that no one can really believe at this time, but it will be common knowledge in short order, and many will have regrets they did not act on this information.

HOW TO DEFEAT THE MONEY POWERS

George Offerman

When discussing the ever pervasive and ubiquitous aspects and reach of the money powers, most folks basically take the position that there is nothing they can do about it, and their existence and influence is simply a ‘done deal’. Or those on the other extreme deny their existence, and relegate anyone discussing them as whack jobs and conspiracy nuts. Well, they are very real, and they also have very real plans for the majority of us, and these plans are not in our best interests, and we have a very limited time to do something about it. Before I get into how to defeat the money powers, it is necessary to go over what they are doing, and what is their end game.

For the money powers, it is not about money anymore, because they virtually have all of it or at least all they need. The money powers are hungry for domination of all peoples in all areas. They want a one world government, and this is apparent to anyone who puts in any effort to study them and their movements. They believe the world is over populated, and that the earth’s resources are scarce. They truly believe they have a divine right to be the masters of the earth, and totally buy into the false “Gospel of prosperity’ that is being pedaled. The worst of it is, they believe the masses are here to serve them, and we are allowed to live for their pleasure. When we ‘useless eaters’ become of no more use, they will find ways of getting rid of us.

The money powers control nearly everything in our daily lives, and it is the few areas we have control over still that will enable us to defeat them if we get the numbers willing to act. If you notice, every tool and economic interaction you make is traceable, either through credit card, bank and checking accounts, and even the ‘money in your pocket. They all have numbers, and as such, can be traced, or even in the worst case scenario, can be frozen. This of course, would be a death knell for anyone unable to access any of their resources. The money powers last vestage of the money system would be a ‘cashless’ society, in which they would have total control over every aspect of commerce, and as such, totally ‘own’ everyone.

The money powers control nearly all of the media, and this is why all the MSM say the same thing, and show all of the same news stories, and also bury the same information that would contradict their agenda. They have total control over the political system, and every PRESIDENT since Wilson, has met and been approved by such organizations as the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) Trilateral Commission and others, as well as many coming from Skull and Bones and other organizations, and eventually tie into such secret organizations as the Club of Rome, the Rosicrucians, Freemasonry (at the higher degrees) and ending at the ultimate secret society, the Pilgrims society, based in New York and controlled from London.

The money powers control the Churches through the tax exempt status, as well as through infiltration via contemporary theology, philosophical and ‘scientific methodology” that waters down traditional theology, and in essence, changes the nature of the Christian message. It places man, and not God at the top of the hierarchy, and implies there are levels of knowledge (Gnosticism) that are hidden from the masses, and kept alive by the few elites for safeguarding against the ‘profane’ masses. There are those that have claimed it is devil worship, as there are many symbols openly used in society, but are not necessarily recognized by the common man.

The money powers despise three things that currently are not under their total control. These are: 1) informed and educated masses 2) a well armed populace, and 3) God’s money, gold and silver as exchange in commerce. One, if reading the news, should be aware of the government attempting to give Obama the ‘kill switch’ to the internet in case of ‘national emergency’, which in effect would kill all communication and stop any point of resistance. Obama is also attempting to push through significant gun control laws, requiring the registration of all firearms, and wanting a system of permits and ‘firearm trainings’ in order for citizens to continue having the ‘privilege’ of owning a gun. And the race is on in mass purchasing of most gold and silver by the central banks, and subsequent scam at the COMEX of price suppression.

So, how do we defeat the incompetent inbred idiots known as the money powers? In three simple words: CRASH THE COMEX. The internet and the gun issue is not a viable option that we can directly change, but emptying the COMEX vaults is something very viable, and would result in a price explosion in the metals that would put an end to the paper money system, thus damaging the money powers greatest asset, their printing presses. We all have the ability to purchase precious metals, and with the money powers rigging the prices to keep them low, we are still able to obtain them in much larger quantities. Buying precious metals is the easiest of the ways to get revenge on these thugs, as well as administering the most direct blow to their organization. Until the ‘powers that be’ make it illegal to own precious metals, we should be buying as much as we can carry away and hastening the day of reckoning for these evil people.

For those of you who may think this is rather sensationalist, I am providing a link to an essay from one of my heroes, Ted Butler, who is one of the most ‘anti sensationalists’ authors I have ever read. The second link is from a source that has been very accurate in his predictions on many economic fronts, and discusses the price of both gold and silver in the future. I am also linking to a story about the oil leak and potential conspiracy (for your discernment).

A DECENT START

George Offerman

Yesterday’s mini ‘super Tuesday’ was a decent start to this November’s mid term elections, but not necessarily the slam dunk that was expected by many of the so called ‘conservatives’ and pundits. Incumbent Senator Blanche Lincoln (D. Ark) ended up tied, and is now in a run off with her opponent Lt. Governor Bill Halter scheduled for June 8. The late Rep. Murtha’s seat went to Democrat Mark Critz over Republican Tim Burns very handily. This contest seemed to be overlooked in much of the reporting, and goes to show that the anger and desire for real change may not be running as deeply as many would like to believe.

Rand Paul, son of Ron Paul, won his primary and will be running against either Lt Governor Daniel Mongiardo or Jack Conway, who are currently neck and neck for the democratic nomination. This race is particularly interesting, as it is one of the few contests in which the tea party is truly represented by what one could have considered an underdog. Already, many in the mainstream GOP consider Paul to be too radical, and liability to the party. This is the exact thought process that has scared many involved in the tea party, as well as those who believe that there needs to be a ‘house’ cleaning in Washington.

The fears have been that the Republicans would want to abscond with the anger and passion demonstrated by a large minority of people who have finally become involved in the political scene. This is what is so dangerous, in attempting to put the tea party ideals and passions under the GOP tent. It seems the GOP already wants to run to the ‘compromise’ tent and placate the obviously morally and fiscally bankrupt Democrats. The downfall of the GOP (Grandpa On Prozac) is not learning from past failures, and the multiple numbers of betrayals to a large segment of their base over the past few decades.

There is a need to stick to what appears to be a very simple message and agenda. What the Tea party people and other like minded producers in this country want is: 1) smaller and unobtrusive government, 2) balanced budgets 3) protection and respect for the Constitution, 4) ending legalized child killing, 5) lowered taxes, 6) closed border and sensible immigration and 7) end of the welfare state. There may be other points not covered, but in essence, this is what most of the reasonable folks want to see their elected representatives fight for. To want to compromise this message is a very clear statement that many in the GOP ‘don’t get it’ about the frustration with the government, and that by electing many of them, the status quo will continue, with only lip service being paid to the real issues.

So it seems we are at a crossroads concerning the next political move. Do we compromise and risk going into the GOP tent, with another promise that ‘it will be different this time’, or proceed on with a third party? I, for one, do not trust the GOP and think their habitual selling out of conservative values is in many ways way worse than what the Democrats do. I also don’t buy into the hype that a vote for a third party candidate is a wasted vote, or helping out the Dems. The only way to get the message through to either party is to throw most of them out and nominate and elect those willing to stand up for constitutional government, and be willing to be one term politicians.

I am also disheartened over the fact a good part of the electorate has ‘moved on’ from the hell care debate and debacle. This is not unexpected, and it appears the something for nothing crowd may be doing what they always do: looking out for themselves. November is a long way off, and much can happen before then. In the mean time we continue on the financial slippery slope with out of control spending and out of control money printing, and an out of control congress that is proposing more goodies for the lazy fair. Something needs to change, and it has to happen very soon.

**** For those of you who still do not believe the financial trouble we are in. Question: If the dollar really is gaining strength, as shown by the dollar index, then why are prices in nearly everything still rising? Answer: the dollar index on Wall Street is a sham. Why gas is nearly $3 per gallon with oil less than $70 per barrel, when 2 years ago oil was $147 per barrel, yet only $4 per gallon? Not a strong dollar. Finally, we owe the money powers a big THANK YOU for ‘taking down’ gold and silver. It allows for the smart people to ‘load the boat’ at bargain prices.

THEN AND NOW

George Offerman

After having several very interesting conversations in the last few days about the state of affairs in this country, and the recent up moves in the precious metals, I have given into a temptation to write a post exclusively on the metals, which I have not really done up to this point. So, if you are not interested in this topic, skip this one and come back on Monday.

There are those who still believe that Gold is a ‘barbarous relic’, and is currently in a bubble, due to the fact it has gone up fivefold from its low in 2000. There are even more that believe silver is just an ‘industrial’ metal, and as well, is near bubble status, having gone up slightly more than fourfold from its 1999 lows. In both instances, the skeptics cannot be more mistaken, and sadly enough for them (to be discovered VERY SOON) they will have major regrets that they did not get on this train before it pulled out of the station. Even at today’s rate, gold is still a bargain, and silver is practically being given away.

The last major run of both metals ended in 1980 when gold hit $850 per ounce and silver $50 per ounce. Without getting into great detail ( and the reader must do research on this) the main upward pressure for gold was Nixon’s closing the gold window August 15, 1971, thus ending what was then known as the Bretton Woods agreement, and the subsequent running of very high inflation and the oil crisis of 1973-4. However, silver had a different story and set of circumstances. Two very wealthy brothers who were in oil had figured out that inflation was going to steal their wealth in a stealth like manner, and decided to accumulate a large amount of physical silver as a ‘hedge’ against inflation. This accumulation took several years, but hit critical mass in mid to late 1979, shooting the price up to nearly $50 per ounce. The Hunt brothers (who really would be considered HEROES if the truth were known) nearly crashed the silver market (and would have destroyed the money powers on the spot) and exposed the fraud that the COMEX actually is. The Hunt brothers ‘crime’ as the SEC and others allege, was demanding to take delivery of the physical silver that they LEGALLY BOUGHT AND OWNED. Had they done that, the manipulation of the precious metals that has been very well documented by GATA and Ted Butler would have ended, and the true price of the metals would have continued higher until they reached their true value.

What killed the silver price at $50 was intervention on the COMEX markets by the government, when they disallowed ‘long’ contracts from being purchased, and threatened to flood the market with silver (which at the time, the U.S. gov’t had a stockpile of 2 billion ounces). Within a day, the price collapsed by $15, and the Hunt brothers were ‘out of business’ and on their way to vilification and trial. After this episode, the COMEX through the CFTC instituted caps on long contracts, but not shorts, thus creating the current situation of manipulation in silver by the well known short holder JP Morgan.

The interesting thing back then was silver was making moves of $3-5 per day, and that was when there was a known world supply of around 10 billion ounces, with the U.S. government holding the world’s greatest hoard of silver. There was truly no shortage back then, but by virtue that silver is money (as God deemed it to be) there was that ‘herd mentality’ of getting some before it was gone, thus driving up the prices in very short order.

Now, fast forward to 2010. The government used up their hoard, and have been net buyers of silver for at least the past 5 years. There are no governments that have been net sellers of silver, and the largest known hoard is in India, at 200 million ounces (and they will not part with theirs) the world supply (estimated) is down 90% from 10 to 1 billion ounces. Silver is a necessity for the modern electronics found in cell phones, computers and virtually all other components that need to be spark free and heat sensitive (the two facets of silver not found in ANY other metal known to man). Silver has anti bacterial properties that are now utilized in everything from clothing, to medicines, and these facets consume around 40% of all annually mined silver. The USGS has estimated that known ground reserves of silver will be exhausted in 14 years. There are more points to make concerning silver’s use and consumption, but the point is that there is little supply of silver left, and the money powers have NO RECOURSE left when prices take off.

The largest feature of all though is the fact there are now thousands of little “Hunts’ out there, who will not let go of their silver at nearly any price, and they are very clear who the villains are, unlike 1980. The U.S. government has no silver left to threaten to flood the market with when the price finally breaks free. The major forces that killed the last silver run have been neutralized, and it is CHECK MATE for the greedy money powers. There is no greater joy in the precious metals camps than the idea that these ‘useless eaters’ have to watch their scheme crumble right in front of them, and they can’t do anything about it. What goes around comes around.

The prices of the metals, especially silver will be absolutely stunning. There will be thousands of folks who will be ‘instant millionaires’ when this starts, and it will be in the truest form of money that God created. The price increase will not be a moon shot; it will be more like a super nova. No one will be griping about having bought, and then seeing it go down by some cents or even a few dollars. There will be people that only have modest amounts that will see daily increases in the 5-6 figure range during the height of the ‘mania’, and their only dilemma will be when or if to get out of the market and buy up the real estate that will be had for back taxes. This truly is a ‘once in history’ chance to get into something that is still available on the cheap, but the door is closing fast and the ride is about to commence.

WHERE ARE THE PRO LIFERS?

George Offerman

With the announcement of Justice John Paul Stevens retirement after the closing of the Supreme Court session, is the opportunity to influence the potential picks to succeed Justice Stevens. Supposedly, the Supreme Court is the central battle ground of the legalized child killing fields, and one would think that if this is true, that it would result in the most heated battle front in the pro life movement. Unfortunately, the pro life movement is MIA at the moment (most of the time) and it looks like the movement will take its customary position at defense, once Obama names the potential successor.

If anyone cares to remember, the last 2 appointments that President Bush was able to nominate was met immediately by the pro death contingency, the candidates on the ‘short list’ were given a ‘going over’ like no ones business, and the issue of legalized child killing was front and center. The discussions of the prospective Justice’s stance on the issues were ongoing and intense, and propagated by the very boisterous and ultra conservative left. The Pro life movement was much quieter, and did not feel secure enough to enter the debate in the way the other side does, and fortunately the pro lifers did get two good justices out of this process.

The sad part is, that once the nomination process begins to heat up, the MIA pro life groups will use this opportunity to fund raise, and then promote ‘virtual protests’ (which cost very little to conduct) and will also attack those true pro lifers who are actually taking the bullets for the babies. For many of the pro life groups, it is their existence that is of the utmost concern, and the ending of legalized child killing would dry up the funds, and essentially put them in the unemployment lines. God forbid that ever happen. By virtue of the fact there is little to any resistance at this time, shows there is not the intent to fight this process to win the battle, but to do just enough to propagate the continuation of the ‘showing of a fight’.

The Church is also MIA in this fight, and has not mentioned one word concerning the likelihood that a pro death justice will be named. Mostly, the church continues to pay lip service to the pro life issues, if that, and will be inclined to distance themselves from the ‘extremists’ who are out there challenging the status quo. The bishops are not taking the lead whatsoever, and speaking up for the children being sacrificed. It appears there is too much at stake concerning things like tax exempt status, and this in effect has purchased their silence as well. It seems as long as the ‘show’ that is put on does not truly threaten the status quo, those in power will leave the church well enough alone.

This leaves the true pro lifers in the field primarily on their own, and this group of people should expect nothing short of an assault on both ends of the battle. We truly are in very desperate times, and the only consolation in that is God usually sends a champion to give direction for those willing to stand up for the faith. It may mean the destruction of all we know at this time, but it will definitely bring about clarity in the need to get the job done, and the means in which to make this happen. In the mean time, what is next and who is wiling to step up to the plate to make it happen?

Precious metals market ready to heat up.

It seems that Mr. Ted Butler finally made a trip to Washington, D.C. and was given 90 minutes in a closed meeting with the CFTC. What is remarkable about this is that these so called experts gave the platform to Mr. Butler for 90 minutes, and primarily took in what he had to say, and listened to his evidence of manipulation of the silver market. It is unbelievable that a private citizen was given such a platform, and at least the government people at the CFTC had the brains to ask questions and acknowledge manipulation has taken place. As mentioned before, Mr. Butler knows more in his pinky finger than all of the government economists combined, and they showed good judgment in not trashing Mr. Butler in this format.

The implications are huge for the precious metals markets in that Mr. Butler’s 20 year efforts to expose the manipulation finally have been acknowledged. If this is resolved, the metals market will take off, and shock even the most skeptical of those, as man once again will learn that Gold and Silver are God’s money. If you are not on board yet owning the physical metals (not paper derivatives), this very well may be the last call. The link below is an outstanding interview by Mr. Jim Cook of Investment Rarities of Mr. Ted Butler after Mr. Butlers ‘historic’ meeting with the CFTC.

SAY HELL(N)O TO RATIONING

George Offerman

It appears hell care reform is a done deal in the Senate, and soon these arrogant pompous lawmakers will be congratulating themselves on the destruction of what was the best health care system in the world. The fact that these senators did not listen to their constituency at all is telling in the sense, they had a much larger agenda than what they wanted to reveal. Once the government takes over, you can forget about quality, and know there will be limited quantity.

This is always a problem with human nature, when something for nothing is promised; it is very difficult to fight whatever it is that is promised. What is difficult to understand though, is there is too much evidence that the government lies to the people and does not really follow through with what they say. I am aware of all the tea parties and such, but the problem is, once November roles around, the majority will proceed robot like to the polls and re elect these bozos. There really is little fear these people have, and this has been proven time and time again.

Hell care is the epitome of violation of private property rights. Our bodies are the ultimate private property, and we have now given them over to an entity that only is concerned about how much we pay in taxes, and that we continue to produce for them. You can bet your life there is an army of actuaries that will be working on longevity tables, cost benefit analysis and any other means and schemes in taking care of the ‘cattle’.

Obama has not consulted with physicians or other health care professions in this push for reform. Now, how telling is that? Most of us in health care understand that the patient needs to have a stake in his treatment, and when this is taken away, the blame is thrust on the provider when things don’t work out. Congress has been meddling with the delivery system through contradictory laws that make it difficult enough now to adequately treat patients. Now, it will be getting close to impossible to do our jobs without violating some law somewhere. This, in effect, will drive out the best and brightest, as they will not chance breaking a law, even if it means delivering services that are vital, and go along with the oath to deliver the best services. Ask any provider about the HIPPA regulations, and they will roll their eyes.

Providers of good conscious will be mandated to perform abortions when they don’t want to, and to also not treat when treatment will save a life, but not necessarily be cost effective for the now god/state. I know several providers, who give great care that are looking for other ways of making a living, and I myself and looking at alternatives. I. like many others, got into the health care profession due to wanting to help people. I will not allow the ignorant and arrogant ‘masters’ dictate how I deliver services, when I know better than they do. So, I like many of my colleagues, will have to make a decision about how we will practice in the future, or to not practice at all, and possibly end up selling light bulbs at a home improvement store.
Our lives now will have a fixed dollar amount placed on them. Cost benefit will be the way in which all decisions will be made, versus needs of the patient. I have been telling people for a long time, that if government takes over health care, they will begin rationing care. A perfect example would be a woman finding out she has a Down’s syndrome baby with some complications while carrying this baby. The government may not ‘mandate’ abortion in this case, but they most likely will say to this family “we cannot tell you to abort, but we will not pay for the care your child will need”. The value of human life now has a price on it, and it will be the god/state determining who lives and who dies, and what quality of life the cattle will have.

We need to be worried about this. We now have a bunch of uneducated morons making decisions that are the most personal in nature and the intellectual genius, Harry Reid decided to compare this to slavery and other issues. Had he been more accurate in his description, he would have used ‘state sponsored terrorism’ to describe this. Is the state not promoting terror, when it denies treatment for medical matters that may save a life? You can’t tell me people are not feeling outright terror when being denied something that is life saving and could be given. Providers may feel ‘terror’ if they violate the mandates of the god/state in doing what is morally right, but breaking a godless law.

Say hell no to hell care and rationing

Speaking of rationing, more evidence of the gold shortage.

THE TENSION MOUNTS

t

George Offerman

Events continue to get ‘hot’ on the money front, as China is pushing for a new world currency. It seems they have had it with the ‘shenanigans’ of our banking system, and have little need to make light bulbs from all the tungsten recently delivered. The major money powers are Anglo European and it is unknown how much influence over the East they have, but it looks like that question will be answered soon enough. It is very clear though, that China will get its gold, one way or another.

I don’t know if the readers have been paying attention to the precious metals markets, but they are beginning to move up many percentages points per week, and is in alignment with several prognosticators, that China’s strategy was to do this. The shorts on the CRIMEX are unable to control the prices as they have been for the last few decades, and all of the warnings by Ted Butler and company over the same amount of time appear to be on the horizon. It is time to get into the metals if you can find any.

http://www.theglobeandmail.com/report-on-business/calls-rise-for-new-global-currency/article1367156

Again, I cannot stress the importance of watching what the money powers are doing, because it will directly affect our lives to the core, and determine what our future will be like. If we end up in a hyperinflationary spiral (the most likely outcome) our money and savings will become useless and the comfort and convenience we have been used to will end. It will definitely force us into a much simpler lifestyle, and most likely will return to a more basic bartering system, and ‘cash and carry’ way of life.

The Senate is now getting ready to debate the hell scare bill, and more than likely, will pass it. It looks like child killing will be a piece of this and it will then boil down to what one really believes: do we pay taxes and become accomplices to this, or defy this ungodly system, and end up placing our liberty in jeopardy? Either way, we are looking at an event that requires a decision, and will begin the process of weeding out the ‘pretenders’ in Christianity.

Events continue to move at an alarmingly fast pace, and it is becoming very difficult to keep up with them. I could easily write five or more entries per day on just the few topics I generally write about, and still only scratch the surface of the issues. Our world is in major change, and still, many are in denial and want to believe it is more the ‘conspiracy theorist’ who is making it out to be more than it is. Our way of life will be very different in the next 18-24 months, ready or not. There is too much going on to take a passive stand and pretend everything will be alright.

Economically, we are seeing an end to our currency, and many things we take for granted will not be available (especially if it is made in China). Soon, health care will follow, and it will only be when it is too late that the majority will find out they are pretty much on their own. When others are in the position to make decisions for you, they don’t have your best interest in mind. Whether this is money related, as in social insecurity, mediscare or other government unfunded liabilities, others will determine what it is we are able to do, and how much money we will get as we are no longer able to produce for the plantation owners.

BACK FROM BELGIUM

George Offerman

We are now back from Belgium, a trip for R&R as well as a beer festival and buying large amounts of chocolate to bring back. It seems the world has not fallen apart, and getting back into the swing of things has been a little challenging.

It was quite the adventure in that many of the young people in Belgium have a great interest in what goes on over here, and had plenty of questions about how we live in our country. The first point of conversation was usually how “violent’ our country is and how we deal with it. I had many good and hopefully informative conversations with theses young people about how it is not as bad as what they perceive and that it is not the gun owners committing the crimes, it is the ‘entitled’ sociopaths who do not obey any laws that are the cause of violence, and the lack of meaningful punishment to deter their behaviors.

These young people also wanted to discuss healthcare, and without exception, they aw the U.S. moving into mandated health care as a good thing. They were quite surprised when I expressed how I am against this, and cited many examples in Canada and England, in which people were denied care by being place on wait lists for treatment that resulted in their demise. I also discussed the many documented cases in which people have come from Canada to seek health care here. I also challenged them with the question “If health care is so good in Canada and England, why are U.S. citizens not sneaking over there for treatment?” They could not respond to this.

Overall, it was a very good trip, but I am glad to be back. It’s nice sometimes to be able to get away and get another perspective of how we live and how others perceive us. The people there were friendly and assisted us when we needed it, and the town of Brugge where we stayed for the week was beautiful. The food was delicious and the company wonderful. But it is good to sleep in my own bed and get back to the reality in which I was called to do.

We have a lot to do in the next several weeks. The Senate will now be dealing with the health care bill and this will need to be dealt with. We have the upcoming elections for the whole House of Representatives and one third of the Senate. We need to make it clear to these people that they need to be pro life, and actually vote in this fashion. We have the March on January 22 to plan, and continue to deal with the fallout from Notre Dame.

I am also posting a link from a story I found that supports the allegation that the U.S. sent ‘tainted’ gold to the now identified entity, China. It is hugely an understatement that they are ticked off to the highest hills, and I agree with Jim Willie, the author, that default in the metals market is a foregone conclusion, and you better load up on the precious metals if you haven’t already acted on this. I hope you read the article, but if you don’t, I will at least mention the highlight: supposedly over 1 million bars are gold plated tungsten, and have been in circulation for possibly as long as 10 years. China discovered this recently, and will most likely not accept any U.S. gold without first having it all tested, or melted down. China is not a force to be messed with, and I think the banksters finally have overplayed their hand. This winter and spring will be very interesting for the precious metals markets.

WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY IS CLOSING

George Offerman

Events, in this country as well as the world, are definitely picking up steam. As most are paying attention to peripheral issues, the real news goes nearly unnoticed and definitely under reported. We have had major moves by the money powers in the past few days that are so blatant, that they probably wouldn’t have been attempted just 2 or 3 years ago. It is amazing that so much can be done in the open, and covered up the way it is with minimal efforts.

The dollar index has been hovering between 75-77 and it was only 2 years ago that “the sky would fall” if the index went below 80. Well, here we are, going on several weeks, and not a word about it. In fact, most of the press is stating ‘the worst is over, the recession is ending” without taking into consideration the reality all around us. George Orwell would even have to be impressed with this blatant “Double speak”

The latest sales on U.S. Treasuries were abysmal and as rigged as a market can be. It was the foreign central banks that bought our “junk bonds’, and in essence, used their own printing press to augment our printing press. In other words, NOBODY BOUGHT THEM! No one reported on this.

The latest short positions on the COMEX, as large as they have ever been, as reported by Ted Butler, have failed to take down the price of gold and silver as they have in the past, and this is an especially ominous warning. Once the precious metals market gets good traction, the whole lid will be blown on this fraudulent money scheme, and there will be a lot of ticked off people. I will tell you now, before it happens, that the price of gold will go up hundreds per day and silver $10-20 per day at the height this crisis, and will more than likely overshoot by multiples what the real price ought to be before it settles down.

The biggest news, of course, are the problems on the precious metals markets between delivery problems and questionable quality of metal delivered. When one money power begins to mess with the ‘goods’ of another, trouble is right around the corner. There are some very unhappy world players out there, and it would not be a shock to anyone watching if there is a default on any of the large markets easily within the next 9-12 months. Prior to default, there will be a quick consolidation of what is left (which is very little) and like musical chairs, those left standing when the music stops are out of luck.

I am encouraging all of my pro life friends, and readers of this page (and anyone willing to listen to me) to hedge with some precious metals as soon as you can. I don’t want to sound sensationalist, but when the large players start to shaft each other, you have to take notice and act. In all the years I have been following the metals markets, the group targeted for the shafting has been the institutional and individual investors, usually buying paper products on the COMEX, and not the real metal. This is a new turn of events, and seems to indicate the only money accepted now by our trading partners and the rest of the world is God’s money, gold and silver, and the money powers are now trying to cheat their way out of this obligation.

All these years, I and others have heard the likes of Ted Butler, David Morgan and others claim ‘the sky is falling’ and it never seemed to happen. These dynamics have taken years to develop, and seemed like they would never arrive. If these men are right, we could conclude the storm has arrived and is no longer on its way. Hedge yourself as soon as you can.

THE ELECTION AND OTHER MATTERS

George Offerman

Virginia is on the verge of becoming a red state again, and sending a message to Barry and his gang in the White House that “All is not well in Obamaland” and that he cannot just come into this state like the ‘Messiah’ and think the election is going to turn due to his ‘overwhelming Charisma’. He and his Chicago land thugs need to understand that Washington, D.C is not Daley Plaza and they simply cannot threaten their will and ways upon us. Health care needs to go down in flames now, or we will later.

Forcing the population to pay for abortion would be very close to an act that could spark a revolution. I am not advocating violence, or for the overthrow of the government. I simply am advocating for the return to Constitutional Government that allows the people to live in the most unobstructed way possible, and to keep the fruit of their labors without being labeled greedy and having it confiscated.

Congresswoman Bachmann has taken the initiative to protest this bill, and has called for people to flood the Capitol this upcoming Thursday at noon. I am encouraging people to pray about participating in this event, and showing Congresswoman Bachmann support as she goes up against Speaker Pelosi. There are other ‘doings’ happening at the Capitol, and see www.overturnroe.com for more details.

Now onto other matters. An event came to my attention yesterday, and I am attempting to find the original source to confirm this. I am going to report it as I heard it, as the commentator that reported it is very credible. Evidently, contract gold was delivered to an unnamed entity, and it is alleged this gold was 22kt, meaning .916 pure instead of the standard 24kt and .999 pure. If true, this spells out a new tactic the money powers are engaging in, and it is also letting us know the ‘end game’ is closer than even I thought.

It is one thing to fleece an unsuspecting population by printing money and debasing it in the dark; it is a whole different matter to outright ‘steal’ gold from those who know exactly what is going on and may have the means to do something about it. This is an extremely dangerous situation on many different levels, and unfortunately, it is always the ‘unsuspecting’ population, read: us, who will pay for this. This event lets us know that there is little ‘available’ gold left, and that the hoard of gold is in very strong hands. These strong hands apparently are not too fearful of the ‘screwing’ they just subjected this unnamed entity to, but it definitely suggests that those who have not obtained any precious metals to hedge against the very near dark times have a very small opportunity to do something about it.

My understanding is the availability of silver and gold is tight, and many orders, even of a nominal size, are backlogged. My sources are telling me that any hint of a shortage or tightness in the market would send the price to ‘the moon’ and would then set off a chain of events that could be catastrophic in nature. It appears this tightness, bantered about for years amongst the gold bugs, may finally be here. If the shortage hits before one’s order is delivered, good luck getting the metal.

The money powers continue to consolidate the precious metals markets, and are managing to get what little is left. The Barclay’s I-Share silver ETF has changed hands recently and JPMorgan Chase is the custodian of the now 300,000,000 ounces of silver. This is almost 3 times the size of the COMEX holdings, once considered the largest physical stockpile of silver. For those who don’t know, the Chase piece of JPMorgan, used to be Chase Manhattan bank, owned mainly by the Rockefeller family. The Rockefeller family now has ‘custody’ of the largest known stockpiles of silver on the planet, and the next ‘monetary crisis’ to occur will result in the holders of I-Share stocks accepting paper settlements instead of accessing the metals they thought they purchased.

The Rockefellers, being one of the primary share holder of the Federal Reserve, will simply ‘back up the truck’ and pay off all the I-Share holders from their private printing franchise, and will have the gall to charge the taxpayers for their outright thievery of this silver. This is on top of using all of the share holders to purchase the silver in the first place. Rockefeller learned from Warren Buffett well, as when Buffett purchased his 130,000,000 oz, he caused the markets to move, and thus showed, one buyer creates attention when purchasing a majority of a market’s product. These people will stop at nothing when it comes to taking resources from others, and then rationing them to their benefit.
